Nessa was exhausted after fighting so much and she needed to rest, so she went and braced up against one of the broken walls, while the family took care of the king's body, since they had to hold a funeral for him, but it couldn't be done on the same day.

The girl looked at them as they took away his body and her brows furrowed then she lowered her head and held onto her stomach, for she was hungry as well.

Mikala approached her and she glanced at the girl, who seemed as though she had something to say at the time but to Nessa's surprise, the girl bowed her head and Nessa flinched.

"What's this about?" She asked.

"Please help us once more, I know I am asking for too much and we have other allies we can depend on, powerful ones but right now, can you please?" She asked as she looked at Nessa.

The girl was going to bow her head again, but Nessa grabbed her by her arm, stopping her halfway and Mikala looked up at her with a pitiful and devasted look on her face.

"Please stop, don't do, you guys have been through enough for one day, I will help you guys as much as I can," She responded and Mikala smiled brightly as she hugged Nessa.

At the same time, their mean had begun preparation for shelters, especially for those who lost their homes and needed the shelter as well as other necessary things for them to begin construction the next day, since they had the resources, they would need.

"It's going to be night soon, Mikala, the knights will be outside of the castle to guard you guys, you can stay inside since only part of the castle was destroyed, I will go back and bring a few things," She said and Mikala nodded.

Nessa looked around and her brows furrowed as Mikala glanced at her, wondering what she was looking for and Nessa sighed.

'Where did he go? Why hasn't he come back as yet?' She wondered, then sighed, for the one she was looking for, was none other than the demon.

"Are you looking for your assistant?" Mikala asked and Nessa glanced at her.

"I was, he must have his own things to do, so it doesn't matter, I will be back, keep yourself together Mikala," She responded and the girl smiled at her.

Despite the fact that she was hurting, she was trying her best to remain strong for now, she had a huge responsibility on her shoulder.

"I will try my best to, thank you, Nessa," She said and Nessa patted her on her shoulder but just as she was about to leave, she began feeling a bit dizzy and she held onto the wall.

'What's wrong with me now? Why do I feel a bit sleepy?' She wondered.

After hearing what her system said, the girl sighed then looked up at the sky as the sun was setting and she held onto her head.

'Which only means that I have to push myself to the very limit, I have to get stronger, I am sure I will be facing stronger opponents later on, I will need to have all of it in order to face them,' She thought as her eyes narrowed.

After thinking about what she needed to do, the girl disappeared and a few minutes after, she appeared outside of her mansion and she exhaled deeply as she looked around her and remembered when the other side attacked her home and she clenched her right fist.

"Nessa..." Someone called out and her eyes widened as she looked around the area but saw that there was no one around her and her eyes narrowed as they begin glowing.

"Who is there?" She asked and just as she blinked, she saw herself in an empty space, which was her subconscious, and it was quite bright as well as warm.

"What's going on here?" She asked as she saw the dhadow of a guy before her.

"When can you release the seal?" The voice asked and she scoffed, after realizing that it was the dragon and she looked in his direction.

"Give me a little bit more time, I need to relax a bit, it won't be much longer, think you can do that for me?" She asked as he stared at her.

"I can feel the instability around you right now, it feels like chaos out there, fine, I will wait for a while longer, there is no need to worry," He responded and she smiled as she was seeing double.

'Damn it, I have to go inside and relax a bit, close my eyes,' She thought and the dragon's eyes narrowed as he looked at her and she glanced at the fog that was blocking her from him.

"Are you okay?" The dragon asked.

"Yeah, I am fine, don't worry about me, I just need to relax and look after myself," She responded as the dragon looked at her.

"Nessa, you need to lay down a bit, I can't touch you physically," He said as she returned to her normal self and couldn't see the dragon anymore.

"Lady Nessa," Someone called out and she saw Dalia and Riki approaching her with speed and she sighed.

"I can't be like this in front of them, no, I don't want them to worry about me," She mumbled as she lowered her gaze.

"Lady Nessa, you are back, we were so worried about you," Dalia said and Riki nodded and Nessa smiled at them.

"I am sorry guys, I will talk to you all in the morning is that okay?" She asked as she walked into the house and the two exchanged glances.

"Yeah.... Get your rest we understand, come on Dalia, let her rest," Riki responded and Nessa smiled at them then closed the door.

At the same time, she fell unconscious and was about to fall to the ground but someone grabbed onto her by the waist, holding her up.
