Mia sensed what was happening although it wasn't clear she knew that they were going to witness a crime. Although she has a cold personality, and in the game she was a cold-blooded killer she still hasn't experience witnessing someone's death due to murder nor experience killing someone in real life. She looked at Keiji and the direction of the old man as she contemplated for a while.

'If I rush in and help, I might not be able to fight all of them but with Keiji, the possibility is high,' she thought, but she is still clueless about Keiji's power; she only knew that Keiji is much stronger than Ron and can even be on par with her strength. She learned about this when she thought how careless she was when she got drunk and she knew that no one could stop her at that time but Keiji did so. And lastly is that she knew that Keiji defeated Ron and he seems scared every time he meets Keiji.

'But what if I get Keij into trouble and what if we die?,' Mia gritted her teeth as she bit her finger nails. She also thought of not helping the man and just went on her way. She also didn't know if the man was a good person or the other side was a good one. But even so she still wouldn't go because of her conscience.

She looked at Keiji once again and said," Keiji you can go now, I have something to do" 

"What are you going to do?" Keiji asked.

"It's a secret so please go now." Mia got really anxious. She knew that Keiji knew where she was going and what she was going to do but Keiji still asked her.

"Are you going to help the old man?"

"Uhmmm!!" Mia nodded before saying,

"That is why you can just go on, I can handle it" 

"Aren't you afraid of them, you didn't even know them," Keiji said. 

"How would I know if I don't go?" she said.

"Well you're right, then let's go," Keiji said as he smiled. This was the first time he encountered a cultivator.

"But what if they are stronger than us?" Mia was worried at Keiji but she was also relieved that he chose to come with her. 

"How would we know if we don't go?" 

Mia couldn't retort at his words. He used her own words to let her stop from speaking again. Mia looked at Keiji and couldn't help but smile. She blushed a little and thought that Keiji also has a good heart.

They walked in the dense forest and left their bicycles on the side of the road. Their silhouette disappears in the dense forest as they continue traveling towards the location of the old man. 

"You stubborn old man now gives us the fruit of life and we will kill you painlessly," the man was still standing in the branch of the tree as he caressed and played his knife. 

"You can just kill me but I won't give up until I die," the old man angrily shouted. 

"Wow, you are getting furious with us even though you are the one who stole what is exactly ours," the man was getting furious. He was really angry as they chased him because the old man could run really fast. 

The old man couldn't help but sigh helplessly. They were right, he was the thief and they were chasing him so he said ; "Let me go and I will give this back."

The old man said as he raised a small round fruit in his hands.

The man at the top of the tree sneered and said.m "Do you really think that we can't get it ourselves? We just want you to feel helpless." 

"I know but I will crush this before you can get it," the old man anxiously said as he felt that there were two people coming his way he even felt that one of them is stronger than him while the other is just an ordinary person. 

The man in the tree stiffened when he heard what the old man had just said. He got furious again. Their main purpose in chasing the old man was to get the fruit of life but seeing that the old man was threatening them with that they couldn't help but think twice. 

Meanwhile, Mia felt that they were getting closer to the scene. She looked at Keiji again and she was glad that Keiji cum with her. 

One of the group of the assailants sensed that someone was approaching them so he went and reported it to their leader .

"Stop them and tell them that this is off limits if they don't listen, kill them immediately." He said. 

The old man smiled as he still carefully and slowly tried to regain his vitality by breathing the invisible energy in the surroundings. The assailant didn't notice a thing because only cultivators can see that energy. The old man was different from them because he was a cultivator while the opponent was just a normal player. 

He had already fought the group and beat the rest of their group. They were originally consisted of forty people but he defeated and defeated almost thirty of them that is why only ten of them remain. The man in the tree was still cautious with the old man because he defeated almost ten of his subordinates with only one arm and injured body. Now the old man looks pitiful, that is why they forgot that the old man was too strong.

Mia and Keji were still walking with a steady pace and they didn't rush nor slow down. Mia felt a sudden ripple in the air and tugged Keiji. She was not sure whether Keiji could detect the enemy or not so She tugged Keiji to let him know that there was someone approaching them.

"Stop, " a man emerged from the shadows and stopped Keiji and Mia. 

"This area is off limits, turn around now and go back or you will face the consequence." the man said with a loud and domineering voice.

"We sense that someone is fighting here and we would like to check it," Mia said as she secretly prepared to fight. When the man heard her he nodded at his other companion and surrounded Keiji and Mia. 

"What are you doing? We just want to look at the situation."

"Go look after you died," the man sneered.

Because there is no light in the surround and only the crescent moon and stars in the sky were responsible for illuminating the place. But the surrounding was still dark and for a normal person it is hard to see in that place. The other party was at a disadvantage because all of them play the role of assassin in the game and it has certain perks in real life like they can see a little bit in the dark.

Mia went into a fighting stance as she prepared herself for everything. 

"Keiji be careful, they seem experienced in the dark and zi think they are willing to kill us." Mia anxiously said she was a little worried about Keiji because she still didn't know Keiji's power and she wasn't even sure if Keiji can really fight on his own. 

If she was alone Mia can easily handle them and she will only take some damage but it is only minor and can be healed in time. But now that she is with Keiji she doesn't know if she can still fight them because her focus is not only on the assassin but also protecting Keiji.

Mia tried to sense their enemies and to see how many enemies they needed to face. She was glad at that time because she felt that the other half was left on the other side and only five people came here including the man. 

"Keiji do you think you can fight them?" Mia asked worriedly.

"How would I know if I don't try?" 

Mia was amused but became serious and said "I am not joking, I can feel that they will really kill us if they have the chance."

"Don't worry I can protect myself."

Mia heaved a sigh of relief with Keiji's reassurance but she didn't let her guard down and was still focused. 

"Hey, if you kill us you will be a criminal and the police will come and arrest all of you so surrender now."

"Surrender do you think we are scared at those f*ck*ng police who doesn't dare fight with the Union."
