Chapter 126: Chapter 126: Before Rating Game
"Now that it's settled, the Rating Game between Miss Rias and Lord Riser will take place one week from now at midnight. It will be broadcast live across the Underworld. Both parties should make their preparations beforehand,"
Grayfia stated solemnly, her tone leaving no room for argument.
"I understand,"
Rias replied calmly, nodding in acknowledgment.
"Rias, I'll come see you again in a week. I hope you'll behave by then."
With these words, Riser adopted a smug demeanor and returned to his peerage.
With a flash of flames, Riser and his fourteen female peerage members disappeared from the clubroom.
"Well then, I'll be taking my leave as well."
Without lingering, Grayfia cast a deep, enigmatic glance at Blake, who remained calm and composed, before departing through a magic circle.
For some reason, she had a peculiar feeling that Blake might become the biggest wildcard in this seemingly predetermined Rating Game.
"Blake… Buchou… what exactly is going on?"
Now that the oppressive presence of Grayfia and Riser was gone, the clubroom finally regained some of its previous atmosphere. Asia, who had been trembling with fear, cautiously spoke, her voice as timid as a frightened rabbit.
In contrast, Kanna showed little change in her expression, except for the way she had been vigilantly watching Grayfia the whole time, wary of her making a move.
Hearing Asia's question, Rias sighed softly before explaining the situation.
At the same time, her gaze toward Blake grew more complex.
To her, Blake's reaction—his intense anger at hearing about her arranged engagement, his confrontation with Grayfia, and his unwavering support for her—showed his genuine feelings for her.
It also made her realize that Blake was a man of responsibility and courage. How could she not be moved by that?
"Is that so…? Buchou, I will do my best!"
After listening to Rias's explanation, Asia clenched her tiny fists in determination, her words eliciting a chuckle from the group and easing the previously tense atmosphere.
"We only have one week. We'll need to train hard," Rias declared, exhaling deeply to calm herself.
"Yes!"
Hearing her resolve, Akeno, Kiba, Koneko, and Asia all nodded firmly, their eyes filled with determination.
Blake said nothing in response. Although he could have assured them not to worry, he thought that training would be beneficial for everyone, especially to strengthen Asia and Koneko.
Thus, time flowed like water. Amid the rigorous training, a week passed in the blink of an eye.

One Week later
Early Morning
In a space modeled after Kuoh Academy, Blake, Kanna, Rias, Akeno, Asia, Koneko, and Kiba found themselves inside the Occult Research Club room.
As soon as they appeared, Grayfia's voice echoed throughout the room.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I am Grayfia, the referee for this Rating Game between Rias Gremory and Riser Phenex."
"In the name of my master, Sirzechs Lucifer, I will oversee this battle. Please allow me to explain. For this Rating Game, as per the preferences of both Rias Gremory and Riser Phenex, we have created a battlefield modeled after Kuoh Academy from the human world."
"The rules are simple: the game will continue until the leader of one side is defeated."
Listening to Grayfia's explanation, Blake and the others remained calm, their expressions unchanged.
Moments later, Grayfia's voice rang out again.
"The starting time has arrived. The match will end by dawn in the human world. Let the game begin."
Dong~ Dong~~ Dong~~~
The school bell chimed, signaling the start of the game.
"Buchou, what should we do now?"
In the clubroom, Akeno asked with a serious expression.
"Akeno, Kiba, Koneko, Asia—you all stay here to protect Rias. Kanna and I will handle the rest."
Before Rias could respond, Blake spoke calmly, drawing everyone's attention to him.
"Blake, are you serious? The other side has fifteen members, including their King. If you get surrounded, you'll be eliminated instantly," Rias said, her brows furrowed in concern.
"Ara ara, it's better not to be impulsive," Akeno advised, her tone gentle but firm.
"Senpai."
"Blake."
"Silva."
Koneko, Asia, and Kiba called out, echoing the same sentiment.
"I'm not being impulsive. I have enough power to crush Riser," Blake stated seriously after a deep breath, meeting everyone's eyes.
"I'm sorry, Rias, for becoming your boyfriend without revealing my true strength. This time, I'll show everyone that the boyfriend of the Crimson-Haired Ruin Princess is no weakling."
With those words, Blake took Kanna by the hand and confidently left the clubroom, leaving the stunned group to process his declaration.
"Perhaps we really don't know him at all," Akeno murmured with a wry smile.
"Mm," Koneko and Asia nodded in agreement, while Kiba remained silent, his expression thoughtful.
"Blake, since you've said so, how can I not believe you? Show me your true strength. But don't think I'll just wait here quietly," Rias muttered to herself, her emerald eyes shining with determination and her fair cheeks tinged with a faint blush. She then followed after him.
Hearing Rias's words, Akeno and the others paused briefly before smiling and following as well.
After all, if their leader believed in him, how could they not?
In the end, the outcome of this battle rested on Blake, the mysterious factor in their midst.
As the group moved forward, Blake noticed their actions but simply smiled without saying anything.
"The game has begun."
After Blake and Kanna leisurely strolled to the academy's field, they suddenly unleashed an aura far surpassing that of a high-ranking devil, leaving everyone watching in stunned disbelief!
At that moment, the winds howled, and the skies churned
