Chapter 123: Yhwach, The Quincy King and 0 Division

Yamamoto Genryūsai Shigekuni stood amidst the ruins of the Seireitei, his reiatsu burning like a raging inferno. Before him lay the smoldering remains of a Yhwach clone, cut down by the Captain-Commander's unmatched fury.

"Is this all you've got, Quincy King?" Yamamoto growled, his voice a deep rumble of disdain.

But then, a cold, commanding voice echoed through the battlefield.

"No, Genryūsai. That was merely a prelude."

Yhwach himself emerged from the shadows, his presence suffocating and ominous. He radiated absolute authority, the power of a true monarch.

Days earlier, Yhwach had visited the lowest depths of Muken, where Sosuke Aizen was imprisoned. The air was thick with an oppressive silence, broken only by Yhwach's heavy steps.

"Aizen Sosuke," Yhwach said, his deep voice reverberating through the darkness. "Join me, and I shall release you from this prison. Together, we can destroy the Soul Society."

Aizen smirked, his expression as calm and calculating as ever. "Destroying the Soul Society, you say? How dull. I have no interest in following a king, much less one as tedious as you."

Yhwach's eyes narrowed. "You would reject my offer so easily?"

Aizen chuckled, leaning back against his bindings. "The very idea of submission is anathema to me. But you already knew that, didn't you? Now leave—I tire of your company."

Yhwach stared at him for a moment before turning and walking away. "So be it, Aizen. But do not think your refusal will save you when my judgment comes."

Yamamoto's eyes blazed with fury as he raised his blade. "You will pay for desecrating my Seireitei and my comrades' sacrifices!"

Yhwach extended his hand, speaking calmly. "Zanka no Tachi." The flames of Yamamoto's Bankai extinguished, sucked into Yhwach's grasp.

The Captain-Commander's eyes widened briefly before narrowing. "Do you think me powerless without my Bankai?" He held his zanpakuto aloft. "A sword is a sword, and my will is eternal!"

Yamamoto rushed forward, his strikes ferocious and precise. Even without his Bankai's flames, his sheer strength and mastery of combat were terrifying. Yhwach parried the attacks effortlessly at first, but as the fight raged on, even the Quincy King began to feel the weight of the relentless assault.

"You are a relic, Yamamoto," Yhwach sneered. "Your era has long since ended."

"And yet here I stand!" Yamamoto roared, slashing with renewed vigor.

As Yhwach prepared to deliver a killing blow to Yamamoto, two figures appeared, their combined reiatsu halting the battle in its tracks.

Ichigo Kurosaki, his Shikai drawn, exuded a terrifying mix of Hollow, Quincy, and Shinigami energy. Beside him stood Harry, his calm yet commanding aura almost palpable.

"Sorry we're late," Ichigo said, his tone deadly serious. "You're not taking him out today."

Harry glanced at Yamamoto, his eyes glowing faintly. "Rest easy, old man. I'll patch you up."

Before Yamamoto could protest, Harry placed a hand on him, a divine light enveloping the Captain-Commander. In seconds, Yamamoto's wounds were healed, his strength fully restored.

Ichigo stepped forward, his reiatsu flaring dangerously. "Let's see how you handle me, Quincy King."

Yhwach studied him, a slight smirk playing on his lips. "So you've come to challenge me, child? Very well."

The battle erupted into chaos. Ichigo unleashed everything he had, alternating between his Quincy abilities, Vasto Lorde form, and Shikai techniques. The ground trembled under their clashes, and the sky seemed to crack as their reiatsu collided.

"You're strong," Yhwach admitted, blocking a devastating strike. "But your power is still incomplete."

Ichigo grinned, his eyes glowing with determination. "Incomplete, huh? Guess I'll have to make up for it with grit."

As the battle raged on, Yhwach's Sternritter lieutenant, Jugram Haschwalth, appeared at his side.

"Your Majesty," Haschwalth said urgently. "The time is running out. We must retreat."

Yhwach glanced at Haschwalth, then back at Ichigo. With a sigh, he stepped back.

"This battle is not over, Ichigo Kurosaki," Yhwach declared. "You've merely delayed the inevitable."

Sinking into the shadows, Yhwach and his forces vanished, leaving Ichigo and Harry standing amidst the wreckage.

Harry helped Yamamoto to his feet, his expression unusually serious. "Next time, we need to be prepared. Kisuke's already working on a way to get those stolen Bankais back."

Ichigo clenched his fists, his resolve steeling. "No more losses. Next time, we end this."

The Seireitei was left in shambles, the losses heavy. But hope remained, burning in the hearts of the survivors.

The skies of the Seireitei opened as a massive column of light descended, and from it emerged the Zero Division. Their imposing presence was undeniable, their reiatsu suffocating even to seasoned captains. Standing at the forefront was Ichibē Hyōsube, the Monk Who Calls the Real Name, his grin wide and mischievous.

Behind him stood the other members of the Royal Guard: Kirio Hikifune, Senjumaru Shutara, Ōetsu Nimaiya, and Tenjirō Kirinji. Each of them exuded an air of superiority, their roles as protectors of the Soul King apparent.

"Yo, Gotei 13!" Ichibē boomed, his voice like a thunderclap. "We're here to pick up some special guests."

Retsu Unohana stepped forward, her expression calm. "The injured need healing, and the Soul King Palace is the safest place. Please take care of them."

Ichibē chuckled. "We don't need reminding, little sister. The Zero Division knows what we're doing!"

Despite the levity, there was an undercurrent of tension. The captains of the Gotei 13 watched the Royal Guard with awe and wariness, their power a humbling reminder of their own limitations.

Before they left the Seireitei, the Zero Division made a formal introduction to the Gotei 13.

Ichibē stood at the forefront, his voice booming. "We are the Zero Division, protectors of the Soul King and his palace! Each of us has contributed something so great to the Soul Society that we were chosen for this sacred duty."

Ōetsu Nimaiya twirled his blade, grinning. "That's right, kiddos. I made the zanpakuto you're all so fond of!"

Senjumaru added, her tone cool and composed, "And I ensure the stability of your uniforms, armor, and more."

Kirio clapped her hands, her motherly demeanor shining. "And I'm the one who fed your entire culture!"

Kirinji smirked. "Don't forget who invented the healing springs that save your sorry hides."

Ichibē finished, his grin widening. "And I, Ichibē Hyōsube, name everything in the world!"

The captains of the Gotei 13 nodded respectfully, though a few seemed skeptical of their eccentricity.

Shunsui Kyōraku, ever the diplomat, stepped forward. "Thank you for aiding us in this time of need. The Gotei 13 will be ready when called upon."

Ichibē chuckled. "Oh, you'd better be. The Quincy threat isn't done yet!"

With that, the Zero Division and their charges ascended, leaving the Gotei 13 to prepare for the battles yet to come.

Renji, Byakuya, Rukia, Ichigo, and Harry were chosen to ascend to the Soul King Palace. Each had suffered greatly in the recent battles, and their presence was deemed crucial for what lay ahead.

As they entered the massive pillar of light, a sensation of weightlessness overcame them. The group was enveloped in a glowing cocoon, whisked away to a realm few had ever seen.

When they arrived, the majesty of the Soul King Palace left them speechless. The sprawling structure floated in an endless expanse of sky, its beauty otherworldly.

The first stop was Tenjirō Kirinji's healing springs, known for their miraculous properties. The group was instructed to strip down and enter the steaming waters, their bodies aching from their ordeals.

Harry leaned back against the smooth stones, his muscular frame glistening in the water. The warmth seeped into his body, soothing every ache and pain.

Renji let out a groan of relief, sinking deeper into the water. "Man, this is amazing."

Ichigo, though initially hesitant, relaxed as the water worked its magic. Even Byakuya, ever composed, seemed to let his guard down slightly.

Rukia, sitting modestly to one side, glanced at Harry. "You're certainly making yourself at home."

Harry smirked. "When in Rome, right?"

The tranquil moment was interrupted as Kirio Hikifune and Senjumaru Shutara appeared, their regal elegance commanding attention.

Kirio's eyes sparkled with curiosity and mischief as she approached the group. "Well, well. Look at all of you, healing so nicely."

Senjumaru's gaze, however, was fixed on Harry. Her sharp eyes traced the lines of his body, noting the ripple of his muscles as he shifted. A faint smile played on her lips.

The two women sat beside him, their presence magnetic.

"Your physique is impressive," Senjumaru murmured, her voice silky. Her hand brushed against Harry's arm, lingering slightly.

Kirio chuckled, leaning closer. "You must have worked hard to get a body like this. Care to share your secrets?"

Harry, unfazed, grinned. "Years of training... and maybe a little divine intervention."

The women laughed, their flirtation blatant. Ichigo and Renji exchanged looks, unsure whether to feel amused or awkward.

"Can we focus on healing, please?" Rukia muttered, her face reddening.
