Main Villains (The Masterminds)

1. Cetz ("The Phantom Illusionist") – Mastermind & Psychological Manipulator

• Age: 25

• Height: 6'1"

• Personality: Cold, methodical, believes illusions are the only reality. Minh's most trusted strategist.

Stand: Mirage Symphony (Illusions, Invisibility, and Sound Control)

• Abilities:

• Total Sensory Illusions – Creates hallucinations that feel 100% real.

• Invisibility & Light Bending – Can disappear or make fake clones.

• Sound Distortion – Alters voices, silences movement, or creates disorienting noises.

• Mental Overload – Traps enemies in endless illusions until they break mentally.

• Weaknesses:

• Illusions aren't real—if someone realizes this, they can ignore them.

• Multiple illusions drain his focus, making them unstable.

• Sharp-minded enemies can find inconsistencies and escape.

2. Minh ("The Time Tyrant") – Time Manipulation & Requiem Stand User

• Age: 25

• Height: 6'0"

• Personality: Once kind-hearted, now obsessed with rewriting fate. The true leader of the Phantom Syndicate.

Stand: Chrono Requiem (Time Control & Reality Warping)

• Abilities:

• Localized Time Freeze – Stops time in a small area for a few seconds.

• Rewind & Acceleration – Can revert objects or people to a past state or push them forward.

• Temporal Rupture – Creates time distortions that trap enemies in loops.

• Chrono Requiem (Ultimate Form) – Allows full reality rewriting in a limited area.

• Weaknesses:

• Time reversal drains massive energy.

• Cannot undo Stand abilities—once a power is used, it's permanent.

• Requires full concentration—if distracted, his powers stop.

The Phantom Syndicate (Inner Circle of Cetz & Minh)

3. Shinobu Kuroda ("The Architect") – Urban Control Specialist

• Stand: Concrete Jungle (Manipulates city structures like buildings, roads, and walls)

• Abilities:

• Can reshape city environments at will (e.g., shifting streets, moving buildings).

• Merges with buildings to phase through them.

• Creates deadly structures (spikes, collapsing floors, crushing walls).

• Weaknesses:

• Useless in non-urban areas (forests, deserts, etc.).

• If the city layout changes, he loses control.

• Merging leaves him vulnerable to Stand attacks.

4. Ryo "Bloodhound" Asakura ("The Executioner") – Tracking & Assassin Specialist

• Stand: No Mercy (Marks and hunts down targets with extreme precision)

• Abilities:

• Can mark a target, ensuring all attacks automatically track them.

• Once marked, the target cannot hide—he senses them anywhere.

• Increased reaction speed when fighting marked targets.

• Weaknesses:

• Can only mark one target at a time.

• The mark breaks if disrupted by an outside force.

• Not effective in long-range combat (requires close combat).

5. Ayaka Fujiwara ("The Warhead") – Explosive Combat Specialist

• Stand: Hellfire Waltz (Generates powerful explosions and heat waves)

• Abilities:

• Can detonate objects and even the air to create shockwaves.

• Her body is immune to fire and explosions.

• Can superheat her punches, causing armor-melting strikes.

• Weaknesses:

• Must wait between major explosions (cooldown).

• Water-based Stands weaken her explosions.

• Can hurt herself if explosions are miscalculated.

6. Takashi "Void" Nakamura ("The Hollow Specter") – Spatial Distortion Specialist

• Stand: Abyss Waltz (Creates black holes and voids to erase matter or teleport himself)

• Abilities:

• Can erase anything his void touches.

• Can teleport short distances using void portals.

• Can stretch space to make himself unreachable.

• Weaknesses:

• Can only create a few voids at a time.

• Voids can't move once placed.

• Overuse causes severe exhaustion.

7. Reika Hoshino ("The Marionette") – Puppet Manipulator & Mind Control Specialist

• Stand: Strings of Fate (Controls people using invisible strings)

• Abilities:

• Can attach strings to people and control their movements.

• Can enhance her speed and agility by using strings on herself.

• Can influence emotions by pulling certain "mental strings."

• Weaknesses:

• Limited number of controlled targets.

• Strong-willed targets can resist control.

• If her strings are cut, she loses control.

8. Daichi Yamamoto ("The Living Nightmare") – Fear Manipulation & Psychological Warfare

• Stand: Dread Symphony (Induces hallucinations and paranoia by triggering worst fears)

• Abilities:

• Can create illusions of enemies' worst nightmares.

• Can induce fear paralysis.

• Fear-based illusions feel real until the target overcomes their fear.

• Weaknesses:

• Only works if the opponent already has fear.

• Immune opponents resist his powers.

• Illusions fade over time.

9. Kaito Nagamine ("The Doppelgänger") – Shapeshifting & Identity Theft Specialist

• Stand: Mirror Masquerade (Can mimic anyone's appearance and voice)

• Abilities:

• Can copy a person's face, voice, and mannerisms.

• Can temporarily blend into groups.

• Can imitate movement styles.

• Weaknesses:

• Cannot copy Stand abilities.

• Transformation fades after a short time.

• Fails if the target resists mentally.

10. Haruka Saionji ("The Crimson Widow") – Venom & Seduction Specialist

• Stand: Deadly Passion (Injects paralyzing or hallucinogenic venom through touch)

• Abilities:

• Can inject venom through her nails, lips, or skin.

• Can control the effect (paralysis or hallucinations).

• Releases pheromones to manipulate emotions.

• Weaknesses:

• Venom takes time to work.

• Limited number of uses before recovery.

• Immune opponents resist her effects.

11. Takeshi "Ironhide" Jiro ("The Indestructible") – Unbreakable Defense

• Stand: Adamant Bastion (Hardens body to absorb and redirect attacks)

• Weaknesses:

• Becomes slower when hardened.

• Extreme cold weakens his defense.

12. Masaru "The Revenant" Okabe ("The Deathless") – Regeneration Specialist

• Stand: Endless Requiem (Can regenerate from fatal wounds)

• Weaknesses:

• Regeneration drains stamina quickly.

• Too much damage slows healing.
