"Master Swordsman, I think if Captain Yamamoto plans to establish new squads, he should first ensure each has distinct and defined duties," Aaron began, his tone thoughtful.

"Yamamoto is the Captain-Commander of the Gotei 13 and the head of the First Division. As the central hub of the Shinigami, the First Division should handle the dissemination of orders and host captain meetings for all squads.

For the newly established squads, a structured hierarchy should be implemented, comprising a captain, vice-captain, and seated officers from the third to tenth positions. This system would be more efficient than the current setup, where over a dozen vice-captains report directly to the Captain-Commander.

As for the conditions to become a captain, strength should be the primary criterion. However, appointments could also be made through voting or official challenges. Additionally, a specialized Kidō Corps could be created, operating independently under orders from the Captain-Commander alone. Their leader would hold a position equivalent to a squad captain, and the Corps would focus exclusively on Kidō-related missions."

Drawing from his memories of organizational systems, Aaron carefully explained his ideas to Ōetsu Nimaiya, the Sword God.

Nimaiya, one of the Royal Guard and a veteran of countless battles, couldn't help but feel impressed. Despite his usual unflappable demeanor, he was inwardly astonished by Aaron's detailed and innovative suggestions.

After some time, Nimaiya burst out laughing. "Kid, you really are something! I knew bringing you into Seireitei was the right move. Yamamoto will want to hear this for himself. I'll take you to him—be prepared to explain everything in detail."

Aaron smiled humbly and replied, "It's an honor to contribute to the betterment of Seireitei."

Nimaiya observed the young man with growing admiration. Aaron wasn't just talented; his composure, humility, and insight made him a remarkable individual.

However, a thought crossed Nimaiya's mind, and curiosity got the better of him. "By the way, kid, I'm curious—what's your Zanpakutō's ability?"

Aaron scratched his head awkwardly. "To be honest, Master Sword God, I haven't awakened my Zanpakutō yet."

Nimaiya's jovial expression turned skeptical. "What? Don't give me that nonsense! We're close enough that you don't need to hide things from me."

"Truly, I'm not hiding anything," Aaron said with a helpless shrug. "I haven't unlocked my Zanpakutō's Shikai."

"Show me its sealed form!" Nimaiya demanded, his curiosity overriding his usual calm.

Reluctantly, Aaron handed over his Zanpakutō in its sealed state. Nimaiya examined it meticulously, even comparing it with another recently forged sealed Zanpakutō.

After a while, his expression grew puzzled. "These two Zanpakutō are identical in form and composition. The only difference lies in the Shinigami Soul used during the forging process. Even then, the differences are negligible."

He explained further, "Shinigami Souls are collected from Shinigami who died under unusual circumstances. While these souls are lifeless remnants without consciousness, they enhance the resonance between a Shinigami and their Zanpakutō, enabling greater potential development."

After more examination, Nimaiya sighed in frustration. "Kid, I can't find anything wrong with your Zanpakutō. Perhaps you just haven't found the right moment to awaken it."

Aaron nodded, understanding that Zanpakutō awakening is deeply personal, tied to one's heart and soul.

"Forget about it for now," Nimaiya said, recovering his usual cheerful tone. "Let's head to Yamamoto. He'll be thrilled to hear your plan!"

Later, in Yamamoto's office, Nimaiya entered with his characteristic exuberance. "Yamamoto! Guess who I brought with me! Haha!"

Captain-Commander Yamamoto looked up from his paperwork, his stern expression softening slightly. "If it's important, speak quickly. I have official duties to attend to."

"Still the same old stick in the mud," Nimaiya teased. "Luckily, this time, I've brought you a surprise. Aaron here has a proposal you'll want to hear."

With an encouraging nod from Nimaiya, Aaron stepped forward and respectfully began explaining his ideas.

For the next thirty minutes, Yamamoto listened intently, his usual stoic demeanor gradually giving way to intrigue and approval.

When Aaron finished, Nimaiya leaned back with a triumphant grin. "Well, Yamamoto? Surprised?"

The Captain-Commander's eyes glinted with approval as he regarded Aaron. "Not bad," he finally said, nodding in satisfaction.
