Chapter 3: Chapter 3: Pirates and Betrayal
MC walked behind Nami, following the shoreline illuminated by the late afternoon sun. Every step felt heavy, not just because his body was still weak, but because his mind was filled with questions.
Who am I?Why am I here? And why do I… hate women?
He couldn't remember anything. But as he watched Nami walking ahead of him, the curves of her body occasionally visible beneath her tight tank top, something inside him stirred. Not attraction, but… hatred.
Nami suddenly stopped. "We need to hurry."
MC raised an eyebrow. "Why?"
Nami turned to him with a sly grin. "Because if we don't, you might die."
Before MC could ask anything else, the sound of footsteps came from the forest. Three large men with pirate tattoos emerged, each carrying a weapon.
Pirates?
One of them, a bald man with a scar on his cheek, looked at Nami with gleaming eyes. "Hey, hey! Look who we found… the cunning little fox."
Nami simply smiled sweetly. "Oh? I thought you were gone, but I guess you're still lurking around."
MC immediately realized something was off.
The pirate turned his gaze to him, narrowing his eyes. "And who's this scrawny kid? Your new boyfriend, Nami?"
MC scoffed. "Don't lump me in with a woman like her."
The pirates laughed. But there was something in their laughter that made MC's skin crawl.
There was danger.
Nami stepped closer to MC, whispering in his ear. "Listen… I'm going to make a deal with them. But you have to trust me."
MC turned to her with a sharp glare. "Why should I trust you?"
Nami smirked. "Because if you don't, we're both dead."
Then, before MC could react, Nami walked toward the pirates and spoke in a soft, almost seductive tone, "I have an offer for you."
MC clenched his fists. This woman… what is she planning?
