Konoha, Just Like Kizaru

Chapter 60: 060 Jounin Exam, Scroll Problem

The golden flash left a deep scar in the snow.

Troy, the one Cloud Shinobi had placed their hopes on, lay dying in the snow.

Seeing this, everyone's hearts sank.

Though Troy wasn't the strongest of the younger generation in Cloud Shinobi, he was among the top. Yet, he had been completely overwhelmed by Simu, despite the assistance of so many others.

In the face of such terrifying speed, numbers didn't matter.

Unable to match Simu's speed, they could only watch as he took on each opponent one by one.

By the time they realized it, the person Simu had targeted was already down.

The enemy was confused, but even Uchiha Fugaku, one of his own, found himself filled with self-doubt.

With someone like Simu, why should he be Konoha's Hokage?

Relying only on the Sharingan, which couldn't even track his opponent's shadow?

Unconsciously, his fist clenched.

As for Minato, he felt a sense of satisfaction.

Finally, someone who could understand him.

If it weren't for Simu, Minato would have been the proud son of his generation.

But Simu's brilliance was so overwhelming, it overshadowed his own.

The next part was simple.

Uchiha Fugaku and Minato, holding their breath, easily took down the demotivated enemy without needing Simu's help.

Minato also displayed impressive speed and strength in the battle.

But compared to Simu, it seemed like nothing.

After the fight, Kushina and Mikoto arrived slowly on the frost bear's back.

The two of them appeared to be chatting happily.

Simu breathed a sigh of relief, glad that Mikoto hadn't told Kushina about his "heroic rescue."

When Kushina saw Minato already cleaning up the battlefield, she flew into a rage.

"What! You two moved so fast, I didn't even get a chance to show my strength!" Kushina exclaimed, rolling up her sleeves and shaking her little fist.

Minato had collected four trophies from the enemy, but his expression suddenly grew serious.

"What's wrong?"

Simu leaned over to take a look, and his face instantly darkened.

Even Simu was speechless, unsure of what to say.

All four scrolls were Yang scrolls!

"This is really bad luck," Mikoto muttered softly.

"But we have the Yin scrolls."

Since they were from the same village, Mikoto felt no need for defense.

After all, Simu had just rescued their team from danger.

Simu glanced at Uchiha Fugaku and tapped his chin, seemingly considering whether to steal their scrolls.

"If that's the case, I'll give you this Yang scroll," Minato said, looking to Simu for his opinion.

"It doesn't matter," Simu replied, waving his hand and lying down on the white bear with a frustrated look.

How could all four scrolls be Yang scrolls?

He groaned, knowing he'd have to work overtime again.

"Thanks," Mikoto said with a sweet smile.

Kushina patted her shoulder kindly.

"We're all teammates, no need to thank you,"

Kushina said, glancing at Uchiha Takaki, who had been defeated and injured.

"Your team is injured, and it's dangerous to go on your own. Why don't you join us, Mikoto?"

"Ah? Really?" Mikoto asked, clearly moved.

Uchiha Fugaku, however, looked cold and reluctant.

After thinking for a moment, Uchiha Fugaku found a suitable reason.

"Since you've given us the Yang scroll, I'll do my best to help you get a Yin scroll."

"We Uchiha never like owing favors,"

Simu, lying on the frost bear, couldn't help but smirk. As expected, Uchiha...

Mikoto smiled awkwardly.

"Then please, everyone."

"Small thing!" Kushina replied cheerfully.

So, the number of people on the white bear grew from three to four.

Uchiha Fugaku, the tsundere, chose to walk alone.

Next, Simu and the others defeated both a Rock Shinobi team and a Sand Shinobi team with their overwhelming lineup.

"It's another Yang scroll!" Kushina growled in frustration.

The strange force in her hand surged, and she accidentally crushed the scroll.

Simu shuddered.

Tsk tsk, women are really scary

As they neared the central lighthouse, the tall structure stood strong against the wind and snow.

Suddenly, Simu had an idea.

"Anyway, all the players will eventually come to this lighthouse, so we might as well block them there," Simu said, a slight smile on his face.

"By the way, we can also knock out those Cloud Shinobi guys."

Either trying to take Kushina, or taunting and provoking Kushina at the village gate.

These have touched the bottom line of Simu.

That's why he doesn't show any affection towards Cloud Shinobi...

Uchiha Fugaku stared at Simu, looking as if he'd seen a ghost.

Block people at the end? Are you that reckless?

This kind of behavior would provoke all the players.

Not just Cloud Shinobi, but even ninjas from other villages might see it as too arrogant.

Yet, Simu said it so calmly.

How had he even survived this long?

The most surprising part was that neither Minato nor Kushina saw anything wrong with it.

At most, Minato looked a bit helpless, as if he'd grown used to Simu's... waywardness.
