Ancient Vampire in a Modern World

The man looked at him and led him to another man.

"Hello, miss, may I know what kind of wine you are looking for?" The old man said respectfully as it inspected Mia.

"I am looking for a strong wine" 

"May I know what is the range of price do you prefer"

"Anything will do" 

"Madam the strongest wine we have is the rummaging wine which is in our confinement room and it was brewed for more than 150 years. But the price is 900 million dollars." The man smiled at Mia as if taunting him.

"What? nine hundred million?" Mia almost gulped at the price of the wine. She was thinking about whether to buy it because it was so expensive but it's not her money and Keiji only said to her to buy the strongest wine.

"Yes, ma'am that is our strongest wine" The old man smiled again when he saw the reaction of Mia.

Mia wasn't bothered by his action because she can't really afford a bottle of wine like that but she was conflicted because if Keiji said that he didn't want a wine that expensive the money at stakes is so high that she can't pay it.

"Is there a whine around a hundred thousand?" Mia said.

"We have the "Beast wine", it is our best seller wine which is one hundred thousand in price."

"Ok, I'll take 3"

"Yes, ma'am, you can take a seat there while you are waiting and you can also taste our whine if you want."

"No, thank you."

After a minute a man came back carrying three bottles of wine.

"Ma'am this is your order, do you need my help to carry this?"

"Yes please,"

Mia walked towards the counter and paid for the wine using Keiji's credit card.

The old man was the one taking the pay so Mia handed him the credit card.

"Here miss you can put your password here"

"Ok"

Mia typed the password that Keiji said and it entered successfully.

"Thank you for coming here, We hope that you like our service." The old man smiled as he respectfully said those words.

Mia went towards her car while the man helped him carry the bottles of wine. She drove off and went back.

She clicked the doorbell and called for Keiji to open the door. After a minute Keiji opened the door and his face was so red and he was still wearing the same thing he was wearing.

"Here, this is three hundred thousand all in all" 

"You're finally here I feel like waiting for eternity." Keiji said sluggishly while smiling at Mia but without looking at her.

Keiji used his telekinetic ability to grab the bottles of wine and let it float towards his penthouse. He soon followed it and went back to drink.

Mia was shocked when Keiji used his power he never thought that Keiji would have that power and what made her more shocked was that she was holding it and she was already an experienced fighter and her main weapon is a sword. So if she holds something it is impossible for anyone to easily steal it from her.

But what happened just now leaves her stupefied. But soon he returned to her usual self and remembered that she was still holding Keiji's credit card.

'he doesn't really care about his money at all. That man must be another brat who always lives life as they want. But why is his trashcan full of ramen and I can only see that his stock of food doesn't have anything at all except for those ramen.' Mia thought and called Keiji out.

"Hey wait your credit card is still here." Mia shouted at the open door but no one answered. She called out for Keiji again but he still didn't answer.

'Argh!!, that man' Mia thought as he decided to enter herself.

The door was still left open by Keiji so she decided to enter it. She was not scared because she was confident with her strength and she knows that even if Keiji was strong she can just escape.

As she entered she smelled the reeks of alcohol in the air and as she kept walking inside she saw the floor full of trash and bottles of tequila. 

'What happened here did he drink this in one night or one day?' Mia entered slowly and was going to just give Keiji the credit card but he can't seem to find Keiji anywhere so she thought of going back.

'I am just going to give this to him tomorrow. But what if he thought that I try to trick him?' Mia thought as she looked at the credit card she was holding with conflicted emotions.

*sigh..* Mia shook her head and finally decided that she will give it now to Keiji.

Mia looked around slowly and found the trace of Keiji. She knew where Keiji's room was so she decided to go there and look for Keiji there. 

"KEIJI, Your credit card is still here, KEIJI" Mia shouted while still going forward towards Keiji's room.

'Why did he disappear so fast I thought he was going to drink the wine that I brought. 

After walking up the stairs she can see the bottle of wine she just bought on the floor with its cork on the ground and it was already empty. 'Did he drink it in just a minute.'

She continued his walk towards Keiji's room but another empty bottle of wine can be seen on the floor. 

'WHAT!? Did he drink those two in just a minute?' Mia shouted in his mind as she looked at the empty bottle on the floor and she was also shocked when she saw that there is not even a trace of wine on the floor.

She walked more and found the last empty bottle of wine on the floor with the same position as the rest.

Mia gulped at that sight as she thought ' Did he really drink those and does he really want to die or does he have some kind of problem?' 

Questions filled her mind when he saw that empty bottle, but that didn't stop her from walking towards Keiji's room but he didn't shout anymore to call Keiji instead she walked around more cautiously.

As she gets closer to Keiji's room the surrounding gets colder and colder. She went closer and saw that the door was already open. She entered it only to feel the cold temperature inside the room. She saw that Keiji was already lying in the bed but not in his usual straight posture. 

She looked around the room and saw that glaciers were already forming on the windows and the moist almost covered the roof made of glass. 

'Is he going to sleep here. I remember last time that this room was so cold. Does he have a disease? ' She looked at Keiji and couldn't help to think of those things.

She doesn't care whether Keiji would sleep like that because he knew many peculiar things but she was still thinking whether to leave Keiji in that state. She was the one who brought the wine after all and she felt even more worried because Keiji drank those three bottles of wine. 

She looked at Keiji more and saw that he was so red which didn't seem his usual pale skin and there seemed to be tears flowing out of his eyes which made her curiosity piqued even more.

She went near him and placed her hand on Keiji's forehead. 'His temperature seems normal but with this cold environment, how hot is his body to be this warm in this environment? '

She was going to retract her hands but Keiji pulled it which surprised him and couldn't defend herself in time. She found herself in Keiji's embrace and was going to get out of it but she doesn't have the strength to do so. 

But she didn't do anything yet as she felt the warm sensation that Keiji's body was exuding and because of it she couldn't feel that the temperature in that room was so cold. 

She closed her eyes as she engrossed in the warm feeling that Keiji's embrace was exuding. She even forgot that Keiji was hugging her and that she wasn't in her room anymore. 

But after almost an hour she suddenly remembered where he was and was going to push Keiji away from him but when she looked at Keiji's face she felt the sad emotion behind it which seemed that Keiji was dreaming something sad. 

Droplets of tears slowly formed in the corner of Keiji's eyes and made Mia think twice whether to hate Keiji or to pity him. At first she thought that it was Keiji's tactic to trick her and lure her to his room and do something malicious and she was already prepared for that. She was even hiding a knife in her shorts that wasn't easy to notice.
