"This…is this building sold to someone?" One of the onlookers looked at the Mei family restaurant that was getting torn down. They had long heard about the crimes of this restaurant owner and knew what kind of things she had done behind the walls of this restaurant.

Thus it was quite a surprise to see that someone was willing to buy the restaurant and was even renovating it, who was the daring soul who was willing to buy this restaurant and even open it for business again?

"It was bought by Madam Yu," the partner of the woman was the one who answered. When the woman heard that the restaurant was bought by Yu Dong, she was stunned. She turned to look at her partner and then said with a frown, "Is Madam Yu not worried about her business failing? Why is she buying a place where more than forty corpses were found? Isn't it unlucky?"

"Who knows? Maybe she thinks that there is no way that her business will fail?" Her partner remarked causing the woman to laugh out loud. The woman who had first spoken couldn't help but say,

"Sometimes overconfident can be dangerous. I admit that Madam Yu is really good at coming up with business ideas but there is no way she would be able to this unlucky place boom with business ever again, hahaha!"

At the Big River Village.

"What's wrong wife?" Chen Mi looked at Yu Dong who was using her smallest finger to clean her ear.

"I feel like someone is talking bullshit about me behind my back," Yu Dong answered as she felt her ears itch.

Ye Liu, who strode inside the room while carrying the eggs that he had collected from the coops turned to look at his wife and sighed, "What did you think was going to happen? You bought a restaurant which is more and less like a graveyard. Everyone in the town must be laughing at you thinking that you made a mistake by buying that building."

Yu Dong turned to look at her impeccable-looking husband, though he was dressed in all white, not even a single speck of dust could be seen on his clothes.

"You seemed to be underestimating, have you forgotten how you all were left speechless the last time when I opened the mall?" Yu Dong remarked as she caught Ye Liu's wrist and pulled him towards her before whispering, "You also seemed to be forgetting the punishments that you have gotten in the last month."

Ye Liu's cheeks flushed like the vermillion lotus mark on his head, he pushed Yu Dong away while holding the basket of eggs, he really didn't want to talk about the punishment that had been given to him for the past few days, fortunately, he was not alone or else he wouldn't be able to use his legs!

Yu Dong chuckled when she saw the mer rushing inside the kitchen, she then turned to look at the rest of the family who was watching her carefully while some of them had reddened cheeks as they had heard what Yu Dong said to Ye Liu.

Seeing that she was caught teasing her husband, Yu Dong cleared her throat and then said, "Anyway, where is Zan'er? Is not done with the recipe that I gave her?"

"She is done, she is done!" Ye Yexian was worried that Yu Dong would be disappointed with his daughter and immediately rushed out of the kitchen. He was wiping his hands on a rag as he said, "I never thought that something so beautiful and delicious could be made! It's simply a miracle."

"What…what did you create?" Zi Mu questioned with a frown when he heard his husband praise the recipe that Yu Dong had given to their daughter.

Ye Yexian raised his head like a peacock and then said, "Just wait, our daughter is bringing it out. You all are in for a treat because it is something that you might have never seen."

With Ye Yexian hyping up the dish that Zi Zan had made, the entire Yu family was filled with anticipation. They couldn't wait for Zi Zan to come out of the kitchen and bring the dish out, however, the second she stepped out of the kitchen they all wished she could slow down!

They couldn't be blamed. Zi Zan was carrying a very beautiful cake in her hands, that was garnished with a delicious smelling cream and to top it, there were also strawberries red as blood sitting on the top of the cake while the bottom of those strawberries were covered in something white and Swede smelling.

"What this?" Zi Mu asked as he stepped forward and securely took the cake from Zi Zan and placed it on the table. The entire Yu family members including as they looked at the sweet-smelling dessert that was seated in the middle of the table.

"It looks like a sort of cake," Chen Mi was the one who answered as he looked at the dessert sitting in the middle of the dining table. "But at the same time it doesn't look like one, I have eaten a lot of cake but I have never seen one like this."

"Ding, Ding, Ding…you are right," Yu Dong clapped her hands. Her actions attracted the attention of the family members. She then stated, "You are right, this is indeed a cake but it's not your usual cake. This is called triple chocolate cheesecake."

"It's made from crushed biscuits, butter, white chocolate and chocolate along with cream cheese."

However, once she finished speaking the entire family looked at her as if they were listening to another language.

"What …what did you?"

"I have never heard of these ingredients."

"Never have I."

"It doesn't matter whether or not you heard about it but this cake looks really good," a voice that sounded close to dying spoke from the side.
