I…... I got scared and returned back to the village.

I really and I mean really don't know what to do.

I took the rabbit corpse back with me as well as and ripped it apart and roosted it?

I won't be lying; I never dismantle things so it kind of…. Went badly.

And the rabbit taste was…. Well, like rabbit?

"What the hell do I do?" – said Rio as she stared at the roasting parts of the rabbit.

"I got lucky because I encounter one monster, I could easily kill…. But what the fuck do I do when I encounter monster way stronger than me?"

(I guess killing one monster wasn't enough for the level up, eh?)

(But how does the leveling up even work?)

(I mean, this isn't a world of the game where only killing enemies gives you EXP, right?)

(I mean, what kind of fucked up world that would be? Where the only way to get stronger is via leveling up?)

(Wouldn't that make the whole world about genocide where everybody…...Kills each other…... Oh shit.)

(Please don't tell me that I'm in this kind of fucked up world?!)

"This is fucked up…. Please at least tell me I'm in some sort of starting area where there are only small mobs…. No wait. I saw that giant bird monster from before…. Shit."

(When I looked inside the rabbit body…. It was messed up.)

Rio looked around for something before then picking up an old and rotten wooden blank, before then tossing it aside and picking it up a rock.

The rock was more or less in the size of her palm.

Rio closed her hand and squished the rock until it broke.

"So an B is an answer?"

"Vampire super human level strength?"

(One of my skills is an…...Hm?)

(Wait….)

"Why…...Why does it feels like I know…. What this skill does?"

(Like not from coming up with conclusion…. But more like feeling what it does?)

(Okay. Let's go over the situation just now.)

(So by the look of things, I can feel somewhat how to use the skills…. That is nice but also quite creepy in the way?)

(Yea… Lets ignore the creepy part for now and focus what just happened.)

(So I can somewhat understand the skills I have and what they do.)

(But what the hell is with magic?) – though Rio as she manifested sparks of electricity in the palm of her hand.

"Em…. How the hell do I describe it?"

"Fog? Water?"

"Maybe solid?"

Rio began manifesting blood in her second palm.

"Hm…. Welp…... Using electricity and blood…. Yea... I guess handling different stuff requires different practicing or leaning?"

(So I still got to learn how to use magic, eh? Shit.)

"Still, this isn't so bad? At least I know to somehow use these skills?"

After finding out that I can understand somewhat the skills I have and how they works, I began looking through all sort of skills I had at hand.

One of the skills that stood out was this.

[Blood Consumption]

This skill posses an effect of restoration by drinking a blood.

So, blood is like healing potions for me?

But what kind of recovery exactly? Like health? Mana? Stamina? Maybe mix of all 3? And is also recovery dependents on the blood I drink as well as the blood type? Like A, B, AB and stuff?

[Blood Sense]

This skill allows sensing blood much easier.

And when I tested it…. Well, it just made blood more noticeable or I can easily track the smell of blood?

Nothing too scary like I can straight up see blood inside every single living creature or something, but as long as there is a blood or a smell of it, I can have easier time tracking and spotting it.

So, it's kind of like detection? But only if the target is injured or covered in blood.

Its all good and everything with having those skills, but still, I have many different questions.

Like what is with level? Class? How to get new skills or how to level up them?

I still have so many questions….

"But obviously I cannot waste time since I don't know if I'm "save" yet."

(By the look of things, I will have to re-enter the forest, eh?)

(The sun is still pretty much up, so I guess I should try again?)

Rio walked towards the remains of the rabbit and picked up its horn.

(I think I can maybe use as a weapon?)

Second attempt had started and this time I was both somewhat fed and had gained new weapon.

Upon entering the forest once again, I again encounter again one of those rabbit monsters.

This time, I ended up pretty much killing it instantly…. I smashed its head open with one solid strike…...Yea…. Vampire strength is quite scary.

I kind of removed its entire head and then drank its blood.

But after killing the rabbit I got this.

[Level up.]

[Level 2]

"!"

"Oh! Level!"

"…..."

"I don't feel much different?"

I got the level up but I don't think I became much stronger?

My stats did increased, but only by a little bit, like very little amount.

Besides that, I don't think I can feel a difference? Is one level just not enough?

Is it because my normal strength is already quite strong? Or just leveling up just barely give you any points anyway?

Well, time will tell. For now, let's focus on the current situation.

I went deeper into the forest while looking out for any of these monsters and I ended up running this time into two rabbits at the same time.

But they were killed fairly quickly as well, even though both of them came at me at the same time.

Honestly, I'm not even using those horns I have been getting or the switch blade. The claws and my physical strength is more than enough for them.

I have skill [Claw] and it seems pretty nice? It makes my nails…. Well both sharper and more durable.

Combine it with the vampiric strength and its quite simple but good combo.

Anyway, so far, I didn't really encounter anything dangerous nor I did encounter huge amount of monsters nonstop?

"Huh…."

(Maybe I really didn't get too unlucky and did teleported to somewhat safe area?)

(Well, there was also that giant bird…. But it doesn't really look like it has nest here…...I hope.)

(Hm….) – Rio looked at the horns she had on herself that belonged to the rabbit monsters.

(It would have been perfect if I had the typical isekai skill of inventory where I can put a stuff inside or the appraisal skill…. That would have been nice.)

(Why the fuck I don't have it when every single fuking main characters in the isekai have those things?!)

"Well, I may as well…. To…."

"…."

(I smell… Blood.)

(…. But wait. This isn't rabbit blood?)

(… And its coming from this direction.)

"…."

(Should I go and check it out?)

(But wait…. Shit. It's risky.)

(What if that blood scent belongs to some high danger monster?)

(NOPE!)

Rio turned around, away from the smell and tried to walk away before then suddenly stopping.

"…."

(But… What if is human?)

(So far, I only encounter those rabbit monsters and it there wasn't really a lot of them or anything like that.)

(If there was something else hunting those rabbits, then wouldn't I smell small amount of blood?)

(NO!)

(Am I an idiot?!)

(What if I only encounter small flies because some stronger monsters is roaming around, scaring other monsters?!)

(But then again!)

"I'm so fuking stupid." – said Rio before turning back towards the smell and starting to run in the direction where its coming from.
