• If he flips a coin and it lands a certain way, an unexpected lucky or unlucky event occurs nearby.
Weaknesses:
• Cannot control the specifics of probability shifts.
• If he relies on his ability too much, he suffers extreme misfortune later.
• Luck-based outcomes sometimes backfire and help the enemy.
2. Yuki Hanazawa ("The Revenant Hunter") – Stand Hunter & Rogue Assassin

• Personality: Cold, calculating, and detached. A former assassin who now hunts down dangerous Stand users.

• Trained in hand-to-hand combat, making her lethal even without her Stand.
Weaknesses:

• The nullification effect only lasts a few seconds.
• Against highly skilled physical fighters, she is at a disadvantage.
3. Shoji Nakamura ("The Enigma") – Mysterious Observer with Hidden Motives

• Personality: Cryptic and wise, always appearing at the right time with vague advice. No one knows whose side he's truly on.

• If an enemy writes something down before he erases their memory, they can remember.
