Aiden's fingers twitched as he clenched his fists on the cold metal table, his eyes burning with anger as he stared down Agent Garrett.

"My father worked directly with the Fantastic Four," Aiden growled. "Do they even know about this bullshit you're pulling here? Because I guarantee you, my father would never—ever—do something like this. So why don't you stop wasting my time and tell me what the hell you're not saying?"

Garrett remained unfazed, his smirk never wavering. "There's nothing to add, Aiden Blake. It's over. You'll be staying here until we get more information on your father's involvement with the disappearance of the Invisible Woman." He pushed himself up from the chair, dusting off his suit as he prepared to leave.

Aiden leaned forward, his voice lowering into something deadly. "I'll say this once. If you're hiding something from me, you better spill it now. Or—" He stood up, his presence alone making the air in the room heavy. "Let me out of here, and I'll find out the truth myself."

Garrett froze for a second—then burst into laughter. "Ha! Hahaha! Oh, that's rich! You really think we're dumb enough to let a monster like you roam free? So you can run off and help your criminal father?"

The second those words left his mouth, the room changed.

In an instant, Aiden's hand was around Garrett's throat, yanking him off his feet and slamming him against the reinforced wall. The cuffs on Aiden's wrists lay in shattered pieces on the floor.

"H-How—AGHH!" Garrett choked out, his hands clawing at Aiden's grip.

The alarms blared, red lights flashing as the security lockdown triggered. The heavy door sealed shut, locking them inside. But Aiden barely acknowledged it—his focus was entirely on the struggling agent in his grasp.

"You crossed the line," Aiden muttered, his voice dripping with fury. "First, you threatened my mother. Now, you call my father a criminal? You really don't learn, do you?"

Garrett wheezed, struggling against the unyielding strength holding him in place.

Aiden's grip tightened. "What was it I said before?" He tilted his head, pretending to think. "Oh, that's right—I'd break your twig legs."

Before Garrett could react, Aiden's foot shot out with terrifying precision.

A sickening CRACK echoed through the room.

Garrett's scream tore through the air as his leg was crushed—bones turned to dust under Aiden's sheer force. His entire body convulsed from the pain, his screams growing hoarse.

Aiden leaned in, his breath hot against Garrett's ear. "If I find out that anything happened to my mother…" His fingers clenched tighter around the agent's throat. "Your head is next."

Then, with a flick of his wrist, he hurled Garrett across the room. The agent's body slammed against the opposite wall with a bone-rattling THUD, and he collapsed to the ground, unconscious.

Aiden turned his gaze toward the reinforced door.

"You think this place can hold the Hulk?" he muttered. His lips curled into a smirk. "Let's test that theory."

Heat flared from his hands—an intense, blistering inferno. The air around him distorted from the sheer temperature as he pulled his fist back, flames licking up his arm like a coiled dragon preparing to strike.

"Fire Dragon King's Destruction Fist!"

His fist crashed into the door with an earth-shattering BOOM!

The explosion obliterated the reinforced steel door, sending molten metal and shattered concrete flying. The blast didn't just take down the door—it blew apart the entire wall behind it, tearing through multiple layers of the building and launching debris outward in a fiery inferno.

Beyond the wreckage, a squad of heavily armed SHIELD agents stood frozen in shock, their futuristic weapons trained on him.

Aiden stepped forward, his aura radiating searing heat. The temperature skyrocketed instantly—the very guns in their hands began to melt. The steel burned red-hot, forcing the agents to drop them as the weapons liquefied into useless slag on the floor.

He scanned their terrified faces, his golden eyes gleaming.

"Listen carefully," Aiden said, his voice steady, deadly. "Tell your superiors this—if any of you come after me or my family again…" His flames roared, the heat rippling outward.

"I will melt the entirety of SHIELD to the ground."

Silence.

Then, with one last glance at the cowering agents, Aiden turned and jumped away from the hole he made in the building, the smoldering remains still burning in his wake.

.....

Aiden didn't head home. Not yet.

He needed answers. He needed to see them.

Gliding through the city under the cover of darkness, he moved swiftly across rooftops, his body still radiating residual heat from his earlier escape. He had one place in mind—one person he somewhat trusted.

Aiden reached a familiar apartment, landing lightly on the fire escape. He knocked on the window, his breath uneven.

A moment later, the window slid open, revealing a familiar face.

The guy on the other side stared at him in shock. "How did you know…?"

Aiden let out a tired sigh. "Look, I'll explain later. Right now, I need to know—my mother and sister. Where are they?" His voice wavered slightly, the desperation breaking through.

The guy hesitated, then exhaled. "They're fine, Aiden… I did what you asked. I hid them."

Aiden felt relief crash over him like a tidal wave. His tense muscles loosened, the fire within him settling. Without thinking, he stepped forward and pulled his friend into a tight hug.

"Thank you… Thank you so much! Peter"

Peter awkwardly patted his back. "Yeah, yeah, don't mention it."

When Aiden was in the car, restrained and unable to act, he knew he couldn't contact his mother directly. She wasn't strong enough to defend herself, and if they were watching him, they were watching her. He had no way of knowing if her phone was being monitored—or worse.

So, he turned to the only person he could trust.

The only person who could move in the shadows, unseen.

The friendly neighborhood hero, SpiderMan

He sent a message, his fingers typing quickly, hoping—praying—that it would reach its destination.

[Hey Peter, I need your help. I know you're Spider-Man. Please, take my mom and sister away and hide them. Someone is threatening them. Please… I need you.]

...

Aiden finally let go, breathing deeply as color returned to his face.

His friend took a step back, arms crossed. "Okay, now you owe me an explanation. First off, how the hell did you know? And second—" He lowered his voice. "You do realize you can't just go around telling people, right?"

Aiden shook his head. "I'll explain everything later, I promise. But you can trust me. Hell, I'll even tell you my secret—I'm kind of a mutant… I think? But that's not important right now." His eyes sharpened. "Where are they?"

The guy rubbed the back of his neck. "Yeah, about that… I couldn't exactly keep them here. You know, Aunt May, secret identity and all that."

Aiden narrowed his eyes. "So where did you take them?"

His friend hesitated, then finally admitted, "They're at a friend's place."*

Aiden arched a brow. "A friend?"

"Yeah… They're at Gwen's place."

And just like that, Aiden finally had a name for his savior.
