Chapter 207: Ship?
Akuta, Xiang Yu, Sion, Le loi were in the area of the Norse lostbelt, wondering how to return to the as then they heard something.
Akuta Vamperic eyes narrows as she saw something coming to them on land. "Is that a ship?".
Sion then looked at she recognised the ship. "Everyone jump".
Akuta and Xiang Yu jumped out of the way, as Le Loi grabbed Sion and jumped to the left, as the ship stopped in the middle as it was Nemo ship, which right now was breaking all the laws of Physics as then coming out of the ship hatch was Ophelia and Olga
The two girls looked around before seeing them as she spoke in a bit of disappointment. "Really, I thought we will find Ritsuka first".
Akuta hearing the Disappointment in the voice got a tick mark. "Ha Ha, happy to see you guys as well".
Da Vinci then came out he Hatch, as she looked at them. "Good to see you four are doing well, anyway get on the shadow border we trying to find everyone".
Le Loi just looked at Nemo ship. "This is new for me and no I haven't forgotten the captain is a servant like me"
The ship hummed softly as it hovered in the air, the gravity-defying vessel appearing as though it had just warped straight from another reality. The shimmering aura around it flickered, revealing its otherworldly design—sleek, yet ominously complex. Nemo's ship had never been just a ship, and everyone knew that by now. It was both a symbol of advanced technology and a mystery that kept evolving.
Ophelia and Olga glanced at each other, the former with her usual stoic demeanor, the latter with a hint of impatience in her gaze. Sion couldn't help but smile at their banter, though it wasn't lost on her how different things were this time. They had been all over the lostbelts, and yet, this reunion was different—more desperate, somehow.
"Seems like we're all a bit off-track, huh?" Xiang Yu muttered, scanning the area with his piercing eyes. The land of the Norse lostbelt was cold, unwelcoming, and, for some reason, felt more alive with a faint sense of dread in the air. It was as if something was watching them from the depths of the mist that crept along the horizon.
Le Loi stepped forward, still staring at the ship. "Is this the way forward, then? A floating fortress led by a servant?" he mused aloud, trying to process what had happened since the last time they were all together. He felt like a stranger to this new, changing world, where physics and logic seemed less like fixed laws and more like guidelines that could be bent with a thought.
"More than a servant," Da Vinci's voice cut through the murmur of the group. She stood with her arms folded, observing their confused expressions. "But yeah, that's pretty much the gist of it. We have a lot to catch up on, and I'm sure Ritsuka will be relieved to see some familiar faces. But for now, we're looking for the missing pieces. And trust me, this ship has more than enough tricks up its sleeve to get us where we need to go."
As the group made their way toward the hatch, Ophelia stepped aside to let them pass, her eyes flickering towards the horizon. She was clearly lost in thought. The ship was one thing, but the larger question still loomed: Where was Ritsuka?
"I'll be honest," Xiang Yu broke the silence, her voice low but firm. "I'm not sure how much longer we'll be able to avoid the bigger confrontation. Everything feels... off. There's a storm coming."
Le Loi looked at her, eyebrows furrowed. "And how do you propose we face that?"
"Not with weapons," she replied cryptically. "We'll need something more—something unexpected."
Akuta, who had been silently watching the interactions, finally spoke up, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "Ah, the great strategist speaks in riddles as usual. How very comforting."
But even she could tell there was more than met the eye. The storm was not just figurative. The strange hum beneath their feet—the flickering of the sky—felt like the universe was on the cusp of unraveling.
Akuta looked at them. "Any plans, we all got blasted everywhere".
Da Vinci looked at them. "Find Ritsuka, Mash, Kama, Yang Guifei, Kama and Kadoc". She then looked at the sky seeingt he floating city do Asgard. "Wait is that".
Akuta looked at them as he spoke. "Yup that is Asgard, we saw it before you guys, we landed here after the Norse sun god blasted this place to high heaven, so any idea where our Dragon God (Ritsuka) is".
Ophelia looked at her. "If I knew where he was, I would be going to him right now".
Akuta them looked at her as she spoke."Not so worried about your boyfriend"
Ophelia looked at her, as her hair turned yellow, as she was ready to go break drive. "Wants to repeat that".
Da Vinci then looked at them. "Ok no fighting, we are trying to find the rest of our group ok, and Ophelia cool your temper".
Ophelia looked at her. "Hard to do when I am worried about Ritsuka, yes I know he can keep him self safe no matter what happens".
Aozaki looked at her as she spoke to him. "Don't get your underwear in a twist Ophelia, just because you knew him from sense you two were kid's doesn't mean you have to so much of a worry word, I didn't train him for 12 years for noting".
Olga just looked at her. "Is it wrong to be worried about, even if he did recently become a god".
Akuta's eyes narrowed as she stood between Ophelia and Aozaki, sensing the tension that thickened the air. "Look, everyone here has their own reasons for concern. But we need to focus—Ritsuka might be a god now, but that doesn't mean he's invincible."
Da Vinci stepped forward, her pragmatic mind already working through the situation. "We all know Ritsuka has the power to survive, but that doesn't mean he should face everything alone. Especially not now."
Ophelia's lips curled, her temper flaring at Akuta's words, but she held herself back, the looming uncertainty of Ritsuka's fate weighing on her. "I... I know that. But you try being in my shoes, and see if you can stop worrying."
Akuta smirked lightly, her usual teasing tone softened. "Trust me, I get it. But let's not turn this into a competition of who cares more. We need to stay focused. Asgard's not far from here, and it might be our first lead."
Olga, who had been silent until now, nodded in agreement. "It's true. We can't afford to waste time bickering. Besides, even if Ritsuka's a god now, that doesn't mean he's out of danger."
Aozaki tilted her head, a faint smirk on her lips. "Well, I didn't traine him for 12 years to just stand around waiting. We'll find him, and we'll make sure he's safe, no matter what."
Xiang Yu, ever the strategist, spoke up. "Da Vinci's right. Finding our group comes first. If Ritsuka is truly somewhere in Asgard, that's where we start."
Sion crossed her arms, her expression thoughtful. "We'll need a plan of attack. Asgard won't be easy to approach, not with whatever powers the Norse gods have left."
Akuta's smirk widened as she glanced back at the group. "Looks like we have our next destination. Let's hope this time we don't get blasted to the other side of the multiverse."
Meanwhile with Ritsuka and Yang Guifei, as they are looking at the floating city of Asgard.
Yang Guifei floated lazily in the air, her elegant form suspended as she looked over at Ritsuka with a playful grin. "So, what's the plan, Mr. Dragon God?" she asked, clearly enjoying the moment.
Ritsuka let out a sigh, his red hair whipping in the wind, the weight of his responsibilities clear in his posture. His Demon Commander Mystic Code shifted with the breeze, and the sword at his waist gleamed faintly in the light. "I didn't think it would come to this," he muttered, regret tinging his voice. "Maybe we should've listened to Loki and stayed as one group instead of splitting up."
Yang Guifei gave a small shrug, her tone light. "Well, we both can fly, can't we?"
Ritsuka nodded, summoning his red dragon wings, a majestic display of his power. "Good point," he agreed, but the shadow of doubt was in his eyes. "But BB in my mind is mocking me, saying how bad of an idea this is."
Yang Guifei's giggle broke the tension, and she tilted her head, eyes sparkling. "How is she in your harem again?" she teased, a mischievous smile tugging at her lips.
Just then, BB appeared in Ritsuka's mind, her voice dripping with playful sarcasm as she looked at Yang Guifei. "Hey, someone has to keep him in line."
Ritsuka glanced at both of them, an exasperated look crossing his face. "You two are going to be the death of me," he muttered, shaking his head in resignation. Despite the chaos of their situation, a small smile tugged at the corner of his lips, the bond between him and his companions a strange comfort in the uncertainty of their journey.
Ritsuka gave a soft chuckle despite his earlier frustration. "Yeah, well, that's just how it goes with you two." He looked toward the floating city of Asgard once more, eyes narrowing. "But we need to focus. Asgard might not just be floating around for decoration. We have a serious job to do, and this place—" He trailed off, eyes scanning the distant clouds swirling around the city. "It feels different, like it's not just a city but... something else."
Yang Guifei's eyes flickered toward the horizon, sensing the tension in the air. "You mean, it's not just a lost city or something?" she asked, her voice lowering, now serious.
Ritsuka nodded, wings folding slightly as he adjusted his stance. "Exactly. I don't think Asgard is here by accident. Whatever's going on, it's connected to the bigger picture. We need to figure out who or what is behind this."
BB's voice suddenly echoed in his mind again, amused yet a bit sarcastic. "Ritsuka, you're always so serious. Can't you just enjoy the view for a moment?"
He gave a rueful grin. "If only I had the luxury of time, BB." Turning his gaze back to Yang Guifei, he added, "We'll have to be cautious, though. If something's pulling strings behind the scenes, we can't afford to rush in without a plan. Especially if... they're expecting us."
Yang Guifei floated beside him, her expression thoughtful now. "I can help with that. We can scout ahead, see what's going on from a distance. If this floating city really is some sort of trap, we'll need all the information we can get."
Ritsuka's wings flared out, lifting him off the ground. "Agreed. Let's head there, but stay alert. We're not the only ones looking for answers."
As they approached the city, the air grew heavier, filled with a strange energy that seemed to distort the atmosphere around them. It felt like something ancient and powerful lingered in the air—waiting. The closer they got, the more Ritsuka could feel it pressing against him, as if something within Asgard was aware of their presence.
"Whatever this is," Ritsuka murmured, "it's not going to be easy."
Yang Guifei smirked, her eyes gleaming with determination. "Since when has anything we did ever been easy?"
They continued their approach, unaware that their presence had already caught the attention of unseen eyes watching from the towering spires of Asgard.
With Mash and Kama they were at Dwarven Mines, as they are looking at the energy of the fantasy tree
Kama looked at Mash. "So do you believe it".
Mash looked at Kama. "About Senpai talk about the reset, how everything was changed and how Senpai was sent back in time, yes".
Kama looked at her as she sighed and spoke. "I wouldn't have believed him, if he didn't did that whole thing of unlocking my Memorys of the previous timeline, at least he has finally stopped calling him self a sinner, but so many things have changed in this timeline"
Mash looked at her. "As Senpai but it, it is the butterfly effect, as again I didn't have this Mode shift".
As then Maths armour turned white, her shield broke and turned red as it turned into a spear red line got on her cheese as she has yellow eyes as she had actived her Alter transformation.
Kama looked at her. "And Ritsuka didn't have his God Shift, let faces this is weird, the timeline is weird and the Lostbelt are different as well, we are dealing with Beast of Humanity Draco and The Alien God, and still here we are".
Mash nodded solemnly, her Alter transformation glowing brightly as the yellow hue of her eyes sharpened with a new, intense focus. "It's strange, isn't it? All of us are here, but it feels like we're not exactly where we're supposed to be. It's like we're caught between two timelines... two versions of what should have been."
Kama gave a small, knowing smile, her voice tinged with a mixture of amusement and caution. "You're right, Mash. Things just aren't lining up. I can feel it, too. The changes in our abilities, in the very nature of this Lostbelt... It's all warped. It's not just the fact that the timelines have changed—it's that we're living in the aftermath of a collision between them."
She turned her gaze back to the massive, pulsing energy of the Fantasy Tree before them, its ethereal glow casting shadows on the cavern walls. "And yet, we're here, still trying to make sense of it. All these alterations, all these anomalies... It's like we're part of something that we can't fully understand. I wonder if even Ritsuka realizes just how deeply things have shifted. He has his God Shift, but it's not just about power, is it?"
Mash's grip on her spear tightened. "No, it's about balance. He talks about how everything's been reset, but the consequences are far-reaching. The Lostbelts... they're different now. It's as if the rules we knew no longer apply."
Kama's expression darkened slightly. "And then there's Draco and the Alien God, both of whom have their own agendas, their own influence over this reality. We're dealing with powers far beyond our comprehension. But... I can't help but feel that all of this is leading to something bigger."
The air around them seemed to hum with the energy of the Fantasy Tree, and Mash instinctively raised her shield as the atmosphere thickened, an ominous force gathering just beyond the threshold of their awareness.
"We're not just fighting for survival anymore," Mash said quietly, her Alter form radiating power. "We're fighting to understand why we're here, to uncover the truth about everything that's been changed... and maybe even to fix it."
Kama smiled wryly, the tension in the air palpable. "You sound like Ritsuka, Mash. But maybe that's the key. We can't afford to be passive. We've been through so many timelines, so many Lostbelts... but now, we're facing something that transcends them all. The question is, do we stand a chance of surviving it?"
The ground beneath them trembled slightly, as if in response to their words, the energy from the Fantasy Tree intensifying once again. Neither Mash nor Kama looked away—they were ready to face whatever came next, fully aware that the path ahead was uncertain, but determined to walk it together.
As the eerie hum of the Fantasy Tree continued to reverberate in the mines, Mash and Kama exchanged a brief, knowing glance. They were not the same as they had been before. This was a new fight—one that transcended timelines, Lostbelts, and even gods themselves. The only thing left to do was confront it head-on.
The journey was far from over.
