Travelling To Movie World

With a surge of excitement, I opened my browser, eager to embark on a quest for films that could whisk me away to fantastical realms where extraordinary superpowers or invincibility awaited. As my fingers danced across the keyboard, I imagined the thrilling adventures that lay just a click away. 

The search results populated my screen like a colorful tapestry of cinematic dreams, each title promising unique experiences that could transport me to alternate realities. My gaze fell upon "Chronicle" (2012), a gripping tale about three seemingly ordinary high school friends whose lives are turned upside down when they discover a mysterious object that grants them telekinetic abilities. The thought of soaring through the air and bending objects to my will sent a thrill racing down my spine.

Next, I stumbled across "My Super Ex-Girlfriend" (2006), a lighthearted comedy that cleverly explores the quirks of dating a superheroine. The idea of navigating the complexities of love while dodging superhuman antics made me chuckle. I pictured myself in a whirlwind of laughter and chaos, trying to keep up with my exceptional partner's extraordinary powers.

"Absolutely Anything" (2015) caught my eye as well, a whimsical adventure wherein a down-on-his-luck man is granted the ability to do absolutely anything by a group of aliens. The sheer absurdity of suddenly having unlimited potential filled me with a sense of giddy anticipation. I could envision the hilarity that would ensue as he navigated the wild consequences of his newfound power.

Then I was captivated by "Captain America: The First Avenger" (2011), a powerful narrative steeped in history and heroism. The transformation of a frail young man into a super-soldier ready to fight against tyranny stirred feelings of courage within me. I could almost hear the sounds of battle and the rallying cries of comrades as I envisioned myself standing valiantly for justice.

Finally, "Limitless" (2011) beckoned with its tantalizing premise. The story of a struggling writer who discovers a miraculous drug that unlocks the full potential of his brain is irresistible. I could feel the rush of clarity and creativity flooding my mind as I imagined diving into a world of endless possibilities, where ideas flowed like a rushing river.

As I immersed myself in these vivid options, a comforting realization settled in: I could step into each narrative in a paused state, allowing myself to experience the thrill of superhuman adventures without the burdens of real-world risks. Each film was a gateway to extraordinary realms, and my imagination soared at the thought of exploring them.

In the Chronicle(2012) movie I can just go to that cave that contains the strange crystal. After touching it, I can directly develop telekinesis.

In "My Super Ex-Girlfriend" (2006), I find myself wishing I could just seize that meteor and transform into my very own mini Superman! Just imagine the adventures I could have!

In Limitless (2011), I can take NZT-48 to become super smart, but it does have some side effects, so I'll skip that for now.

In *Captain America: The First Avenger* (2011), I thought about grabbing the super soldier serum, but then I realized I wouldn't have the equipment that Howard used during the injection. It would also be incredibly painful, as I saw in the movie when Steve cried out in pain while being injected. So, let's just forget about it for now.

In "Absolutely Anything" (2015), a group of aliens observing Earth decides to grant Neil the power to create anything he desires simply by using his thoughts. I can easily pause the scene just before Neil is struck by the beam of light that gives him these superpowers. All I need to do is stand between Neil and the blue stream of light to gain the same power. However, for this to work, the world would need to be in a motion state instead of a frozen state (paused) so skip it for now.

After analyzing all the points, I decided to enter the movie world of "Chronicle" (2012), but I need to be there while it's in a moving state. The best time for this would be just before the three protagonists enter the cave. The world must be in motion because I'm uncertain if I can return to the real world. 

Before I enter that world, I need to make some preparations in the real world so that if I go missing for a short time, no one will notice. Also, I don't know what will happen to my laptop once I enter the movie world, so to be safe, I think I should leave home first. Even if I do manage to come back to the real world, I have no idea about the time ratio between the movie world and reality.

I first decided to check my bank account, and to my relief, I saw a balance of around ₹12000. This amount was enough to keep me afloat for a few days while I sorted things out. As I glanced at the clock, I realized it was around 3:30 A.M., and I felt a rush of urgency. I quickly grabbed my laptop, knowing it was essential for my plans, and added the charger to my bag. 

Just as I was about to close the laptop, something caught my eye—the battery icon displayed an infinity (∞) symbol rather than the usual percentage. I was taken aback and puzzled for a second, then it hit me: after the electric jolt I had experienced earlier, I hadn't bothered to plug the charger into my laptop. Astonishingly, I had been using it for nearly an hour without any battery drain.

At that moment, I felt an overwhelming sense of luck, as if I had somehow transformed into a European emperor. It was as if all my problems were parading away, leaving me with a sense of hope. The thought crossed my mind that once I entered the enchanting realm of movies, I would surely have the option to return whenever I wished. This fantasy comforted me; I wouldn't have to stress about finding a power outlet or running out of battery while immersed in those captivating cinematic adventures.

So I grabbed my laptop bag and put the laptop in it and quickly changed my clothes. I also took an ID card with me as that will be needed to check in to the hotel. I started searching for Hotels near me on online sites on my smartphone and I booked a room for a week it cost me around ₹9000. After getting out of the house I booked a taxi (OLA) while I was in the Taxi moving towards the hotel I had booked I sent a text msg to my mother and father saying that I was going on a trip with my friends and would be back soon. It was an okay excuse as I am 25 years old so I don't have many restrictions from my parent's side.

As I was approaching the hotel, I couldn't help but think about the various goddesses waiting for me in the world, I was about to explore. The thought filled me with excitement.

I finally arrived at the hotel, quickly completed the check-in formalities, and made my way to the room I had booked. Once inside, I closed and locked the door. I quickly took my laptop out of my bag and the first thing I did was download the movie "Chronicle" (2012), as I wasn't sure if I could rely solely on downloaded content during my travels.

While the movie was downloading, I decided to experiment with streaming content. I opened YouTube and clicked on a random video from the homepage. As the video started playing, I was searching for something to throw at the screen to check whether I could access streaming movies online. I found a plastic water bottle in the room and picked it up. I attempted to throw it through the screen, just as I had done with a chip bag earlier. To my surprise, the bottle didn't pass through the screen at all. Curious, I reached my hand out to touch the screen, only to find it was solid like a regular display.

I discovered that I needed to download movies and TV series onto my hard drive to cross over into them. However, my hard drive was only 1 TB, which limited how much I could store. To solve this, I decided to clear out irrelevant files. When I opened my file explorer, I was surprised to see that the remaining space on my drive was displaying the infinity symbol (∞). This made me happy because it meant I could download as many movies and TV series as I wanted. I became more confident that there must be a way to return to the real world after entering the movie world.

I looked at the downloading software, and it showed that the download would be completed in three minutes. So, I decided to dress up properly. As I glanced in the mirror to fix my hair, I realized I needed to improve my appearance. Otherwise, those goddess wouldn't even look at me, as I didn't feel I looked good enough. It's not that I'm overweight, but my face lacks charm. 

I then thought that once I emerged from the world of "Chronicle" (2012), I would head to the world of "Absolutely Anything" (2015). With the power to have absolutely anything, I could adjust my appearance however I wanted.

As I was daydreaming about my good looks, a notification from my laptop interrupted me, letting me know that the download had finished.

I set aside all my thoughts and quickly started the movie, adjusting the time bar to the point where Matt discovers the entrance to the cave. I paused at the moment Steve began shouting, "Matt!" In that instant, I realized it was best to remain in this paused state. After all, it wouldn't be safe if those protagonists found me in the cave; I certainly wouldn't stand a chance against them. Being an otaku, the idea of even trying to run away felt pointless. More importantly, I wanted to claim all the power of crystals for myself instead of sharing them with those annoying protagonists. Now that I think about it, there must be a way for me to return to the real world, or else what would be the purpose of having the infinite battery and infinite storage option? In the paused state I can easily knock out those protagonists and throw them somewhere else so that no one would bother me while I am absorbing the power from the crystals.

With this thought in mind, I set off on my journey into the enchanting world of cinema and its goddesses.
