Chapter 60: You Have Been Strengthened, Go and Get 'em!
Tom picked up the fallen tree branch from the ground directly, holding it up in front of himself with both hands raised, as if he were gazing at a divine weapon.
There was no doubt that the feeling of this branch hitting his head was much more painful than the bow used by the human earlier. In other words, if he were to use this branch against that human, victory would be certain without a doubt, given the superior attributes of the weapon.
Tom grasped the branch as a "handle" in his right hand and held the "sword sheath" in the other, then swiftly swung his left hand to the left.
He forcefully broke off all the branches from the main branch, gazing at the perfect branch before him. In Tom's imagination, this branch seemed to emit a golden radiance, truly dazzling!
"What's happening? It's so bright!" Arash was about to rush towards Tom when suddenly a bright light appeared before his eyes, causing his vision to blur completely. It was the third time he had been blinded by watching Tom!
Fortunately, this time the blindness came and went quickly. After a moment, Arash could partially see again.
However, the first thing that appeared in his field of vision was a thick wooden club!
Arash quickly halted his steps and swung his bow just in time to narrowly block Tom's strike. "Bang!"
But even though he managed to block the attack, Arash didn't feel well. The tremendous force made his hand holding the bow go numb. If Tom's strength were even greater, Arash feared he wouldn't be able to grip the bow firmly. The power was simply overwhelming.
"Ahaha!" Tom didn't feel disappointed when his first strike failed. Instead, he swung the branch again.
"Bang! Bang! Bang!" Arash could only barely defend against Tom's powerful assault, and it became increasingly difficult for him. On the other hand, Tom, with an evil grin, continued to attack with the branch, growing more fearless in the battle.
"So strong!" Sensing Tom's seemingly random yet incredibly sharp "swordsmanship" with the branch, Arash became more and more astonished as the battle progressed.
Tom's swings seemed chaotic at first glance, almost comical if observed from the side, as if a mischievous child had picked up a random branch and proclaimed it a holy sword, wreaking havoc in a cornfield. But why was the strength so tremendous?
Tom's skill could be considered top-notch. Despite appearing to swing the branch randomly, it was evident that he was overpowering Arash. This was undoubtedly a divine-level swordsmanship.
In terms of swordsmanship, it was doubtful whether anyone in the Holy Grail War could match him. In this field, Arash referred to it as... the strongest!
While Tom and Arash were engaged in their intense battle, Gudako immediately returned to Mashu's side and began attempting to remove the knives and forks stuck in Mashu's raised buttocks.
"Chirp~" However, as soon as Gudako pulled out the knife, she felt that something was off.
"Huh? It's so light." Gudako held the knife in her hand and raised it with a puzzled expression. The weight was as light as a few sheets of A4 paper, completely different from her expectations. "And..."
Gudako pinched the knife's tip with her left index finger and thumb, and the handle's end with her right index finger and thumb. With a light twist, the knife bent. "...This flexibility, why does it feel so familiar?"
"Snap!" Lost in thought, Gudako forgot that she was still exerting force and suddenly, the knife broke with a "snap" sound due to the excessive pressure.
"Oh, it's plastic." Gudako looked at the broken cross-section of the knife and sweatdropped. She then looked at the plastic utensils in her hand, painted with silver to resemble metal. She realized that these wouldn't cause any harm if they were stuck in someone's buttocks. Gudako couldn't believe that a Servant would be knocked out by such an attack.
Suddenly, Gudako felt a sense of being deceived. She turned her head towards Mashu, who was still lying on the ground with her buttocks raised. "Is this child... slacking off?"
"After returning to Chaldea, I'll make sure she can't get out of bed!"
With that thought, Gudako casually reinserted the half-broken plastic utensil into Mashu's right buttock. Although it hadn't caused any bleeding, Gudako wanted to avoid any potential risks. So she inserted it back in!
"Itai! (Ouch)" The moment Gudako inserted it, Mashu, who was still unconscious, trembled and let out a pained cry. After waking up momentarily, she immediately fainted again.
After standing up, Gudako expressionlessly shifted her gaze to Arash, who was still fighting nearby. It was clear that Arash was at a disadvantage.
Gudako crossed her arms, with her left elbow resting on her right arm, and pinched her chin with her fingers. She muttered to herself mercilessly, "I guess I have to blow it up after all."
"Damn it, are you going to lose? The invincible hero can't lose!" Gudako rubbed her eyes, making them appear red and as if she was about to cry. Then she said in what she thought was a moving tone, "You, as the great hero of Persia, absolutely cannot lose. Show that cat the power you possess!"
Gudako extended her right hand, placing her left hand on her right arm, and began activating her Mystic Code. "Instant Enhancement!"
In an instant, a beam of light flew out from Gudako's palm and enveloped Arash.
At that moment, Arash had just been sent flying by Tom and was preparing to raise his bow and arrows to continue the fight. Before he could launch another attack, he felt his whole body being filled with a surge of power.
Arash had found the voice from behind peculiar earlier, but now he realized that Gudako was enhancing him. He immediately turned around to look at Gudako.
"You've been enhanced, hurry up!" Gudako responded to him, and Arash clenched his fist. He felt that he could overpower Tom in terms of strength and prepared to rejoin the battle.
However, as soon as Arash turned around, Gudako smirked and clenched her right fist, placing it against her chest with the back of her hand facing Arash.
"In the name of Command Seals, use your Noble Phantasm, Arash!"
Now, Arash understood what Gudako meant. He felt a surge of power from his Master's Command Seals and knew it was time to unleash his Noble Phantasm.
