Boiling Gems (The Owl House x Steven Universe)

Chapter 114: Chapter 104: A Good Time To Come Out

Summary:

It's always a good time

Luz hardly had the strength to come out of bed. The weekend had finally come and she would sleep away half her Saturday before she had to wake up to the terrible reality of homework.

"Luz …" Ah, what a wonderful dream, a cute girl resting in a library. "Luz …" Such adorable hair, such wonderful moments, such perfect-"LUZ!"

"Ahh!" She fell out of her bed and crashed to the floor. "Not exactly a sleeping beauty wake up call." Luz moaned as she pushed herself up, meeting the gaze of her girlfriend. "Morning Amity..something up?"

"It's almost eleven and you were snoring like a mulitibear." Boscha said from her corner of the room, her eyes bloodshot. "So…much…snoring…"

"Yeah … so peaceful." Seeing it wasn't an emergency, Luz once more allowed the sandman to claim her consciousness, even if it was on the floor.

"Luz, you've been driving yourself exhausted. Between helping us, your sword lessons, and school, your stress levels are through the roof." Amity commentated.

"Which is why Saturdays are a … me day." She yawned. "How it's always been since I lived here." She once went to bed at twelve in the morning and woke up at five in the afternoon. "Just gonna…keep resting my eyes for the rest of the day."

"Luz, we need to have a serious talk."

Luz shot her eyes awake, not sure what to make of this tone. "How serious are we talking about?"

"Next step in our relationship serious." Oh…Oh shit, this wasn't going to go well.

"Sure … I guess we could … talk about where we want to move or … adoption …" Luz tried to guess the issue at hand.

"Not that far…..and I see that last one's going to be a discussion for another time." Yeah…that wasn't going to be pretty. "Look, I'm not going to pretend I'm an expert on this, but you have been overwhelmed with a lot lately, and I know what it's like to be overwhelmed, and I think…part of you might be…less overwhelmed if you…" Amity took a breather. " Ifyoutoldyourmomaboutus."

Well, THAT was something to drop on a girl. "I'm gonna …" They turned to Boscha as she walked out the door. "Go … anywhere else right now." She slammed the door shut. Probably one of the few times she wished she was Boscha right now.

"You want to tell mom…what brought that on?" Luz asked.

"You know how hard it is for me to trust any adult, right?" Luz nodded. "And I know that you care about your mom a lot, and from what I've seen, she's better than over half the one's I've met in my life. I'm not selfish enough to tell you to completely cut off ties with her, which is why the only option is to have a healthy, stable relationship with her, and that starts with being honest."

"Okay …" Luz could definitely see the situation here. "Then I guess we could … tell her …" And then have Mom judge yet another part of her life like every other part has been dissected by everyone on this stupid planet. "Yeah … I'll um … just be in the bathroom." She began to get up.

"Luz, just calm down.."

"I am being calm! I'm as calm as I've ever been!" She shouted with a strained smile, locking herself in the restroom. "I am the face of calm!" This was moving too fast! Luz already ruined Amity's life by stranding her here, adding the scorn of a judgemental parent would only sour the relationship as Luz would be put in a place where she'd be force to choose sides, where indecision could lead to losing BOTH the best things she had in her life!

But it's not like she could just hold this off forever, so yeah, they'd tell her. And then Luz would once disappoint someone else. But hey, it's not like she and Amity were going to be together forever, right? With Luz living in the Human Realm forever and the girl going back to the Boiling Isles, that would mean they'd separate eventually. Maybe it was better to just rip off the bandaid f or everyone's sake!

But it wasn't like she could turn off this part of her life either! She liked who she liked, and there was no changing that, and if mom figured it out on her own, it was still going to be ugly! AGGGH! WHY DID LIFE HAVE TO SUCK SO MUCH!?

"Luz, you okay?" Gus's voice could be heard on the door. "Don't want to rush you, but…I got pee."

"Sure, be a minute." What to do, what to do? What do you do when you need to give big and life changing news? Sugar coat it with some dazzle and…"Hey Gus!" She opened the door rapidly, grabbing her friend. "You know how to deliver potentially bad news in spectacular fashion, right?"

"I once used illusions to illustrate a deadly plague that killed hundreds with dancing skeletons and fireworks for an oral report."

"Great, I'm gonna need your help with something today." She asked him. "Please."

"Gus is your man! … Can I use the bathroom now?"

"Oh, sorry. Go ahead." She excused herself as she let him in, rushing back to Amity. "Amity, my sweet potato, I have thought loud and hard, and I've realized you are right!"

"...What's the catch here?" Amity asked.

"No catch! I'm coming out to my mom today, and we're going to do it in the most spectacular way possible!"

"Spectacular as in blunt or spectacular as in Lucci singing?"

"Somewhere in the middle." Luz explained. "Actually, Lucci singing might work well, know where he is?"

"He's out today with Vee and that new gem he befriended, something about selling garbage." So he's pulling an Eda … somewhere in the multiverse, the Owl Lady must be crying with joy for some inexplicable reason.

========================================================================

"And this my friend is a special little potion of attraction." Lucci displayed. "Just one wif and the boys and girls will see you in a new light." In honesty, it was just a really really old beauty potion, one that had probably expired long past expiration. At most they'd just look a little more glamorous than usual for an hour or two.

"Wow, I can feel what it's like to be a shallow rich kid that cares about appearances and nothing else, just like I've always wanted!" And luckily this poor sap was just the kind of target willing to fall for anything. "How much?"

"Normally It'd be …" He turned to Vee for a price range. She held up five fingers. "Five hundred sn…dollars, but for our first customer, I'll lower it to fifty dollars."

"Fifty bucks? Sold!" They slammed money down and took the bottle. "The lovelies are mine!" They shouted, running off. Hahah, sucker. Scamming humans was easier than scamming witches.

"Remind me how you talked me into lying for money?" Vee asked.

"Because you're the good girl that loves to help, and because we make statues out of the garbage." He answered, turning to Spinel, who was stacking a pile into a tower. "How's today's haul treating you Spinel?"

"Great! I didn't know something could smell so funny and look so interesting!" The pink gem stretched her legs out as she kept building it. "Taking something old and broken and turning it into something new…I never knew it was possible!"

"That's the power of recycling my friend." Vee smiled. "Environmentally friendly, and a way to do cool stuff. Like bottle flips." They tossed a bottle into the air … which bounced off their head. "Still working out the angles."

"Whatever floats your boat." Lucci shrugged, going back to shining up the rest of the garbage, making sure to get rid of any mold, or at least hide it from visible view. "Lets see … oh, we can say this art piece is haunted. Maybe we could shapeshift with some moving marks on our faces to add the pizzaz of a curse flooding through our veins."

"That's a little over the top to sell a broken vase, don't you think?" Vee questioned.

"You see a broken vase, I see a lost artifact that once held back an ancient demonic spirit." Lucci laughed. "Come on, it's fun. Just takes a little imagination, and BOOM, even a torn weathered sock can have the most engaging backstory."

"Oh, I have an idea." Spinel grabbed a paintbrush, and tapped a rock a few times. "Behold, with this magical rock, a single throw can turn the sun into night!" She chucked it…as it hit a nearby pedestrian, knocking him out.

"Well…that guy's definitely seeing stars, so you're on the right track." Lucci laughed.

"You are a terrible influence on her."

"As opposed to the lack of attention she has gotten in the last six thousand years? I'm letting her have some fun." Lucci argued.

"So the exact same rationale as the Collector guy you said was sealed for thousands of years?"

"..." Damn it, that really hit close to home. "That's out of control chaos, I am controlled chaos. I don't zap people of their free will and uproot their lives."

"Hey Lucci, how about we play with those?" Spinel pointed to the 'caaars' that roamed the streets. "They seem fun."

"We'll steal one in a minute, I think I see a new sucker." He answered, turning to the approaching body…one that looked vaguely familiar.

"Wow Steven, new look and new job? Someone's changing real fast." The androgynous person he vaguely recalled meeting while in the in-between realm came up. "I turn my head away for five seconds and you already have a growth spurt."

"Oh, ah, you know…puberty hits when you least expect it." He laughed, trying to nudge Vee to say something, though she seemed to clam up for some strange reason. "What's up with you?"

"Just restocking on witchy stuff. What've you got in here that's enchanted and or connected to the goddess?" They shrugged.

He gave Vee a look, who just shrugged while blushing and ducking. Really not the best time to leave him out to dry. "Most magical thing I have at the moment is my new friend. Hey Spinel, time to do your thing!"

"You got it, second bestest friend!" She flipped herself from the spot on the tower, and began dancing on the table. " Life is grand, life is well, like the melody of a ringing bell! Life is always perfect, with your best friend, Spinel!"

"Impressive." The person nodded. "I take it they're sadly not for sale." They asked in a joking tone.

Something that Spinel didn't seem to take lightly as her face soured, and she began to stretch her limbs in a very terrifying manner. "Are you implying that he wants to get rid of me!? That I'm just some cheap disposable toy thats easily forgotten and traded away! Because I'm not, and if you insinuate otherwise then I'm going to squeeze the life outta…"

"Easy Spinel, easy, it was just a joke!" He pulled her back. Something told him Vee would hate it if this person was strangled to death. "Sorry…she's…working through stuff."

"I get it, everyone has problems." They shrugged, before turning to Vee, who was ducking. "You're not about to pop up from under the table and attack me too, are you?" They smirked.

"No, I mean, I won't attack you." Vee responded. "I mean I can pop. Pop and lock. Pop and … rock." Somehow he was sure even Spinel could feel how awkward this was. "So yeah … nah, table's … safe." They patted the object.

Not that the person seemed to mind. "Heh, I see Steven still has a habit of surrounding himself with colorful characters of all kinds…literally in some cases."

"Unnervingly accurate." He sighed. "Anyway, my shaking and hiding friend here is Vee."

"Lu-Steven!" Vee almost slipped.

"What, you weren't going to say it, so I took initiative." He responded. "We're turning this junk into art and persuading people to buy them, and can I just say if you're looking for imagination, she's the gal to look for."

"Steven!" Vee blushed again.

"I can definitely agree there." They leaned in close with a smirk. "What a mind must be behind those shining eyes?" Vee began making incoherent noises that combined that of a purr and a squeal. Very adorable. "Well I can see you're both very busy right now, so I guess I'll catch you two later."

"Yeah, see ya.." They kept looking into his eyes. "Uh..is something wrong..?"

"Just trying to figure out if you're cuter with or without the neck, so far it's inconclusive." They smirked.

"Uuuhhh …" He trailed off as the strange person walked off. The two of them waited until they were gone before saying anything else. "Seriously, why do I have to pretend to be Steven? She-they, however they go by, knows about the gem stuff, you being a shapeshifter would be on the lesser side of weird. Especially with … THAT line"

"It would kinda get complicated … considering I um … want to include Masha in … and I don't even know if Connie would be okay with …"

"...Look, I'm okay with standing in until you're comfortable, but if they try to kiss me, then everyone's going to get uncomfortable."

"You think I'm not familiar with an uncomfortable situation?" She asked with a bit of deadpan.

"No, it's just I'm deeply in love with my own girlfriend, and she would literally kill them for even making a move. They almost killed Spinel the other day for her lack of social boundaries."

"... Fair enough."

========================================================================

Amity watched as Luz scribbled furiously on the paper. "Inform you … nah, tell you … admit to you …" She pondered on one part, before continuing to write. It seemed in her effort to get Luz to not stress out only resulted in her stressing out even more...go figure. At first, Amity didn't mind, seeing as how Luz directed her to a few websites describing flags and 'sexuality', because apparently that was a big deal in the human world as she constantly seemed to be reminded of.

Then Amity scrolled down to why the flags and 'pride month' existed in the first place … and promptly moved far, far away so Gus wouldn't be able to see the horrors … like wow, Luz was scared her mom was like THAT!? Why was Luz even concerned at this point!? If Ms Noceda was anything like that then she'd give Lucci the same okay she gave him for Odalia! Suddenly this 'coming out' thing didn't seem like a good idea.

But as Luz's mumbling indicated, she was too far down the rabbit hole by this point to turn back now. That and Gus really seemed to be into it, given how he was currently directing his illusions for a flag show, constantly waving around 'bi' flags to really drive the point home. "Alright men, taking it from the top!" Gus ordered his illusions. "It's do or die time!"

"Wait, can we die?" One of the illusions asked. "Or do we just stop existing?"

"Is there an afterlife, or would it be the illusion of an afterlife?"

"What if the afterlife itself is an illusion? Just a fantasy your brain makes up as it stops functioning, the mind going into delirium as you take your final breaths of life.."

"Not going into that." Amity turned her head, putting her sole attention on Luz, who still seemed to be stuck on her first line. "You doing okay?" She asked.

"Hmm?" Luz turned up and looked at her. "Oh, yeah. I'm doing great! We can make this spectacular and awesome and something to celebrate. And then we can have a milkshake together with two straws as we take a bite out of the cherry."

"Sounds great…Luz…are you sure you're comfortable with this?" Amity asked. "I didn't push you into something too quickly, did I?"

"No. Seriously. It's better to do it like this. I mean, we'd have to tell her eventually right?" She asked. "Go big or go home, and we can't do the second one."

Amity sighed, rubbing the girl's head. "You know none of us blame you for us being here, right?"

Luz stilled. "... I know you don't." She said quietly, before going back to writing.

"And you know Lucci doesn't, right?"

"...Yeah…" She responded.

"Gus, do you blame Luz for being stuck here?" Amity asked him as she was still talking to his illusions.

"Maybe there's layers to it, like the illusion is the first part of a test, where you're tested on how you are before you reach the real good place.." Gus paused in the middle of his rant. "What? Oh, no, if anything, I'm glad we're here. I've learned so much about human culture! This'll be great for my autobiography. Thank you for everything Luz."

"See, he doesn't blame you, and I can assure you, neither does Willow." Amity reassured. "The only one that probably does is Boscha … but who cares what she thinks?"

"I heard that!" Boscha yelled from downstairs.

"See, I don't care at all that she can hear us." Amity continued. "You don't have to feel obligated to overwork yourself. If you don't want to tell your mom today, or tomorrow, or even ten years from now, I can wait."

Luz stopped writing, and hugged her. "Thank you Amity…" She said with a smile, even if her tone was tired. "But…you had a point. I've needed to tell mom about this even before I went to the Boiling Isles. I'm just so afraid of disappointing her…but I don't want to be scared when I love everything about you…about us."

"You'll never lose me Luz." Amity hugged her. "What gave you a silly thought like that?"

"You mean besides the fact that we don't have a portal home, I ruined your relationship with Lilith, and the fact kids like me get disowned for stuff like this?"

"First off, we're going to find a way home. Second, my relationship with Lilith was ruined from the start, you just helped me see how horrible it actually was, and third, we don't have to give a single crap about what anyone thinks. I mean seriously, I planned on living as a hermit in the woods. What made you think I'm not gonna do everything in my power to support you?"

"Now that you say it outloud, I feel like I had tunnel vision on just the worst outcomes." Luz laughed. "You know what, we're just going to be as straightforward as possible, and tell her right now."

"Aww, does this mean I don't get to do my routine?" Gus and his illusions pouted.

"Sorry Gus. Maybe Boscha has some big reveal planned out."

"Not until I'm married I don't!" The girl shouted. "Seriously, you're inside voices suck, learn to whisper!"

========================================================================

Lapis lazed around the kitchen. It wasn't her usual pastime, but Vee was with Lucci on the beach selling Amethyst junk, and that seemed like a personal thing, so she decided to let the girl be…for now that is. If that Spinel tried anything then Lapis would be ready to shatter them on the spot. Perks of living next to an ocean was that she always had had ammo ready.

Things had been a little tense with that Galaxy Warp, but Vee wasn't hurt and that was fine … although Pearl just said to get ready for the worst. The fact that there was no condescension or sarcasm in her voice at the time made Lapis actually take that warning seriously. She wasn't that particularly scared. Sure, homeworld wasn't something to sneeze about, but she had the whole world's ocean at her beck and call. She was confident in taking out a couple of scout ships.

Now the only problem was fixing this social issue. She needed to make sure Vee's new identity wasn't destroyed, which meant keeping Mr Universe, the only one that would care, in line. Sadly, she was forbidden from just murdering the man. Maybe she could hire an assassin, and use the technicality of it being human on human violence? Then again, she could make the murder discreet. Leave no trace if she just threw him into space. Heh, rhyme.

In the midst of her internal monologue, she almost failed to see Garnet standing around, shaking, something that seemed to happen more lately. First they ignored Vee after that big reveal, but the whole thing just escalated into this constant tremble she had going on. If she tried hard enough, she could almost hear the gem mutter 'keep it together' over and over.

Honestly the whole situation was so annoying that Lapis almost preferred the stoic jokester with mild grounding rights. Pretty much every gem that wasn't Amethyst acted like jerks that couldn't learn to let it go.

"You know you've really lost your edge with all the shaking you do now, right?" Lapis commented. They got no response. "Seriously, not even how 'sharp' your cut is? At least Amethyst would appreciate the joke." Still nothing, as the trembling got worse. "You know, if you're not going to say anything, you could probably do it in-"

"Can't do this." She spoke up suddenly. "Can't do this can't do this can't do THIS!" With a shout and a flash of light, Garnet was gone … replaced by … two, significantly smaller gems.

"We need to get over this." The blue one, a Sapphire spoke.

"Get over it!" The red one, a Ruby, exclaimed. "She lied to us! We need to talk to her about it!"

"There's nothing to get upset over when we'll just make up in the future. We have threats we need to focus on." Sapphire responded in deadpan.

"What's more important than her! An entire platoon is coming down because you didn't want to confront her about it! We could have kept a better watch, tried to warn them but no! We had to 'restrain' ourselves because we can't even address the fact that the child we raised hid something like this!" The Ruby exclaimed.

"We all hide things. That's a fact of life. Look at us."

"This was supposed to be a surprise for their fifteenth birthday party! It's a little hard to explain to a five year old that your mom is the human example of human procreation walking!"

"Regardless, we must move past this."

"SERIOUSLY! It's always like this, you can't pull out any emotions about this, can you?!"

"Can't you tell I'm horrifically betrayed?"

"Huh…actually forget you were a fusion in all honesty." Lapis commented, watching the trainwreck unfold before her. "Is this what it's like in your head all the time?" It made her all the more glad that she didn't fuse with anyone.

"Yeah, except louder, but more sweet." Ruby rolled her eyes. "But it's hard to do that when some people can't cooperate!" She shouted, fire licking from her body.

"Maybe it would be easier if you listened to me for once." Sapphire answered. "We need to do so when problems bigger than us exist." Ice began to crawl from their feet.

"Oh and what, just shove the problem under the rug and never bring it up, ever!?" Ruby exclaimed. "Vee didn't trust us! She lied to us for fifteen years! The diapers alone are a reason to talk to her!"

"You're so frustrated with me looking into the future that you're completely contradicting yourself by dwelling on the past." Sapphire spoke.

"I'm not dwelling on the past, I'm dwelling on the here and now, because this betrayal, it's happening, right here and right now, in the present, and you refuse to live in it for a single second!"

"Can either of you can it? You're both more annoying than Pearl is on a daily basis." Lapis groaned. "You're both being idiots right now, because neither of you are actually acknowledging the REAL problem right now."

"The fact Vee is too fragile to deal with this and we shouldn't confront her about the problem, especially when a gem warship is on the way?" Sapphire questioned.

"Or the fact she can handle a SIMPLE CONVERSATION as Sapphy tries and ignores actually focusing on people's feelings, and how we should tell them to be herself!?" Ruby asked.

"It's the fact that in your infinite wisdom to try and consider Vee's feelings in your own ways, you're actually hurting her by ignoring the fact she exists." Lapis growled. "I'm not a human expert, but last I checked, there was a word for that…it's called child neglect, and it's super messed up."

"You think I want to ignore her!?" Ruby shouted. "Garnet can't do anything unless we agree! I say we should just sit her down and have a conversation about it."

"If you're so eager to do so, then do it, you're free to do it while you're split." Lapis pointed out. "Or are you too much of a coward to face her alone?"

"Those are fighting words!" Ruby exclaimed. "Put 'em up!"

"You're going to lose." Sapphire deadpanned.

"YOU DON'T KNOW THAT!"

"Oh for the love of, SHUT UP!" Lapis grabbed them by watery hands, freezing the one holding ruby so she couldn't melt out of it easily. "You.." She pointed to Sapphire. "The future doesn't just come by as you sit on your ass, you actually have to do something to MAKE a future, otherwise you're a lazy, selfish, good for nothing know at all that's never do anything. And as someone who was stuck for six thousand years in a mirror, I know the importance of doing something NOW than to just wait."

"Don't you insult my sappy…"

"And YOU!" Lapis doubled the freezing power. "Yes, it's good to be upset, get angry, normal people would, but instead of actually talking to Vee like you CLAIM that you want to do, you're doing nothing except get angry at other people! This is Vee, you're so called kid we're talking about! Your attention should be on her, not on Sapphire, and not on yourself!" She dropped the two. "If you want to be a decent mom, figure it out on your own time. Just don't abandon the kid doing it." Lapis walked out of the door, taking a deep breathe. "How am I the voice of reason here?

The reason Garnet wasn't seeing Vee was because she was so split on what to do she literally couldn't do anything. Meaning Vee likely wasn't going to get any relief soon. "Hey Lapis!" She looked down. "Wanna make some meep morps with us?" The girl asked.

"Sure. Finally decided to call it what it's supposed to be, huh?" For some reason, meep morp sounded better than art.

"What can I say, it's catchy."

========================================================================

Camila hummed as she stirred the food. "Thank you for helping me out, Boscha. The extra hands are greatly appreciated."

"No problem, it gives me something to do while the others are being insufferable morons." The three eyed girl shrugged as she chopped more vegetables. "Actually gives me a chance to familiarize myself with earth ingredients."

"Oh yes, you took a cooking job. How's it treating you?" She asked, making conversation. This girl seemed … very antagonistic, especially with her daughter, but maybe it was just a front … hopefully.

"Actually pretty easily. Pizza is basically cooking with fractions, right down to cutting up the crust." She grinned. "All I have to do is figure out what's edible and what's not, then I can figure out experimenting … although Amethyst didn't make it any easier with the 'everything pizza'." She shivered.

Camila was about to question that, until her daughter walked inside the kitchen, along with Amity. "Mom, we need to talk." A weirdly serious tone, very unusual, especially for her daughter.

"Alright." Camila nodded, turning her attention over to Luz. "I'm listening Luz. If this is about school work, then I'm sure I can find you a tutor if you feel like you're falling behind."

"It's not about school, or anything like that. This is …I've been meaning to say…I ….I just want you…please understand." Her daughter stressed, taking a deep breath. "I'm bi!"

Camila waited for a moment, seeing there was nothing else. "Okay."

Luz blinked. "What do you mean 'Okay'!? It was a big secret!"

"Honey, I knew the moment you left that magazine on your bed." Camila deadpanned. "You're not very subtle … I even put a Bi pin on the fridge to let you know I'm okay with it." She pointed to the object.

"You're…you're not mad?"

"Luz, why on earth would I be mad?" She calmly grasped her daughter's hands.

"That's what I said!" Boscha shouted. "Then we learned that suddenly, some humans have a problem with girls liking girls."

"I admit, when I first found out, I had…slight concern about it." Camila said, looking her daughter in the eye. "But I've given it a lot of thought, and I want you to know that as a parent, my main concern is for you to be safe…but to also be sure you're happy."

"Mom …" Tears began to form, as Luz began hugging Camila tightly. "Thank you."

"Let it out baby girl, let it out, your mama is here for you, and she loves you very much." She may have struggled to understand her daughter, but she would not deny her daughter's happiness. "So…with that said, is there a special someone that's happened to catch your eye?" Camila gave a slightly teasing grin.

"Yeah … I'm with this amazing girl here." Luz pulled back, gesturing to Amity. "We've been together for … about three to five months. I've kinda lost track with the dimension hopping."

"Four months to be precise…I've been keeping track." Amity laughed, giving a little bow. "You have an amazing daughter, Ms. Noceda. I'm glad I get to have her in my life."

"No need to be so formal, you can call me Camilia." She went in and hugged the girl. "I should be thanking you for making my daughter so happy. I'm amazed to know that she has someone smart and thoughtful looking out for her. As far as I'm concerned now, you're family."

"...You are the greatest adult I have ever met." The purple haired girl hugged her back just a little harder. That was a little concerning. Suddenly she felt the need to protect these children even more, and possibly hit people in the back of the head with her sandals.

"However…given how committed the both of you are to the relationship, I am pondering whether or not I should let you sleep in the same room." Camila said as she let go. "You're not..going too far, are you?"

Amity looked thoughtful. "I mean, I did once have a thought about …" Oh dear god! "Kissing while hugging, but we haven't really done the former that much."

"I see…I suppose then I can let it go…but we're going to have to have the talk again."

"Mom, please, no!"

"No buts, Mija, we need to have a refresher course to make sure."

"Hey guys!" The door opened as Lucci walked into the room "I finished selling today's load, what did I miss?"

"I told mom me and Amity are dating!" Luz shouted, derailing the conversation.

The boy blinked for a moment, a strange twinkle in his eyes. "Revenge …"

"What?" Amity asked.

"Hey Angel." Lucci asked. "You remember how Luz got me out of the nest when I was depressed?"

"What I …" Her daughter's pupils shrank. "No …"

After a few seconds, the sparkle appeared in Boscha's eyes. "Why yes Crystal, I believe I do." The three eyed girl smirked as Camila felt uneasy.

"Don't you dare Lucci! That was an extreme circumstance and you know it!" Luz shouted in fear.

"Ms Noceda." Lucci grinned.

"I will tackle you, I will!"

"Would you like to show your future daughter in law … baby pictures?"

Camila blinked, before smiling. "That sounds like a lovely idea!"

"LUCCI!" Luz jumped on the boy and began strangling him.

"Totally….worth it…" He smiled as his face turned blue. She'd break them up after she grabbed the book.
