Just because I’m not saying I’m going to be a psycho with a rock in my hand hunting others right away, doesn’t mean I’m not tempted.

A murderer wandering around with nothing but a rock as a basic weapon would indeed be scary, but apart from that fear, it’s an incredibly inefficient way to operate.

A skilled hunter doesn’t hunt like that. No one goes in unplanned, throwing away everything they’ve got without a care. Even when a lion hunts a rabbit, it gives its all. I was the same. No matter who the opponent was, I would never let my guard down.

I’m not saying I’m out for revenge against that nameless raider who just killed me. Revenge only begets more revenge.

Based on the saying by Jirobo-sensei that if 5 people gather, at least 1 will be trash, that means there are about 3000 trash people in my room. If just 10% of that, which is about 300 people, express their selves in the chat, it’ll turn into a trash heap in no time. Thankfully, we have diligent managers who work hard to keep the chat in check, which is why we maintain some balance. Maybe I should hand out gifticons to our garbage collectors working for free. Most broadcast categories were set to World, and streamers quickly dove into island fun.

Some were creating tribes to play with friends, some were just trying it out because others were, while some were determined to encounter famous streamers.

The reasons varied, but the number of streamers accessing the island in real-time was on the rise.

And there was one more person keen on playing on the island.

When he first received those emails, he was curious if it was the famed turret he had heard of. But he had too thick of a skin to be influenced by something like that. He wouldn’t be able to do a broadcast if he were so weak-minded.

Mollru was fundamentally good at games and did them in unique ways. There was no way not to be intrigued.

Most importantly, playing games with her is fun. Daesik realized this recently. Sometimes he still felt Mollru’s absence acutely, as they say, “You don’t know what you have until it’s gone.”
