Abyssal Sovereign: The Demon's Dominion

Chapter 162: Plans ; blood clan and astral clan layout

After the intense shaking of the ruin, a brand-new ruin was revealed to them.

The immortal qi in this ruin was intense—more than a dozen times stronger than the previous one.

Here, strange plants and immortal grass were seen. Not only that, but immortal beasts were present too.

The only bad thing about this ruin, and the reason it was considered a ruin, was, of course, the dilapidated walls and collapsed buildings.

It wasn't just a forsaken place but told a story.

A story of a once glorious realm now in ruins.

"Old man, so your ruin is a ruin above a ruin?" Li Hai asked with a face full of smiles.

"Yes, heheh, this old man planned everything. Now, I myself didn't fully explore this place. After all, it's a lost realm. Be careful and just go to where I told you earlier," the old man warned.

"Alright, don't worry. I know what I'm doing," Li Hai replied.

"Senior sister, Senior Su Bal, follow me," Li Hai said with a slight smile, and Mo Chu and Su Bal didn't doubt him.

Not only them, but Su Bal's followers as well. After all, during these days, Li Hai was like a treasure rat, but instead of finding treasures, they seemed to come to him.

With a nod, everyone followed Li Hai.

"Hmm, the ruin has opened, huh? Well, it's great—just in time; I'm done with the rune," Bloodt8 said indifferently.

"Boy, last chance. Don't activate or—"

"Shut up. You're so noisy," Bloodt8 said indifferently as the voice finally kept quiet.

"No wonder the elders told me to set this rune beforehand. Once this ruin is opened again, their strength will be released. Currently, at least this ruin can now accommodate an immortal lord expert," Bloodt8 analyzed.

Soon the news would spread, of course, by those outside. The higher-ups knew more about it, and now those stronger beings would descend, turning this place into a nightmare region.

Some distance away...

"Are you ready?" a voice sounded in Montel's ear as his gaze became solemn. After years of secret meetings, the Astral Clan had met with those from another realm. They had traded with them and planned to open the bridge and connect the two worlds together.

Of course, this would cause a lot of wars, but for the benefit, they were glad to do it.

"I hope it works out well," Montel thought with a slight smile.

Days passed as more and more cultivators entered the ruin in a mighty manner, searching for treasures, techniques, and cultivation materials.

Fights broke out everywhere as the geniuses grew rapidly, breaking through from the Immortal Realm to the Immortal God Realm.

Now Kai and Muchen were each at Stage 4 of the Immortal God Realm. Their control of immortal qi was strong, their attacks more powerful, and they could easily condense an attack just from their mastery of immortal qi.

They didn't need to touch their opponent to attack. They could attack mentally, physically, and through the soul.

As for Li Hai, during this time, he obtained the Emperor Realm cultivation technique.

Knowing human greed, he first took Su Bal and his senior sister to a location with a few immortal god king weapons and distracted them with that while he himself went to the real location.

He also successfully acquired different cultivation resources.

"He should have gotten the sword now," Su Bal thought, and he was correct.

This time, Li Hai obtained the Crimson Sword.

The ruin had been ransacked by the cultivators, and now it was time for them to leave.

Whom... whom... whom...

At the ruin's opening, disciples of sects, geniuses, monsters, and members of the older generation all emerged. The difference was that some had smiles, others had regrets, and the sect masters of the lower sects were filled with despair.

Their geniuses were dead.

Normally, the death toll shouldn't have been this large, but Kai had killed them all.

This ruin exploration was successful, and everyone was ready to return to their respective sects and clans, but unknowingly, terrible things were brewing beneath the calm and joyful atmosphere.

At the Blood Clan...

Bloodt8 arrived with the fellow Blood Clan geniuses. Immediately upon landing, Bloodt8 was summoned by the elders.

Walking to a large blood sea, Bloodt8 bowed and shouted, "I greet the elders."

Each of these elders was at the Immortal God King Realm, with most at the peak. They were the backbone of the sect. There was also a great elder and a supreme one, each at the Immortal Sovereign Realm.

The blood sea shook as the calm surface was disturbed by waves of blood all around.

Finally, a few silhouettes appeared as the elders emerged.

"Bloodt8, have you accomplished your task?" the elders asked calmly.

This was very important to them and would determine whether they could break through to the Immortal Emperor Realm in the future or not.

"I have, elders. You can begin the plan anytime," Bloodt8 said.

"Hahaha, the plan has already started," one of the elders spoke up, his voice causing space to tremble.

Bloodt8 merely smiled. There were likely different locations where the Asura Clan had been locked away, but well, he had done his part. The rest was left to them.

"You can go. Your rewards will be delivered soon. I'm sure you won't be disappointed," the elder promised as Bloodt8 bowed again before leaving.

Basically, he had spent his time drawing runes throughout the treasure hunting of everyone else.

The elders had allowed different geniuses to hunt treasures and cultivation materials for Bloodt8.

After Bloodt8 was done, the silhouettes disappeared.

At a deeper region of the blood sea...

A wrinkled old man appeared and bowed to a mountain.

This was the dwelling place of the ancestors of the clan.

There was a large cave inside with numerous blood pools.

The entrance was covered with a thin veil, preventing the blood sea from penetrating.

"This young one greets the ancestors," the old man knelt on his knees with a respectful expression.

"Have all the runes been planted?" a deep resounding voice echoed, causing the old man to freeze in awe.

"Yes, ancestor," the old man said.

"Good. Let it begin then," the voice replied as, all around at different locations, giant holes were sealed shut, and terrifying howls echoed from within them.

The already weakened Asura Clan was now being refined.

The mortals complained of seeing blood-red lights at some locations. They were too afraid to go there, as their blood froze in fear, and they had illusions of a sea of blood and visions of themselves turning into blood.

This terrifying occurrence was investigated by the cultivators, who came to a chilling conclusion—it was related to the Blood Clan.

At the Astral Clan...

Montel arrived, and Mov was already waiting for him.

"Welcome back, brother," Mov said as Montel nodded in response.

His main goal was to search for a small material to build the bridge, and he wasn't the only one. Others like him were also searching for specific materials.

"Do you have everything complete?" Mov asked.

"Yes, I do," Montel replied.

"Good, then I will take you directly to the location. It is time you see those gods," Mov said as he and Montel disappeared.

The last thought on Montel's mind was: "Gods? Which gods?"

*************

At a desolate and lonely space...

Mov and Montel appeared, and Montel was in shock. A large raised platform floating in space came into view. Montel knew they were outside the Immortal Realm, just a bit close to their crystal wall.

Here, nothingness stretched endlessly, with stars and other celestial bodies scattered throughout. The massive platform was being constructed by members of the Astral Clan, their golden bodies tirelessly at work.

"Drop the materials in the middle of the platform," Mov instructed.

Montel merely smiled and appeared at the center of the platform. At a glance, he could see the special properties of the structure.

He opened the spatial ring on his finger, and then bodies—an enormous number of mortal bodies and those of cultivators—emerged. As is commonly known, living beings cannot stay in a spatial ring, so these beings were dead and lifeless.

Then came strange materials like golden ores, blood-red plants, and other rare resources.

Shortly after Montel was done, he appeared beside Mov. Multiple spatial disruptions were felt as beings like Mov and Montel appeared, each stepping onto the platform to drop their materials.

Finally, after a while, the platform was complete, and the ancestors began appearing one by one.

"It is ready. Watch closely," Mov said with a chuckle, stepping forward. After all, he was an Immortal Sovereign expert, just like the ancestors.

Standing around the circular platform, they all began using their power.

Space ruptured as the platform lit up, rapidly absorbing all the materials, and a gateway began to form—a bridge that led to the other side.

Boom!

They watched in awe as a portal formed, revealing the other side clearly.

A gloomy place with scorching heat came into view. Just looking at it would give anyone visions of dreadful events and pain associated with unbearable temperatures.

This was Hell, and three beings stood on the other side of the portal.

After a while, the three beings and the ancestors conversed before the bridge was closed.

To create a permanent bridge, more resources were needed, which they collected from the three beings.

Finally, the three beings retreated, and the portal closed.

Mov appeared beside Montel.

"Hey, so what happened?" Montel asked.

"Haha, the bridge will be made soon, but it will take a year on their side. Due to time dilation, it will be a thousand years here," Mov said, and Montel nodded.

To them, a thousand years felt like just a year.

************

At the other side...

As the portal closed, three imposing beings emerged from the shadows, their presence suffocating the air itself.

This realm, known to humans on Earth as Hell, was the dominion of Hades, the god of the Underworld. Beside him stood his brothers—Zeus, the ruler of the skies, and Poseidon, the tempestuous god of the seas—each exuding power that defied mortal comprehension.

"Hades, how did you contact those beings?" Zeus asked indifferently.

"Well, it's thanks to our brother here, Poseidon," Hades said with a grin.

Poseidon chuckled and began explaining. It turned out that after Abornim left, his true body descended. He discovered distortions in the space there, experimented on it, and eventually found Kai's world, which led to this stage.

"That's good for now. Don't let the other gods know about this. As for Gaia, our Titan mother of Earth, I will talk to her," Zeus instructed before he and Poseidon left.

Once they were gone, Hades sat down on a throne of bones and grinned.

"This, and then that god-slayer Kratos... this world is getting interesting," he muttered.
