Recognizing their latent abilities, they begin training at the ninja academy, where they demonstrate exceptional talent, developing a unique Body Flicker Technique and catching the attention of Tsunade. Impressed, she entrusts them with the fabled Chakra necklace of the legendary Senju Hashirama.

Despite the onset of the Second Ninja War, Tsunade advises against early graduation, fearing they lack the experience for battlefield challenges. Following her guidance, they remain in school, honing their abilities until finally ready to take on the responsibilities of a ninja.

Upon graduation, the protagonist steps onto the battlefield, quickly forming alliances and gaining the mentorship of Orochimaru. They bond over shared intellectual pursuits, specifically the mysteries of life and death, solidifying a partnership fueled by the promise of strength and knowledge.

Given their Senju heritage, the protagonist gains a unique advantage, enabling Orochimaru to delve deeper into experiments shrouded in secrecy. The protagonist, eager to explore the boundaries of the Senju bloodline, agrees to support Orochimaru's research, both financially and through influence. They use their status to protect Orochimaru's activities from scrutiny, allowing their mentor to pursue human experiments under Konoha's radar.

Development of the Blood Purifier

A major breakthrough emerges when they jointly develop the "blood purifier"—a tool to enhance bloodline power, though at a heavy cost: reduced lifespan. Undeterred by this risk, the protagonist decides to test the purifier on themselves, experiencing a surge in chakra levels and even unlocking the Wood Style jutsu. While their strength dramatically increases, the protagonist is left uneasy, realizing the price might be higher than anticipated.

Orochimaru, aware of the power he holds, continues their partnership but evades direct answers about the purifier's true toll on longevity. Their mutual distrust mounts as Sarutobi Hiruzen discovers their experiments and drives them from Konoha, forcing them to rely solely on each other.

Driven by ambition and a desire to reclaim their lost years, the protagonist and Orochimaru continue their experiments while navigating the dangerous backdrop of the Third Ninja War. However, when Orochimaru refuses to prioritize removing the blood purifier's side effects, the protagonist's patience reaches its limit. They seize control, coercing Orochimaru into focusing solely on this goal.

In response, Orochimaru reveals a new creation: an "advanced purifier," promising stronger bloodline enhancements, elimination of the original purifier's side effects, and the added benefit of extending their life by 50 years. Initially, Orochimaru suggests testing it on Tsunade, igniting the protagonist's inner conflict.

Facing the Consequences

The protagonist ultimately resists Orochimaru's darker inclinations and decides to take the purifier themselves. At first, the effects are promising. Their bloodline strengthens to unprecedented levels, physical signs of aging reverse, and a newfound vitality courses through their body. Yet, doubt lingers—has Orochimaru truly resolved the purifier's flaws, or has he left hidden dangers lurking in the formula?
