Conqueror’s Desire

After a fierce battle fought with all their might, MC and Nami finally reached the heart of Cocoyasi Village—the very place that once held countless bittersweet memories for Nami. Now, under the iron rule of Arlong and his followers, the village stood as a testament to oppression. That night, the tension was palpable, and even though Nami knew she had to confront the horrific past that still haunted her, her newfound courage shone through.

MC walked resolutely by Nami's side, ever vigilant and ready to protect her at a moment's notice. "There's nothing to fear, Nami. We will face this together," he assured her.

Nami looked at him with eyes full of hope. "I know, MC. But this is different. This village, its people… I must put an end to Arlong—not just for me, but for all of them."

As they drew closer to Arlong's intimidating headquarters, the weight of Nami's past pressed heavily on her. The memories, full of sorrow and pain, seemed to manifest with every step. Yet, with MC by her side, she began to feel a glimmer of readiness. "I will not run again," she murmured.

Along the way, they encountered several villagers hiding behind closed doors or peeking timidly from windows. Each face reflected a mix of fear and fragile hope. Cocoyasi, once a vibrant home filled with laughter, was now shrouded in silence—its people subdued by terror. But in every glance, Nami could sense the spark of a hope waiting to be ignited.

Ari, an old friend and confidante of Nami, who had been trailing behind them, approached with caution. "We must be very careful," she warned. "Arlong surely knows you've returned, Nami. We cannot act rashly."

MC met Ari's gaze with a determined expression. "We have to take the first step. There can be no more delays."

When they finally reached the massive entrance of Arlong's headquarters, the oppressive atmosphere grew even heavier. From within, the sound of heavy footsteps and sinister, mocking laughter echoed, shaking the very ground beneath them.

Arlong stood atop his makeshift throne, his red eyes glaring with disdain as they locked onto Nami. "So, you've finally come back, Nami," he sneered, his voice dripping with menace. "Do you think you can defeat me and escape so easily? No one can defy my power."

MC stepped forward, positioning himself protectively in front of Nami. "This time, we're here to end your tyranny, Arlong."
