After completing all the formalities, Aaron arrived at his new residence—a small but distinctively serene courtyard.

Since Aaron was newly appointed as a teacher, the Spiritual Arts Academy did not assign him any immediate teaching responsibilities, granting him a transitional period. During this time, his routine became predictable: he would enter the Academy's library early each morning and leave silently late at night.

Perhaps on Yamamoto's orders, no one pressed him to begin teaching right away. This freedom allowed him to devote himself entirely to study, moving between his residence and the library daily.

Before long, rumors of Aaron's appointment as a teacher at the Spiritual Arts Academy began to spread, fueling gossip and speculation among the students and staff.

Over the next six months, Aaron meticulously studied every ancient text and record available in the library. In his spare time, he delved deeply into Kidō, analyzing and optimizing various spells with his "All-Knowing and All-Powerful" ability, refining them to achieve even greater effects.

Late one night, after finishing another deduction, Aaron fell into deep thought.

More than a year had passed since he first obtained his Zanpakutō in its sealed state. For a Shinigami, a Zanpakutō is the most vital weapon and partner. Yet despite his rapid growth in power, he had not succeeded in attaining Shikai, the first stage of Zanpakutō liberation. He still lacked the true connection necessary to learn its name.

While he had made remarkable progress in other areas, he spent every day attempting to communicate with his Zanpakutō. However, the material he reviewed on instances of delayed Zanpakutō liberation provided little guidance.

"What's holding me back?" Aaron wondered.

After a long session of contemplation and meditation, he placed his sealed Zanpakutō across his legs and began to relax. Memories of his journey so far—from his arrival in Rukongai as a weak, struggling soul to his current state as a teacher with vice-captain-level combat skills—flashed vividly before him.

His achievements were due not only to the "Box Picking System" and "All-Knowing and All-Powerful" abilities but also to his relentless hard work and persistence.

As time passed, Aaron entered a profound meditative state. Suddenly, a thought struck him: could his status as a transmigrator—the soul of someone from another world—be preventing him from fully harmonizing with his Zanpakutō? Could this misalignment of soul and blade be why their connection remained incomplete?

Excited by this realization, Aaron closed his eyes again and attempted to enter the legendary state of "Sword Meditation." Before long, he found himself in a mysterious void, shrouded in impenetrable darkness.

From deep within this darkness, a strange, eerie voice echoed:

"Devour… soul…"

The voice sent shivers down his spine, yet it carried no malice. Instead, it felt oddly familiar, stirring something deep within him.

When Aaron tried to communicate with the voice, an overwhelming force abruptly ejected his consciousness from the void. While he couldn't fully comprehend what had occurred, the experience provided a new lead in his quest to awaken his Zanpakutō.

As he processed this revelation, another figure came to mind: Aizen Sōsuke.

Aaron recalled Aizen's pursuit of power and began to analyze his own circumstances. Two distinct energies resided within him: the Shinigami powers of his soul and the Quincy abilities inherited from Yhwach.

Although he had refrained from using his Quincy powers openly—aware of the enmity between Shinigami and Quincy—he had studied them in secret. The Academy's library held many ancient records on the Quincy, and his explorations of Kidō and Shinigami powers were occasionally complemented by studies of Quincy techniques.

However, Aaron dared not recklessly expose this power within the walls of Seireitei. To do so would invite suspicion and possibly even elimination.

Now, he considered a new possibility: What if he could incorporate Hollow energy into his soul, creating a true balance of the three powers—Shinigami, Quincy, and Hollow?

Determined to experiment, Aaron donned his Shinigami robes at dawn and ventured into the wilderness.

For days, Aaron battled Hollows, defeating countless medium-class adversaries and collecting items from their remains using the "Box Picking System." Despite his efforts, obtaining Hollow energy proved elusive.

Finally, after vanquishing a Gillian-class Hollow, a new box appeared. As he opened it, the system notifications filled him with excitement:

"Ding! Reiatsu x1956 obtained!"

"Ding! Hollow Soul obtained!"

"Ding! Cero technique acquired!"

Elated, Aaron retreated to a secluded area to begin his experiments.

Using the "All-Knowing and All-Powerful" ability, he analyzed and integrated the three distinct energies within his body. After hours of meticulous effort, he successfully harmonized the Shinigami and Quincy powers. However, despite repeated attempts, the Hollow energy—including the Cero—remained dormant, resisting full integration.

Though he couldn't yet wield Hollow abilities, Aaron considered the experiment a partial success. His next goal was to return to his residence and verify whether his soul had truly reached a state of balance.
