Chapter 221: Iron Body Vs Green Lighting
Tarnak then moved in high speed, as he arrived to Kadoc his arm then got covered in iron, as he punched Kadoc, as Kadoc corse his arm and actived his Infinite Ice transformation, as then he slammed into the wall, as then arrows moved to shoot at him, a new moved and kicked Atalante away, as she was sent flying, not before back flipping to her side, as she readys more arrows, her cat like Eyss looked at him, Shadow Aozkai used her own Rune marg craft, each spell shot out but then Tarka was covered by iron as his finger turned to claw as he ripped her into pieces and then send it different place, do her still being connected to Ritsuka, she started to recover, as then Anastasia used her own mage craft Ice came up from thr ground as then Tarnak swings his hand which has turned too a sword and cut them.
Ice Soldier made by Anastasia jumped him, but in quick move he cut them all down, as then he was kicked as he hit the wall, as he looked and the gut hit my multiple fist attack, as the wall behind him crack, as the fist was covered by green lighting, as then he kicked the person away as he saw who was, it was Achilles.
The invisible worrier looked back at him. Getting up. "Two invincible Worries fighting, let's see who's strong My Green Lightning or your Iron Body".
Tarnak looked as he spoke. "You are Achilles, or that what he (Kadoc) called you right, I am not fermilier with your legend".
Achilles smirked and looked at him. "And I won't tell you".
Tarnak's eyes narrowed as he sized up Achilles, still gripping his sword-like arm. The intensity of the battle had only escalated, and the air was thick with the scent of iron and magic. Achilles, standing tall with his lightning-infused stance, locked eyes with the Guardian.
"You've got some guts," Achilles said, his voice full of the challenge, "but guts won't win this fight. Let's see if you can keep up with me."
The green lightning crackled around Achilles, his body surging with an electric aura that enhanced his speed and strength. Without warning, he darted forward, moving faster than the eye could follow. His fist, charged with green lightning, swung at Tarnak's head, but the Guardian blocked it with his iron-clad arm.
"You are fast, but speed isn't everything," Tarnak sneered, his voice laced with arrogance.
Achilles grinned, clearly enjoying the fight. "I never said it was."
He then launched into a flurry of lightning-fast punches, each one crackling with power. Tarnak, now fully aware of the threat Achilles posed, raised his other arm to defend. The two warriors clashed again and again, the sounds of their strikes reverberating throughout the cave like thunder. Iron against lightning, it was a battle of raw power, each trying to outlast the other.
Meanwhile, Kadoc was recovering from his earlier hit, still feeling the aftereffects of Tarnak's blow. His eyes flicked to Anastasia, who was preparing another offensive. She was surrounded by a glimmering layer of ice magic, her hands weaving intricate runes in the air. Ice soldiers formed and surged toward Tarnak in a coordinated attack, but he quickly cut through them with a swipe of his iron sword.
Tarnak's voice boomed, dripping with scorn. "Is this all you've got? I'm invulnerable to your weak magic!"
As Tarnak advanced on Anastasia, Shadow Aozkai, recovering from her earlier defeat, drew her own rune circles in the air, summoning powerful bursts of flame and shadow. But just as she was about to release her spell, Tarnak's iron body morphed, transforming his arm into a claw. He swiped at Aozkai, cutting through her defenses with ease, tearing her apart and sending the pieces flying.
Aozkai, though battered and broken, began to reform, her connection to Ritsuka allowing her to regenerate. She gritted her teeth, glaring at Tarnak as she started to piece herself back together.
"I'll be back," she whispered through clenched teeth, her form slowly reassembling itself.
Meanwhile, Anastasia, not deterred by Tarnak's taunts, unleashed her next spell. Ice erupted from the ground, spiraling around Tarnak in an attempt to trap him. But the Guardian responded with a powerful swing of his iron sword, cutting through the ice and dispelling the magic in an instant.
"Pathetic!" Tarnak mocked. "Ice can't bind me. Nothing can."
He was about to strike again when a massive force hit him from behind. Tarnak was sent crashing into the wall with a deafening crack. His vision blurred for a moment, but before he could recover, he felt the unmistakable charge of green lightning. Achilles, grinning like a feral animal, stood over him, his fists charged with lightning energy.
"This is where the real fight begins," Achilles said, eyes sparkling with battlelust. He raised his fist again, green electricity arcing dangerously around him.
Tarnak, still on the ground, growled, his iron body reforming and expanding as he rolled to his feet. "You think your lightning can pierce me? You're a fool!"
Achilles scoffed, launching himself at Tarnak with blinding speed. The two warriors collided with a burst of energy, the ground shaking beneath their feet. Tarnak tried to land a devastating blow, but Achilles dodged and countered with a brutal kick to his chest, sending him staggering back.
"Is this all you've got, Tarnak? I'm just getting started!" Achilles shouted, cracking his knuckles.
Tarnak grimaced, his pride beginning to erode as Achilles' relentless assault continued. But he wasn't done yet. With a roar, he lifted his arm and slammed it down with all his might, sending a shockwave through the cavern. A massive iron fist shot up from the ground, aiming straight for Achilles.
Achilles dodged, but the shockwave created a wave of debris, forcing him to momentarily retreat.
"Your moves are predictable!" Achilles taunted, shaking the dust from his armor. "Try harder!"
Tarnak snarled, his eyes glowing with fury. "You're really testing my patience now."
Just as the battle reached a fever pitch, Kadoc stood back up, his ice armor cracking as he adjusted his stance. He could feel the pressure of the battle rising, and he knew the time for hesitation was over.
"We're not backing down, Tarnak!" Kadoc shouted, his voice carrying over the tumult of the battle. "If you want to test your strength, then bring it on! We're going to finish this, together!"
With that, the group readied themselves for the next round of the battle, each determined to bring Tarnak down and claim the seal for themselves.
Achilles the cover his legs with green light, as then he rushes and kicked Tarnak to the wall, as the walk broke as he fell down and got back up, a the Tarnak laughed, as Achilles looked at him. "Rider that is my Class".
Tarnak got up and looked at as he spoke. "So we both have been holding back, go on some ride".
Achilles body glows, he summoned his spear as then he summoned his chariots. "Alright then, lest not hold back".
Tarnak's smirk only grew wider as Achilles summoned his spear and chariot, the green light surrounding him making him look even more like a force of nature. The chariot roared to life, its wheels sparking with lightning as it thundered toward Tarnak, leaving a trail of electric energy in its wake.
"Is this how you plan to challenge me?" Tarnak sneered, raising his iron-clad arms, preparing for what was sure to be another vicious clash. "You think your flashy little chariot will be enough to defeat me?"
Achilles didn't answer with words. He simply dug his heels into the chariot, urging it forward with a crack of lightning, charging straight toward Tarnak with the speed and ferocity of a storm. The sheer force of the impact sent cracks forming across the stone floor of the cave, the shockwave from his chariot hitting the walls like thunderclaps.
But Tarnak wasn't going to back down. With a roar, he raised his arms, and his entire body morphed into a massive, hulking mass of iron. His iron fists collided with the chariot as it barreled toward him, the force of the collision sending shockwaves through the air. Achilles, however, remained unshaken. He jumped from the chariot mid-charge, twisting in the air to land a massive blow with his spear.
"Feel the full force of the Rider!" Achilles bellowed, his spear crackling with green lightning.
Tarnak gritted his teeth as he swung his iron-armored body to deflect the blow. The spear clanged against his armor, but it didn't pierce him. "You're fast, I'll give you that," Tarnak growled, "but you'll have to do better than that to break me."
Achilles didn't stop. He dashed forward, his body practically a blur, and swung his spear once again with even greater force, aiming for the gaps in Tarnak's iron armor. Green lightning surged from his weapon as he unleashed a flurry of precise strikes, each one aimed at exploiting the slightest weakness in Tarnak's form.
Tarnak grunted, his iron body shifting and contorting to protect himself from Achilles' onslaught. But despite his thick armor, Achilles' strikes were leaving visible dents, the sheer force of the blows starting to take a toll. Tarnak's smug expression began to falter as the green lightning seared through his iron skin, creating small cracks that spread across his massive form.
"You'll have to do more than swing that toy around if you want to break me!" Tarnak shouted, his voice tinged with desperation.
But Achilles was relentless. "I'm not trying to break you—I'm going to shatter you."
With that, Achilles took a step back, his body surrounded by a crackling aura of green lightning. He raised his spear high into the air and slammed it down with such force that the entire cavern shook, sending a blast of lightning straight through the ground and into Tarnak's body. The shockwave blasted through the air, knocking rocks and debris into the air, but Tarnak, though staggered, remained standing.
"This is it!" Achilles yelled, channeling all his remaining energy into the final strike.
Tarnak's iron body surged, growing even more massive in an attempt to absorb the impact. He raised his own arm, now a massive iron claw, to strike back at Achilles, but the Rider was faster. Achilles moved in a blur, his spear crackling with energy, and before Tarnak could react, he drove the spear directly into the center of his chest.
The sound of metal being pierced rang through the cave, and for a moment, everything went silent. Tarnak's eyes widened, disbelief flashing across his face as the green lightning coursed through his body.
Achilles stepped back, his breath ragged, his chest heaving with the exertion of the battle. "You're strong, but you're not invincible."
Tarnak, his body now riddled with cracks and glowing with the green energy, staggered back. He tried to lift his massive arm, but it seemed to weigh a thousand pounds now. With one last glare at Achilles, he staggered, then collapsed to his knees, his once-immense form now a crumpled heap of iron.
Achilles stood tall, watching as the Guardian of the seal slowly crumbled. "And that's how the Rider takes victory."
As Tarnak's iron body began to fall apart, Kadoc, Anastasia, and the others caught up to Achilles. They saw the giant of iron reduced to a pile of debris, and even though they were battered, they couldn't help but smile at the victory.
"We've won," Kadoc muttered, his voice filled with a mix of relief and disbelief.
Anastasia nodded, her eyes still sharp, though her body was weary. "Two down. Seven more to go."
Achilles wiped the sweat from his brow and looked down at the fallen Guardian. "Next time, we're not holding back."
The group shared a brief moment of silence, their focus returning to the mission at hand. The seal had been secured, but their journey was far from over.
As then they heard a roar, as they saw Tarnak get up, as he getting up he was started to transform.
Kadoc then looked at Atalante as he gave her a pure silver knife. ""Throws this at him now, at his neck".
Atalante holded the knifes, she hold her hand back and throws the knife, if wen to the air, as then it stabbed into Tarnak neck, as Blood came out, as he let it gasp, as he fell to his knees as he turned to white dust.
Achilles just Blinked as he spoke. "What the hell was that knife".
Kadoc spoke Looking at Achilles. "A knife made out of Ritsuka God killing energy that he gave me"
Achilles blinked, his expression a mix of surprise and curiosity as he watched Tarnak collapse into a pile of white dust. "A god-killing knife?" he repeated, clearly impressed. "So you've been holding out on us, Kadoc. I didn't know you had that kind of weapon up your sleeve."
Kadoc gave him a small, tight-lipped smile. "Ritsuka's gift. He's got plenty of tricks up his sleeve, and this one was meant for something like this. Tarnak may have been strong, but he was still a threat that needed to be neutralized."
Atalante lowered her arm after throwing the knife, her sharp eyes never leaving the spot where Tarnak had once stood. "Effective, though. It's not often that something just... disappears like that."
Anastasia, who had been silently observing, finally spoke up. "So that's why you gave the knife to Atalante. You knew this wouldn't be a simple fight."
Kadoc nodded. "I figured it was the only way to end it before Tarnak could truly transform into something more dangerous. His resistance was impressive, but I wasn't willing to gamble."
Achilles walked over, looking at the dust where Tarnak once stood. "That's one guardian down. But something tells me this isn't the end of the road."
Kadoc's expression hardened, his voice steady. "We've secured this one, but the others are still out there. We'll need to remain vigilant."
Atalante nodded, still watching the dust as if expecting something to jump out at them. "We should move fast before anyone else arrives."
The group fell into a momentary silence, all of them taking stock of the situation. Despite the victory, the weight of what was to come hung over them. There were still eight more seals to secure, and they had no idea what kind of guardians or traps awaited them next.
Achilles sighed, his posture relaxing slightly as he sheathed his spear. "At least we know one thing for sure. If we encounter any more of those 'guardians,' we've got the edge with Kadoc's knife."
Kadoc gave a quick, sharp nod. "But we shouldn't rely on it too much. We need to be ready for whatever comes next."
As they gathered themselves and prepared to leave the cave, the distant rumble of the world beyond continued to echo, a reminder that the battle for the seals was far from over. Their path was clear, but their journey would be fraught with challenges, each more dangerous than the last.
