Dragon Ball: Escape from Planet Vegeta

Chapter 3: Chapter 3

Located in the royal palace in the center of the capital city.

On the throne that represented the highest power of the Saiyans, a skinny cat-like man with purple skin and no hair sat calmly.

This cat was none other than the God of Destruction, Beerus.

To Beerus's left, there was a man in special attire, holding a scepter with a calm expression on his face.

He was none other than Angel Whis.

At this moment, a very tragic scene was unfolding.

Under the throne, Beerus was stepping on King Vegeta's head with one foot and continuing to press down.

Faced with such humiliation, King Vegeta knelt and trembled. Not only did he not dare to resist at all, but he also actively obeyed Beerus's movements.

The face that used to be full of majesty was now overtaken by an expression of cold sweat and fear.

He never thought that the legendary God of Destruction would come to Planet Vegeta.

Now he was in a panic, fearing that Beerus might not be pleased and would kill him directly.

Fortunately, he hadn't done anything rash from the beginning and had treated the opponent with the highest Saiyan etiquette.

Otherwise, he could imagine his own end.

However, even so, he did not please the god. Instead, as the food was not to his liking, Beerus mocked him and asked him to find the best pillow in the universe.

King Vegeta dared not refute, much less object, and could only let his subordinates prepare.

This resulted in the current situation.

"King Vegeta, are you joking? The best pillow in the universe is not this kind of trash." The playful expression on Beerus's face revealed his merciless crushing of ants.

As his foot exerted a slight force, King Vegeta's head was pushed down, even touching the ground.

"Forgive me, forgive me my life... Lord God of Destruction... I will instruct my servants to find the best pillow in the universe..." King Vegeta's voice changed.

For him, the only thing he wanted now was to survive.

The dignity of the Saiyan King meant nothing if his life was gone.

So cowardly, so unbearable.

If other Saiyans saw such a scene, they would be in disbelief.

At that moment, someone witnessed this scene. At first, they couldn't believe it, but then they showed an expression of anger.

It was Vegeta, who came here to discuss with his father about going to another planet.

"Enough!!" Losing control of his emotions, Vegeta, although only five years old, exploded with great power and charged directly toward Beerus.

His courage was admirable, but Beerus merely glanced at him indifferently, causing the young boy to lose his balance, stumble two steps uncontrollably, and fall forward.

With only a few thousand combat power points, how could he compare to the supreme God of Destruction in the seventh universe?

"The so-called King of the Saiyans is a coward. Even a brat has more courage than you." No longer in a playful mood, Beerus stood up from the throne, his words full of disdain.

As those words were spoken, Beerus casually stepped on him and forced King Vegeta's head into the ground, crushing it.

This terrifying power caused King Vegeta to instantly faint.

"What kind of fighting race are the Saiyans? It's truly ridiculous. I don't even want to stay on such a trash planet for another moment." Beerus didn't care at all about what he was doing.

To him, not directly destroying Planet Vegeta would be considered paying for King Vegeta's poor hospitality.

"As you command, Lord Beerus." Whis's expression remained unchanged throughout.

Before leaving, he glanced deeply at Vegeta, who lay on the ground with no resistance.

This gaze seemed to see the future, a deep one.

It wasn't until much later that Vegeta, who had collapsed on the ground, recovered.

After confirming that the two had left, he quickly stood up and ran to King Vegeta's side to check the situation.

He didn't know who they were, only that they were so powerful they couldn't resist them.

---

The God of Destruction, Beerus, had taught young Vegeta his first lesson in life.

He made the prince aware that, even though he was a prince of the Saiyan clan, he was actually nothing.

Of course, this memory would soon be stored deep in the young Vegeta's consciousness, because over the next twenty years, he would become Frieza's plaything for amusement.

---

A commercial city outside the capital.

Tallot had returned here as quickly as possible.

At this moment, if he knew everything that had happened in the palace, he would definitely feel heavy.

Because it was just as he had expected, and the development of events was exactly like the plot he knew.

On the way, Tallot greeted acquaintances on the street and finally arrived directly at Bardock and Gine's house.

Tallot's house was next door, so it could be said that the two families lived side by side.

After entering the house, Tallot saw Gine, who was cutting animal legs.

Since she was so focused, Gine didn't notice that Tallot had entered.

"I'm back, Aunt Gine."

Upon hearing the sound, Gine was startled and seemed a little surprised. She turned around.

When she saw it was Tallot, a smile appeared on her face.

"Little Tallot, you're back so early today?"

Gine joked, then skillfully raised her hand to pinch Tallot's small cheek.

As a Saiyan woman, especially one who had just given birth, Gine didn't need to go out to perform tasks like other Saiyans.

Of course, this was also due to Bardock's relationship, so Gine didn't need to be a fighter and only needed to work in logistics.

Being teased again, Tallot resisted but had no choice.

Since he was small, Gine was used to teasing him like this.

"You'll only be able to get rid of it once Gine has pinched enough," Tallot murmured while covering his pinched cheek.

"Aunt Gine, I'm already five years old. You can't pinch my face anymore," he habitually complained.

"Then, has our little Tallot grown up and started not liking Aunt Gine?" Gine made a sad expression, and her tone was particularly aggrieved.

If a stranger saw this scene, they would definitely think it was a play between mother and son.

Of course, for Tallot, Gine and he weren't mother and son, but they were better than mother and son.

Tallot also felt the maternal love from Gine that had been missing from his previous life.

After some fun, Tallot and Gine got to work.

"Aunt Gine, the last time I heard you say that Uncle Bardock should be back soon. Do you know the exact day he'll return?"

"Let me think, the time mentioned in the last call seems to be in the last few days. If everything goes well, I think Bardock will be home tomorrow or the day after," Gine put her index finger on her chin and thought, then said after a moment.

"He'll be back tomorrow or the day after? So soon?" Tallot was surprised.

This completely surpassed his expectations.

He thought that since it was approaching, he would have at least a few days to react, but he never imagined it was already at a critical point.

If this was the prelude to the plot, then he must act.

Seeing Tallot's strange expression, Gine became a little confused and asked, "Little Tallot, do you want Uncle Bardock to help you with something?"
