Hearing Lü Man's reminder, Qing Lin stiffened slightly before looking at Mo Yu, her eyes still showing traces of tears. "Young Master, I have to go now. Take care of yourself." 

"You too, Qing Lin," Mo Yu said, staring deeply at her, his heart heavy with emotion. 

Though he had long planned to send her to Heavenly Serpent Mansion, now that the time had come, he couldn't help but feel conflicted. 

Neither Xiao Yu nor Yun Yun's feelings for him could compare to Qing Lin's pure and precious devotion. 

Watching the two of them linger, Lü Man felt like she was intruding on a personal moment. Frowning slightly, she stepped forward, pulled Qing Lin into her arms, and unfurled her Dou Qi wings, preparing to leave.

As soon as the words were spoken, Lü Man leapt into the air, flying high above and looking down as she spoke. 

"Miss Lü Man, please convey my thanks to Brother Bai Ya, and take care of Qing Lin for me. It's a long journey, so be careful!" Mo Yu said. 

"I'm not sure if Bai Ya will accept your thanks, but Qing Lin is the holy maiden of Heavenly Serpent Mansion. No one will dare to bully her, you can be assured of that," Lü Man replied calmly. 

Upon hearing this, Mo Yu nodded. Based on what he knew from the original story, aside from the forced marriage, Heavenly Serpent Mansion did treat Qing Lin fairly well. 

As for the forced marriage, once Mo Yu had the strength, he would personally go to resolve that matter. It would naturally be settled then.

Now that the crisis had been averted, Mu Lan Valley and the Lizard Serpent Clan wouldn't be able to find him for the time being, and Qing Lin had left. It was time to carry out the plan to devour the Heavenly Flame with the Thunder Soul. 

But first, he needed to find a suitable place. As he gazed at the now-dark sky, Mo Yu looked around. 

After scouting around the mountain several times as a shadow, Mo Yu finally found a satisfactory spot—a naturally formed cave. 

The cave was located midway down a steep cliff, with no footholds, making it extremely concealed. 

Satisfied, Mo Yu didn't hesitate. He jumped straight off the cliff. As the intense wind roared past his ears, his back trembled slightly, and the Purple Cloud Wings unfolded, vibrating gently to slow his rapid descent. 

Entering the cave, although its size wasn't large, it was enough for Mo Yu's purposes. He took out several moonlight stones from his storage ring and embedded them into the stone walls, instantly brightening the once dim cave. 

After tidying up the cave a bit, Mo Yu finally let out a long breath. He sat cross-legged on a large stone in the center of the cave, his dark eyes flickering with a fiery passion. 

"Mo Yu, are you planning to use your Thunder Soul to devour the Heavenly Flame?"

"Though I don't know how your Thunder Soul will devour and evolve through the Heavenly Flame, the commotion caused by the process will be immense. So, I will use my soul power to envelop the entire cave. 

Otherwise, before you're even done devouring, this mountain will be half burned down by the Heavenly Flame, and the people of the Lizard Serpent Clan and Mu Lan Valley will notice this place," She Lao said gravely. 

Hearing this, Mo Yu chuckled, "Then I'll be relying on you, She Lao."
