FOREVER YOURS [BTS OT7]

Yoongi smashes the keyboard with a notorious frown on his face. Taehyung studies him from the other side of the living room with Jimin and Jungkook by his side.

"Should we go ask him?" Taehyung proposes to Jimin, making sure no one else will hear him apart from Jungkook.

Jimin bites his lower lip, narrowing his eyebrows. "Uh—no, he seems quite busy. What if he yells at us? Hobi's making sure we've enough guns to rescue Moni and Jin's sleeping."

"Your point, Jimin-ssi?" Jungkook questions him with an eyebrow raised.

Jimin blinks at him as if he didn't get the obvious. "Uh—they won't be here to protect us from an annoyed Yoongi? He loves us, but he seems too -"

"Shit! Shit, shit, shit!"

The three boys rush towards him.

"What happened, Bae? What's wrong?"

Yoongi keeps yelling nonsense and pulling his black hair, as if he doesn't acknowledge the three boys standing in front of him.

Taehyung sits by his side and puts a hand on his shoulder. "Yoonie, stop it. Look at me, what happened?"

Yoongi takes short breaths and his eyes move to the screen again. Taehyung leans closer to read properly, keeping his hand on Yoongi.

"No connection." Taehyung reads and turns around to Yoongi. "What does that mean?"

Yoongi lets out an audible groan at the same time Hoseok and Seokjin appear from the second floor. Jungkook and Jimin look at them helplessly and Hoseok sits on the other side of Yoongi, while Seokjin stays with the two childhood friends.

Hoseok holds Yoongi's hands to catch his attention and then moves them to his cheeks. "Oh my god, babe, is everything okay? Breath with me, okay?"

Hoseok's voice do an effect on Yoongi, who struggles to take deep breaths, but shakes his head multiple times.

"We lost them."

"What do you mean?" Seokjin demands with a shaky voice.

Jimin holds his hand and Jungkook puts an arm around his shoulder for comfort. Holy moly, how couldn't we guess it sooner?

"Their signal's gone. Joon's gone." his voice shakes, and he shifts his sight from Seokjin to Hoseok.

"No, no, no. They couldn't have left." Hoseok reassures everyone, taking a look at the screen. "Babe, they probably discovered you. Or they thought you could do it. Bang PD knows you're the best hacker in South Korea, mmm?"

Yoongi sighs and shakes his head. Sharing the news with all of them has relieved him a little bit, the anxiety that consumed him a few minutes ago vanishes, leaving him hopeless. "No, Hoba. They can't cover their signal."

"Then they must have shut everything down."

"Why?" Yoongi hopes the younger has a good explanation that doesn't involve Namjoon kidnapped, dead, or missing.

"I don't know . . ."

"There's only one way to know it." Seokjin speaks up after a minute, all eyes on him. "We're going back and I'm not leaving until Namjoon's back with us."

"But Jin hyung, we're not ready."

"Yes, yes we're. I'm tired of crying and waiting for him to come. If we don't bring him back, no one will."

Jimin can't fight back, not with the ferocious look in Seokjin's eyes.

"Are you sure you're okay, Taetae?" Jimin whispers in his ear when everyone climbs in the van.

"Yes. If something happens, I can always count on Tiger." Taehyung rests a hand on his chest. "I feel it, Chimmy."

Jimin presses his lips together. "Right."

Taehyung drives fast through the roads, only slowing down when they approach the factory. They stay as silent as possible, communicating with signs and whispers.

The Bangtan Boys camouflage between the old, tall pines and dry leaves creak under their feet. Hoseok guides them, while Yoongi remains behind close to Jimin protecting their backs. Jungkook keeps his gun down near his thigh, still preferring to fight with his body, but he the boys didn't let him this time.

The door they used to scape remains open and darkness follows.

"Jin, JK, come with me." Hoseok commands. "Suga, stay here with V and Jimin."

"Are you sure you don't want me to come?"

"I think you'll need him, J-hope. I can stay here with V."

"Yes, like the old times."

Hoseok pinches the bridge of his nose for a moment. "You're right. Jimim, come with us. You two," he turns around to face Yoongi and Taehyung. "Stay close and if you hear screams -"

"We'll come to our rescue." Taehyung adds for him, proudly.

"No. Run away."

Yoongi blinks. "What? Are you nuts?"

"We can't save RM if they trap us all. We'll need you in one piece and free if something happens to us."

Yoongi shakes his head, but stays quiet. At the end of the day, Hoseok's the second leader of this team.

The four boys tread towards the door, opening their lantern when they go inside the completely dark and cold corridor. A shiver runs down Jungkook's spine when he recognises the hallway he was forced to part ways with Namjoon.

"Stop." Seokjin raises his hand and everyone freezes, even Hoseok who stands in front of him.

"What is it?" the best shooter points the lantern at the end of the corridor.

"Joonie," he runs and Jungkook gasps, but Seokjin kneels down in front of the hole. "That's - that's his shoe."

Jungkook gulps and holds Jimin's hand. The petite boy intertwines their fingers.

"That's the hole I told you. He - he was here. I'm sorry . . . I - I couldn't save him."

Seokjin stands up, holding the shoe with the same hand he holds the lantern. "Kookie, it's not your fault, mm-hmm? There's nothing you could've done and he'd never let one of us get hurt to save him."

Jungkook nods at Seokjin's warm words. I don't doubt he's an angel. Jungkook lets go of Jimin's hand for a moment to hug Seokjin. The elder wraps an arm around his waist, keeping his own gun down.

"Come on guys, let's go." Hoseok points with his head to the front when the two boys pull away, and Jungkook moves closer to Jimin.

They inspect every corridor they find because they can't remember the exact path they took to get out. It doesn't matter which doors they encounter, all of them are open and dark. Everything remains lifeless, even the machine room where they confronted Mimi and Bang PD.

Seokjin remembers the way from here to the main entrance, but they don't find any clue nor any sign of Namjoon.

Yoongi was right, Mimi and Bang PD left.

They're gone and they took Namjoon with them.
