As the doors closed behind them, Willheim and Nicolas entered the room and sat down on their respective chairs as they started to talk about the state of the World and most importantly that of Europe.
"Nicolas this is serious you need to begin industrialization or else Russia will be left behind and your people will live in misery." said Willheim in a serious manner.
"Haaa, I understand Willheim its just to difficult with those damm Nobles they are to backwards in their ideas and resist my attempts to bring the Industry up and running. I may be a absolute Monarch but even the Nobles have power and resist my Orders and I can't do anything about it." answered Nicolas in a tired tone that betrayed his previous state of mind.
"I don't really know whats going on in your Nation but please do try what you can or that damm Book of Marx will come true." said Willheim in a even more serious tone.
"You believe in some stupid Man who can't stop rambling about the end of Monarchy? I didn't think your in that stuff." questioned Nicolas while showing a surprised expression.
"Let's forget about that and talk about something else, for example can you put your gruge against Austria aside and have the League of 3 Emporers back and running with Germany, Russia and Austria?" asked Willheim in a hopeful tone but made sure not to show it.
"No I'm sorry Cousin but I can't, unless Austria stops their ambition at Conquering the Balkans." Nicolas stated in a serious manner that extinguished Willheims hopes.
"I understand Nicolas I hope you know what your doing and don't cause chaos in your wake." Willheim gave up on his idea of having the League reunited as it will cause an argument that will yield no results.
"So is their anything going on in your family Cousin?" he changed topics to get rid of the stress of their 30 min long talk about politics.
"Yes actually, my Royal Tutors and Doctors have said to me that Anastasia is quite special and that she is a once in a millennium occurrence." Nicolas was happy to change topics to one of his daughter.
Noticing Nicolas enthusiasm Willheim recommended to Nicolas to start having her to attend State meetings to learn early on in life so she can one day be a better Monarch than Nicolas who didn't have the luxury to be tutored by his father who unfortunately passed away and left a young Nicolas to rule the largest contiguous Nation on Earth without any guidance.
Nicolas agreed without hesitation as he knew his struggles in his Rule and wanted to be with his daughter so she can be ready unlike him.
As both heads of states talked about their respective families, outside in the courtyard Anastasia is seen playing with her cousins and siblings while being supervised by their mothers and Royal Guards from both Nations.
"Hahah Cousins Willheim can I call you cousins Willy that's what my dad called your dad." the question Anastasia asked wasn't even a question, as she will call him that regardless if the son of Kaiser Willheim who is also called Willheim refuses to be called in suck a childish nickname as Willheim is older than Anastasia by quite a few years.
"No Anastasia you may not ca-"
"Okii thanks Cousins Willy!" Willheim didn't get the chance to finish as Anastasia interrupted him and quickly ran of to her mother while sticking her tongue out and giggling as she ran.
"What will I do with you my dear daughter?" said Alexandra.
As the kids where having fun and both mothers talking while drinking tea Nicolas and Willheim where arriving but got spotted by Anastasia who quickly ran into her father's arms and hugged him causing him to gasp for air making Willheim snicker behind him.
"Daddy your back!" screamed Anastasia in a muffled tone as she was hugged her dad and buried her face in his stomach.
"Yes Anastasia I'm back and I have news for you that will make you happy."
"Really Daddy ill get to- "Yes you'll get to accompany me in State meetings" - have a teddy!!" said both Nicolas and Anastasia at the same time
"Huh?"
"What?"
This confusion caused everyone to laugh including the Guards who tried to remain professional but couldn't stop the laughter from escapeing their lips thus laughing alongside the Royal families.
