Kardashian Jenner's Bodyguard

Chapter 14: Chapter 40-41-42

Chapter 40: Kylie and Stassie's Security

The day started early for Gabriel. He had received instructions from Kylie's team: he would be her security guard during an outing, but this time there would be something new.

Kylie's best friend, Anastasia Karanikolaou, known as Stassie, would be present. Despite her time working for the Kardashian-Jenner family, Gabriel had never met Stassie, but he knew she was part of Kylie's inner circle.

"It's going to be a quiet outing," Kylie's security coordinator said. "They just want to go to a coffee shop and then shop at a boutique. Nothing out of the ordinary, but there will be a media presence."

Gabriel just nodded, adjusting the earpiece to his ear. For him, even the simplest days required maximum attention.

At the entrance to Kylie's mansion, Gabriel waited next to the armored SUV. He was dressed discreetly, as usual, but his presence was impossible to ignore. When Kylie emerged from the door, wearing a casual yet elegant ensemble, she smiled at the sight of him.

"Good morning, Gabriel," she said.

"Good morning, Kylie," he replied with a wave.

Right behind her, Stassie appeared. She was stunning, with a relaxed yet carefully put-together style that perfectly matched Kylie's. Stassie gave Gabriel a curious look, clearly sizing up the security guard who had already become a topic of curiosity on social media.

"So, you're the famous Gabriel," Stassie said, with a teasing smile. "We finally meet."

Gabriel kept his demeanor professional, but responded politely. "It's a pleasure, Miss Stassie."

Kylie laughed. "No need to call her Miss. She'll give you hell for it."

"Kylie's right," Stassie teased. "Calling me Miss makes me feel like I'm in my fifties."

Gabriel allowed himself a slight smile before opening the car door for them.

The drive to the café was uneventful, although Gabriel couldn't help but notice that Stassie was more laid-back than he'd imagined. She and Kylie laughed and chatted nonstop, while he kept his eyes on the road and the surroundings.

At the café, as expected, there were photographers lurking, as well as a few fans. Gabriel got out of the car first, quickly scanning the area before opening the door for Kylie and Stassie.

"All clear," he murmured to Kylie, who nodded.

As the two walked into the café, Gabriel stayed a measured distance away, close enough to act quickly, but far enough away so as not to invade their privacy.

Inside the café, Gabriel stood near the entrance, observing the surroundings. He noticed that a few people were discreetly taking pictures with their phones, something that had become routine for him.

Their next stop was a high-fashion boutique. Before Kylie and Stassie entered, Gabriel checked the place, confirming with the store's security team that everything was in order.

"Do you always do this?" Stassie asked, intrigued, as they waited at the entrance.

"It's part of the job," Gabriel replied, without taking his eyes off the room.

"You're so serious," Stassie joked, laughing. "I thought you'd be more... laid back."

Kylie rolled her eyes, but laughed. "He's just like that. Extremely professional. That's why we trust him."

Stassie held up her hands in surrender. "Okay, okay. I'm impressed."

As Kylie and Stassie picked out clothes inside the boutique, Gabriel kept his eyes open, noticing a few curious onlookers approaching the window to peer at the two. He quickly noticed when a man began to get too close to the entrance, trying to take closer pictures.

"Sir, please keep an appropriate distance," Gabriel said, positioning himself at the entrance.

The man seemed to hesitate before walking away, visibly intimidated.

Back in the car after shopping, Stassie seemed even more curious about Gabriel.

"So, Gabriel," she began, turning to face him in the front seat. "Everyone talks about you, but you never say anything. What's your secret?"

Gabriel glanced at Kylie, who was laughing.

"He won't tell you anything," Kylie warned. "I've tried several times."

"Oh, come on," Stassie insisted. "You must have some interesting story. Ex-military? Spy? What's the truth?"

Gabriel answered in a calm tone. "Most of the things I've done are classified."

"Of course it is," Stassie said, laughing. "You're like a real-life James Bond."

Gabriel didn't answer, but Kylie could see the slight smile he was trying to hide.

When the day came to a close and Gabriel dropped Kylie and Stassie off at the mansion, Stassie seemed to have had more fun than she expected.

"You're definitely unlike any security guard I've ever met," she said as she got out of the car.

"Is that a compliment?" Gabriel said, keeping his tone professional.

"Sure thing," Stassie replied, winking. "I hope to see you more often."

Kylie lightly slapped her friend's arm. "Leave him alone, Stass."

"What? I'm being nice!" Stassie said, laughing as the two of them walked into the house.

Gabriel watched as they disappeared down the driveway before heading back to the car. Another day of work done, but he knew that with people like Kylie and Stassie, every day brought something new and unexpected.

Chapter 41: A Movie Night with "22 Mile"

The movie theater at Kris Jenner's mansion was packed that night. The Kardashian-Jenner sisters, accompanied by a few friends, had gathered for a special screening. The movie chosen was "22 Mile," an action thriller that portrayed the operations of a CIA unit known as Ground Branch, part of the Special Activities Division.

Gabriel, as always, was present to ensure security. He remained inconspicuous, standing next to the door, but the group insisted that he join them.

"Gabriel, stop acting like a robot and sit here," Khloe joked, pointing to an empty chair in the corner of the room.

"I agree," Kendall said, adjusting the blanket covering her legs. "You need to relax once in a while."

Gabriel hesitated for a moment, but when he realized there was no imminent danger, he agreed. He sat in the corner, remaining alert but visibly relaxed.

As the movie began, the group grew more excited. The opening action scenes, featuring military tactics and state-of-the-art equipment, caught everyone's attention. Kylie was the first to comment:

"That looks so intense. Does this kind of thing really happen, Gabriel?"

Gabriel crossed his arms and calmly replied: "In some ways, yes. But reality is much more complex than how it's portrayed in the movies."

Kim, who was standing next to Kylie, turned to him. "What do you mean? Have you ever done anything like this?"

Gabriel gave a slight smile, but kept his tone professional. "Some operations have similarities. But everything is slower, more planned, and definitely less glamorous."

As the movie began to explore the inner workings of the Ground Branch team, Kendall asked: "These guys, Ground Branch... do they really exist?"

Gabriel nodded. "Yes, there is. It's a real unit within the CIA's Special Activities Division. They're responsible for covert operations in hostile territory. Typically, members come from special operations units like the Navy SEALs, Delta Force, or Recon Marines."

"What about you? Have you ever worked with anyone like that?" Kris asked curiously.

"I've trained with several special operations teams, including some international ones. But as you can imagine, most of it is classified," Gabriel replied, keeping his voice neutral.

On the screen, an intense scene of urban combat made the sisters hold their breath. The Ground Branch team used rapid communication, precise tactical movement, and an impressive arsenal to deal with a surprise attack.

"This is crazy," Khloe muttered. "They make it look so easy. Is it really like that, Gabriel?"

"Not exactly," he said. "In the heat of the moment, there's a lot going on. Coordination, tension, and sometimes improvisation. But the difference is in the training. When you train enough, your reaction becomes automatic."

Kylie frowned. "But, like, you have to trust your team a lot, right? Because one mistake can cost you everything."

"Exactly," Gabriel replied. "Trust is essential. On missions like these, your life is literally in the hands of others, and vice versa."

Later in the film, the group began to realize just how secretive the Ground Branch team's work was. One scene in particular showed the characters destroying all their tracks and documents before a mission, ensuring that nothing could be connected to them.

Kim looked at Gabriel curiously. "Is that real too? Like, no one knows who these people are?"

Gabriel nodded. "Yes. The identities of those who work in these units are highly protected. They operate in the shadows, without public recognition. Most people will never know what they did or that they even existed."

Kris looked puzzled. "But how does one get selected for something like that? It must be really hard."

"Yeah," Gabriel said. "Usually they choose the best of the best, people with years of experience in elite units. But it's not just physical ability. They also look for intelligence, emotional resilience, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure."

As the film progressed, the group realized how often the characters had to make difficult moral decisions, sometimes sacrificing one to save many.

"Have you ever had to do something like that?" Kendall asked, looking at Gabriel with a mix of curiosity and concern.

Gabriel was silent for a moment before answering. "Every mission comes with difficult choices. But in the end, you learn to trust your judgment and accept the consequences."

Stassie, who was also present, commented, "That sounds so heavy. How do you deal with it later?"

"You learn to move on," Gabriel replied. "But some things stay with you forever."

In the final scene, when the main character, , James Silva, realizes he's been betrayed. The tension was palpable, and when the credits started to roll, everyone took a deep breath, as if they'd been holding it for the entire scene.

"That was intense," Kim said, rubbing her temples. "I don't know how anyone can live like that every day."

"That's a life for the few," Gabriel replied, getting up from his chair.

After the movie ended, the sisters began to debate the scenes, still processing everything.

"I think I would pass out on the first mission," Khloe said, drawing laughter from the group.

"Absolutely," Kylie agreed. "I couldn't handle that kind of pressure."

Kendall looked at Gabriel. "Have you ever considered working for something like that? Like being a mercenary or something like Ground Branch?"

Gabriel paused before answering. "I've had offers, but I've never accepted. The risk is too high, and my personal life practically disappears. I'd rather be here, helping you," he said, with a slight smile.

"That's good," Kris said. "I don't even want to imagine what it would be like without you."

The group agreed, and Gabriel realized, once again, how much he had become part of the family's routine.

As they continued talking about the film, he resumed his attentive posture, but felt a slight satisfaction in knowing that, even after so many years in extreme environments, there was still room for human connections and moments of relaxation.

Chapter 42: A Stroll with Kendall and Bad Bunny

The Los Angeles sun was shining brightly as Kendall Jenner stepped out of her home for a special outing. Dressed casually in jeans and a cropped top, she looked relaxed but excited. Singer Bad Bunny, whose real name was Benito, was already waiting for her in a luxury car, accompanied by Gabriel, who was there to ensure their safety during the outing.

"Hola, Gabriel," Benito greeted in Spanish as soon as he saw him.

"Hola," Gabriel replied politely, as he scanned the surroundings with his watchful eye. He had worked in more complicated situations before, but he knew that dealing with celebrities required a different level of care.

The three of them got into the car, with Gabriel taking the passenger seat next to the hired driver. Benito and Kendall sat in the back, chatting animatedly in English, but Benito occasionally interjected a few phrases in Spanish.

"Entonces, Kendall," Benito began similing, "estás lista para una aventura hoy?"

Kendall laughed. "Sure! But only if you promise not to put me in any crazy situations."

Gabriel listened to the conversation in silence, understanding everything. Although he was fluent in Spanish, he preferred to keep a low profile, interacting only when necessary.

The car pulled up to a private meeting point, a secluded property that offered a beautiful view of the Los Angeles hills. Benito had planned a private picnic for Kendall, away from the cameras and constant media attention. Gabriel got out first, surveying the surroundings before opening the door for Kendall and Benito.

"Everything okay around here?" Kendall asked Gabriel as he took a final look around.

"Yes, everything is under control," Gabriel replied, keeping his tone professional.

While Kendall and Benito enjoyed their picnic, Gabriel stayed a discreet distance away, but enough to intervene if necessary. Benito put on a playlist on his phone, playing some of his own songs.

Kendall laughed when he heard one of the tracks and teased: "Do you only listen to your own songs?"

Benito shrugged, laughing. "No siempre, pero quería que escuches esta. Es una de mis favoritas."

Gabriel, who had been listening to the whole thing, recognized the song and, although he admired Benito's success, didn't quite agree with the content of some of the lyrics.

He considered some of them unnecessarily explicit, but kept his thoughts to himself, reminding himself that his role here was to be professional.

After a while, Benito approached Gabriel while Kendall took pictures of the place.

"Eres de aquí, Gabriel?" Benito asked, curious.

"No, soy brasileño," Gabriel replied, with a slight smile.

"Interesante," Benito said, impressed. "Hablas muy bien el español."

Gabriel shrugged. "I've worked with several international teams over the years. I learned Spanish because it was useful for missions in Spanish-speaking countries."

Benito nodded, looking intrigued. "Entonces, eras militar antes de esto, ¿verdad? Kendall me contó algo."

"Yes," Gabriel replied. "But now my focus is on ensuring her and her family's safety."

Benito smiled. "Haces un buen trabajo, hermano. Se nota que eres dedicado."

"Gracias," Gabriel said, before turning his attention to Kendall, who was waving from afar, beckoning them over.

During the walk, Kendall mentioned something he had noticed about Gabriel.

"You're being very quiet today, Gabriel. Is that okay?"

Gabriel nodded. "Sure, just focused on work."

Benito, picking up on his tone, asked "No te gustan mis canciones, ¿verdad?"

Gabriel thought for a moment before answering. "I think some of the lyrics can be a little... too explicit. But I understand that it's part of your style and what the audience likes."

Benito nodded. "Está bien, no todos tienen que gustarles. Pero ¿qué es lo que no te gusta?"

Gabriel thought for a moment before answering. "I think some of the lyrics can be a little... too explicit. But I understand that it's part of your style and what the audience likes."

Benito nodded. "Es justo. Pero sabes, a veces las letras son más sobre el ritmo y la energía que sobre el mensaje."

Kendall chimed in, laughing. "You two seem to be having a musical debate right now. I think that's great!"

After a few hours at the venue, the group decided to head back. Gabriel, as usual, checked everything before allowing Kendall and Benito to get into the car. On the way back, Benito continued to chat with Gabriel, admiring his experience and fluency in languages.

"Sabes, deberías considerar escribir un libro sobre tus experiencias," Benito suggested.

Gabriel gave a small smile. "Maybe someday. But for now, I prefer to stay out of the spotlight."

Kendall, listening to the conversation, added: "I think it would be a great idea. I'm sure you have amazing stories to tell."

When they arrived at Kendall's house, Benito thanked Gabriel for his safety.

"Gracias, hermano. Me setí muy seguro contigo."

"You're welcome," Gabriel replied, opening the door for Benito and Kendall to get out.

Kendall turned to Gabriel before entering the house. "Thank you for today. I know it's not easy for you to deal with these social situations, but you were amazing, as always."

Gabriel simply nodded, maintaining his professional demeanor.

As the car that had brought Benito drove away, Gabriel resumed his usual position at the entrance to the property, observing the surroundings carefully. Even in minor situations like this one, he knew that Kendall's safety was his priority.

The evening ended peacefully, and Gabriel, once again, demonstrated his ability to balance professionalism and humanity, even among such famous figures.
