Jaxon prepared breakfast, then went to wake Natasha with a light kiss on the forehead.
"Natasha, it's time to get up."
She smiled drowsily, "Umm, Okay."
After breakfast, Natasha seemed to regain her usual alertness.
"Natasha, are you ready to see the gift I prepared?"
Natasha looked at him skeptically, as if unsure whether this "gift" was serious.
"Maybe I should wait until tonight? I have a mission this morning."
Jaxon chuckled, realizing she might have misunderstood. He pulled out the Horse Talisman from his system inventory and placed it in her hand.
Natasha examined the small stone, noticing the intricate pattern resembling a horse. The craftsmanship was simple but felt lifelike.
"What is this? Just a stone?"
"No, it's a talisman imbued with power—the Horse Talisman."
"There are 12 talismans in total, each representing one of the 12 Chinese zodiac animals. This one has a horse on it, so it's the horse talisman."
"And the horse talisman has the ability to heal. It can treat injuries and eliminate any abnormal external forces in the body."
"In short, it should be able to cure all injuries and illnesses. Your body should also recover."
Natasha looked a little shocked, "Really? Can this really restore me?"
"Of course it can."
"Then what should I do?"
Jaxon took Natasha's hand, and, steeling himself, used a small wind blade to cut her fingertip.
A drop of blood fell onto the horse talisman, which instantly lit up.
Then, it floated up and merged into Natasha's body.
"It disappeared."
"It has merged into your body. I think you should have the ability to heal now. Your body will start healing itself soon."
Although Natasha still had her doubts, she could feel the changes in her body.
Natasha now had the ability to heal, allowing her to perceive her own condition.
"This… it's really healing me."
Natasha cried with joy and hugged Jaxon.
"Thank you, Jaxon. You've made me whole again."
Jaxon gently patted Natasha's back and said, "No need to thank me; you're my woman."
"Although I don't want children yet, I'm very happy I could heal your body."
Natasha blushed, "I'm not ready to settle down just yet."
"It's okay. There's time. But I still need you to help me keep the peace back home."
Natasha looked puzzled, so Jaxon explained, "I need you to help convince the others to live harmoniously as a family, without fighting."
Family… Natasha felt touched, "Am I part of your family, too?"
"Of course."
"Alright, I'll help."
Just then, Natasha received a message.
After reading it, she said, "Jaxon, you need to take me to Tony's house."
"What?"
"Nick sent someone to meet me, and the meeting place is at Tony's house. Nick is sending an agent, who will go there under the guise of meeting Tony but will actually be meeting me."
Jaxon looked a bit speechless, "Does Tony know about this?"
Natasha grinned, "Definitely not."
Natasha wanted to go to Tony's house, and Jaxon didn't object.
He called Tony, discussed it, and then they headed over.
Tony was still in his underground lab, researching new suits.
Jaxon saw Tony's work. Tony was developing portable armor—this was the armor he'd used when fighting Whiplash AKA Ivan Vanko.
"It looks good, but it's still not very practical. You should work on nano armor."
Tony tossed his tools aside and said, "Do you think it's easy to research that? Making nano armor is at least 20 years ahead of current tech. There's no infrastructure for it."
Jaxon smiled and said, "Your father's inventions were ahead of their time, and you're even better than he was. I believe you'll figure it out."
Tony wasn't offended, "You're right. I, Tony Stark, am no less than anyone."
"Jarvis, help me locate Helen Cho, a scientist. She might be in school now or working as a doctor." Jaxon asked.
"Yes, sir."
Tony looked intrigued. "So, what's special about this person?"
"She's a brilliant woman who can help you with nanotechnology."
"Search complete. Target located."
Helen Cho's profile appeared on the screen, and Tony immediately noticed the photo.
"Hey, Jaxon, are you sure she can help with nanotech, or do you just think she's pretty?"
"I'm not sure, honestly. People from her country are skilled at makeup and plastic surgery. You'll have to see her in person to judge."
Tony reviewed her impressive resume.
"A Ph.D. at such a young age, almost finished. Promising."
"She's obviously not as smart as you, Tony."
"The great Tony Stark, cursed with knowledge. I think you should reach out, bring her here while she's studying abroad, set her up with a lab, and start your nanotech research."
Tony, interested in nanotech, agreed, "I think you're right."
"Jarvis, send her an offer. Let her know I'll provide a dedicated lab and invite her for an interview at Stark Tower tomorrow."
"Yes, sir."
Tony was excited and continued working with Jaxon in the lab.
Meanwhile, Natasha contacted the agent.
This agent was a rookie, but with a notable background: Sharon Carter, Peggy Carter's niece.
It was Sharon's lineage that led Nick Fury to choose her. Despite her newness, she had great potential and capability.
The exchange between Natasha and Sharon went smoothly.
Natasha handed over S.W.O.R.D. information, and Sharon relayed Nick Fury's orders.
After their mission, Sharon said, "I have another task. I need to speak with Jaxon."
Natasha didn't mind, "Alright, I'll call him."
Jaxon followed Natasha to the living room, where he saw Sharon Carter.
"Hello, Sharon."
"The Director asked me to tell you we've located the two people you were looking for."
"Can you bring them to my villa? If not, just tell me where they are, and I'll get them."
Sharon replied, "Actually, they're outside."
Jaxon was stunned. This could get complicated.
If Wanda and Pietro saw Tony, things could get ugly. But maybe it wasn't a bad idea for them to meet.
"Could you bring them in?"
"Of course."
A few moments later, Sharon brought in two people.
Wanda and Pietro. Pietro had a rough, fierce look.
"What are you going to do? Let Wanda go!"
Wanda's hair was disheveled, hiding her face.
Jaxon walked over and gently brushed her hair back.
But Wanda wasn't the gentle type; she turned her head, letting her hair fall back.
Jaxon chuckled, 'So fierce. She is worthy of being my wife.'
Beyond her personality, her beauty was striking, as was her figure. It was obvious that they were not living well.
"How old are you now?"
Pietro stepped up, "Why should I tell you? Let us go!"
Jaxon sighed, "You're making things difficult. Don't you want revenge on Tony Stark? I can help you."
Pietro's face twisted with hatred, "How can you help us? Why should we trust you?"
"For one, I can arrange for you to meet Tony Stark face-to-face. But you're not strong enough to take him on right now."
Wanda, more composed, asked, "Why are you helping us?"
"Because of you, Wanda. You have unmatched potential."
Pietro sensed Jaxon's interest in Wanda, "Don't even think about hitting on Wanda."
Wanda, equally assertive, asked, "Can you help us gain power and defeat Tony Stark?"
"It's more about unlocking the hidden power within you. If you master it, you could even destroy the world."
Natasha and Sharon were on edge. World-ending power wasn't something to take lightly.
Wanda hesitated, "I don't want to destroy the world. I just want revenge—justice against Tony Stark."
Jaxon smiled, "Good answer. You're not blinded by hatred."
"About your revenge—yes, Tony made the missiles. But do you know who launched them?"
Wanda caught on, "Are you saying we should forget our grudge against Tony Stark?"
"No, I just want you to think critically. That missile caused you unbearable pain when you were young. But now you're adults, with enough wisdom to analyze and make choices."
Wanda's expression softened but remained angry, "Even if he didn't launch it, he's still responsible."
Jaxon admired her fierce expression—it was beautiful.
"I completely agree."
"Tony, you have guests!"
Tony looked annoyed, emerging from the lab, "I've let your spy games slide, but this is my house!"
Seeing their enemy, Pietro and Wanda seethed.
"Tony Stark, I'm going to kill you!"
Pietro lunged forward, startling Tony.
"Hey, what's going on?"
"You might want to back off, or I'll have to shoot. This is my home!"
Jaxon quickly restrained Pietro with his symbiote suit.
Tony glanced at the two before asking, "Who are they?"
"They're from Sokovia. Years ago, they lost loved ones in the war. A missile from Stark Industries landed in front of them but didn't explode. It scarred them deeply."
"They're here to seek revenge on you!"
