Ron stood at the entrance of the Black Moon Sect, gazing at the familiar surroundings. After the grand tournament, where he had shocked the entire empire, he had finally returned. But this time, everything felt different.

As he walked through the sect, countless disciples stared at him with awe and admiration. Some whispered among themselves.

"That's Ron… The one who defeated Nascent Soul Realm cultivators!"

"He's already stronger than our elders! How long will he even stay here?"

Even the inner disciples who once looked down on him now avoided his gaze, feeling a deep sense of inferiority.

When he reached the main hall, the sect elders were already gathered, along with the Sect Master.

The Sect Master, an old yet dignified man, smiled at Ron. "You have returned victorious. You have brought honor to our Black Moon Sect."

Ron nodded. "It was an interesting experience."

An elder stepped forward and cupped his fists. "Ron, you have surpassed all expectations. With your talent, you no longer belong in a small sect like ours. Your path lies beyond these walls."

The entire hall fell silent.

Everyone knew it was true. Ron had outgrown the Black Moon Sect.

Ron, however, remained calm. He had already made up his mind.

"I plan to leave," he announced.

Some of the younger disciples gasped, while the elders simply nodded in understanding.

The Sect Master sighed. "It was inevitable. A dragon does not stay in a pond forever. Have you decided where you will go?"

Ron crossed his arms. "I want to join a higher-ranked sect—one with more resources and stronger cultivators. I need challenges to grow stronger."

The elders exchanged glances before one of them spoke. "If that is your choice, then we will not stop you. In fact, we will support you."

Another elder nodded. "The empire has many powerful sects. Some are on par with the imperial family itself. With your talent, you could join any of them."

The Sect Master smiled. "I will prepare a letter of recommendation for you. With it, you will have no trouble entering one of the top-tier sects in the empire."

Ron nodded in appreciation. He didn't need a recommendation, but it would make things easier.

Just then, Liu Tian stepped forward.

"Ron," he said, his voice carrying respect. "Before you leave, allow me to spar with you one last time. I need to see how far the gap between us has grown."

Ron smirked. "You're still not over our last fight?"

Liu Tian chuckled. "I just want to see the difference with my own eyes."

The elders laughed. The tension in the hall lightened.

Ron nodded. "Fine. One last spar."

As they stepped into the sparring arena, the entire sect gathered to watch.

Liu Tian drew his sword, his aura rising. He was now Foundation Realm Level 7, stronger than before. But compared to Ron, he was still far behind.

Ron simply stood still, his golden eyes glowing faintly. He didn't even unsheath his sword.

Liu Tian charged forward, unleashing a Sword Qi wave.

But before it could reach Ron—

BOOM!

A golden aura burst from Ron's body. The sheer pressure alone shattered Liu Tian's attack and sent him flying back.

The entire sect fell silent.

Ron hadn't even moved.

Liu Tian coughed as he got up, his eyes filled with shock. "You… You've reached this level already?"

Ron sighed. "You're still too weak."

The elders were speechless.

The Sect Master chuckled. "It seems Ron's future will be beyond our imagination."

Ron turned to the Sect Master. "I will leave tomorrow."

The Sect Master nodded. "Then tonight, we shall celebrate your success. And tomorrow, your new journey will begin."

As night fell, the sect held a grand feast in Ron's honor. But even as he sat among them, his mind was already set on the next step.

A higher-ranked sect.

Stronger opponents.

Greater challenges.

Ron was ready.
