Uchiha Madara: The Strongest Clan Leader

Madara said: "Yes, it was created by me otherwise who do you think will help me and you have to know I am a genius"

"Haha" Uchiha Tajima laughed with pride and amusement then asked his son:

Tajima studied him for a long moment before nodding. "Fine. I can give you the genjutsu scrolls, but I'll have to discuss the Sharingan request with the elders. They'll likely agree."

The next day, Madara received both the genjutsu techniques and the Sharingan sets. He returned to his room, placed them on his table, and began studying the Sharingan using Heaven-Defying Enlightenment.

For the next few months, he studied knowledge of the soul, genetics, human body autonomy, brain and Sharingan research, medical science, genjutsu, sealing techniques, his Eye of Truth, and his own system using Heaven-Defying Enlightenment in depth as preparation for building the Uchiha Clan System.

The key to accessing and connecting with the system is stored in genes. It will be passed down from generation to generation. The children at the age of 3 will gain access and be connected to the system but now to connect the clan members to the system. He has created a special seal that will be spread him a centre and clan members will be position at a certain places on the seal then drip the blood, he will drip his blood in the centre. This will connect them to system. The maximum number the seal can hold is one hundred clan members connected to the system at a time.

The Uchiha Clan System was now fully operational

He continue his daily routine of practicing Uchiha Immortal Cultivation, Chakra refining technique and six hours of Battle Royale training. During it he learn and create many techniques using his knowledge, battle experience and heaven defying enlightenment such as 6 Navy style.

One night, as he meditated, a thought struck him.

"Even if I find Black Zetsu, he'll escape before I can seal him."
