HP: Is It Wrong To Be A Sociopath In Magic World?

Chapter 6: Chapter 5: Magical Books!

Turns out it was August twentieth, my birthday, when McGonagall arrived to give me my letter, which means I'm now eleven years old in body.

Anyway, it's been a few weeks, two to be specific and right now I'm bored as hell. I finished all the magical books I got in the first week, I'm a fast reader and those books were made to be comprehensible to kids, it really wasn't that hard to do.

Hell, at this point, I've reread a few of them more than once, those being the ones that really interested me.

Transfiguration, Charms, and Potions being the main normal ones, though I was very interested in the Defense Against the Dark Arts book, it being the one that I read the most.

Something about it being needed for me to have a chance at living into my twenties really made me enjoy reading about it all.

The ones that I disliked the most being the books on history, as I've always found history boring unless is fits a certain criteria, Astronomy, Herbology both in my not as interested view mostly because I'm not that big of a fan of stars and plants, though out of everything it doesn't mean it was bad at all, just the weakest out of all the ones I liked.

Anyway, it was about time to get ready to go to King's Cross and board a train to Hogwarts.

….

Sitting down in the first open compartment after spending about half an hour of walking, which I'm sure got a few weird looks sent my way, as I was an eleven year old walking alone with a trunk that was almost as tall as I was.

Thankfully, while this body isn't the strongest, it seems that I'm strong enough to lug the trunk all the way to the train station without having a breakdown, which is all that matters in my opinion.

Currently, I was resting my eyes, as I haven't slept in a long period of time, I hate insomnia but it does have it's uses, doesn't change the fact that I'm really tired at the moment and kind of feel like shit at the moment but there isn't anything else I can really do about that.

So with that I'm just relaxing before school starts up, honestly I've never been to big of a fan of Hogwarts but this just feels like something else, because it's fucking magic! And magic kind of just makes everything awesome.

My thoughts were interrupted as I listened to the compartment door slide open, opening a single eye.

I noted that a boy had walked into the compartment with two teens, with red hair and identical faces, twins, one of which had a trunk that seemed to belong to the short kid.

The two twins looked into the compartment before smiling at the sight of me. Well I don't particularly want to know what those two, the Weasley twins, I'm sure of it, had in mind so I just opened my other eye and said.

"If you're going to smile at the eleven year old in such a creepy way I feel the need to inform you that there are adults on the train."

I noted that both blanched at such a statement from what was in their eyes a kid, it probably didn't help that I've figured out how to be monotone with a British accent, which took a bit of practice but the reaction was ammusing enough to be worth it.

"Now… Now, what kind of firsty says something like that Fred? I believe we should escape before he somehow makes us an even worse influence as our mother would say."

The other, who I'm half convinced is actually George nodded solemnly before walking in and set Harry's, at least I think so, trunk down before making his way out of the compartment, while whispering what sounded like 'good luck mate' to Harry before walking away with his twin in tow.

"So are you just going to stand there or are you going to enter? I won't bite, you know." Harry seemed to not know what to say to that so he just walked in and sat down on the seat across from me, not knowing what to say.

So, I just closed my eyes again and was about to go back to relax as my body was a bit sore from trudging that heavy ass trunk all the way here. But Harry seemed to find his courage and introduced himself.

"Um, nice to meet you. I'm Harry, Harry Potter." I already knew this, and I think I should have a better reaction to one of my favorite characters from one of my favorite book series of all time, but honestly…

…He isn't a character anymore, he's a person and such an act would just be ridiculous.

Plus he's the bloody chosen one, and I know what he wants, to be treated like he's nothing special, just normal, not a freak 'Harry' and I can use that. Sure it's wrong to manipulate a child but I don't exactly care.

"Alex, nice to meet you as well." He nodded, though I couldn't see it, I just figured that's the reaction he would have as he didn't say anything else.

I was about to mention something else when a red head walked into the compartment, I'm like ninety percent sure that's Ron.

It helps that outside the window to my left was the rest of the Weasleys, something I noticed from listening to some of them squabble back and forth though I didn't bother looking at them even though I caught all their names.

Hey, do you mind if I sit here? Everywhere else is full." And as such I knew that was false, considering the fact that he was outside the train about ten seconds ago so unless he suddenly figured out teleportation he just didn't want to keep walking.
