Hephaestus POV

Boring...

That was what I would describe this island

There's no palaces, rollar coaster, kitchen, etc.

That's why i decides to uograde this island.

But first I need to collact some materials from the sea. Luckily although as the god of fire, being in water for too long is uncomfortable I can still bear it.

As I travel across the floor of the ocean, I was able to gain many materials that I think will be perfect for my upgrades. I found ores that glows, plants that can produce materials similar to silk. Etc.

I also tried to find some underwater volcanoes but it seem that volcanoes doesn't exist in this world due to the world technically being very young.

I later learn that this world is still not trully perfect. There's no four seasons in the world, no volcanoes, heck the elements aren't even coordinated properly. Some place are very hot just like sun. Some place have have unending storms. Some place even are even cirrupted due to the resentment left by the death of a lot of beings.

It does have to be noted that mortals do exist during the titan era.

I also learn that as owner of the priesthood of fire. My job is to evolve the laws of fire in the world. Everytime I evolve my priesthood it will feedback to the world making the world more perfect while also incresing my authority over fire. If I am able to hold all authority over fire I can even to intergrade my priesthood with my devine body and be like Uranus before he became a primordial which is the incarnation of the law.

Unfortunately it will be very difficult to do that since it seem that other gods also own some authority over fire. It does have to be noted that each god is always born with only one priesthood and their job as the owner of their priesthood is to evolve the law in their preisthood. This can be done by making understanding of their respective laws deeper or by devouring other laws that have no gods and making the devouered laws their subordinate. Such as Zeus who owns that godhead of heaven. He was able to make himself so strong that he was able to beat his father, Kronos who litterly control space by devouring the law of lighting in the world. He made lighting the subbordinate of Heaven by making it the embodiment of heaven wraths or some shit.

Not only him other god also did that. Such as Helios who similar to his father own the priesthood of the sun. The diffrence being his father's priesthood being the destructive power of the sun while his being the prosperity of the sun.

Helios was able to gain some authority over fire by allowing the sun to produce fire. Which allowed his sun priesthood to be a liittle bit stronger than his father allowing him to beat his father during the Titan war. If there are no other gods who also own some authority over fire. He would would probably be able to devour the law of fire making the sun the source of all fire.

Luckily now that I am here, He won't be able to devour the law of fire unless he himself become a primordial since if I die the priesthood of fire will simply dissapear into the world waiting for a new god to be born. This is because of the world rules which make it so that if the law is strong enough, a priesthood will be born and when the priesthood is born it's like a benchmark between mortals and immortals. Of course if he is strong enough he will be able to forcibly retain my priesthood when I die but even then he have to at least become a great god which can only be done by devouring his father authority and making himself the incarnation of the sun.

Also the other gods that also own some authority over fire is Hestia the god of kindness and Prometeus the god of knowledge.

Hestia was able to gain her authority over fire by evolving the fire of purification which allowed her to despel resentment. While prometeus was able to gain his authority over fire by making fire the symbol of knowledge. He seem to be planning to evolve his knowlege priesthood by doing this.

Luckily I don't plan to be the true god of fire. Sort of. Since after carefull consideration I decided to become the god of craft.

See after looking into the marks in my true spirit. I was able to see a little bit of the life of my past reincarnation. Though this does makes me very tired. It seem that I need to become stronger to view all of the loves of my past reincarnation.

Anyway, I found something interesting from my first reincarnation who came form the world 'Earth' . There seem to be a myth called greek mythology. In it there is a god called 'Hephaestus' who is well known as the god of craft. There is also another version of him who is known as Vulcan who is the god of fire and also own the same same as one of my past reincarnation.

This gave me a very interisting idea. I decided to create a clone who will hold my fire priesthood which will allow me the chance of gaining another priesthood.

After all from my inheritece memories it seem that if someone that doesn't have a priesthood was able to do something to evolve a law, it will gain priesthood related to said law.
