The Five Elders immediately nodded in approval, accepting the new traffic regulations proposed by Leo.

"As long as it allows us to conduct dimensional transactions, we will agree to any terms!"

To the common people of the world, the Five Elders were the highest authorities, rulers of the pirate world, with the power to control everything. It would seem unthinkable for such figures to lower themselves and negotiate humbly. Yet here they were.

Seeing how eager the Five Elders were to make the deal, Leo's face lit up with a satisfied smile.

With a crisp snap of his fingers, knowledge of the transaction and the trading interface instantly appeared in the minds of the Five Elders.

Amazed by the spectacle, the Five Elders exchanged glances before promptly immersing their consciousness into the transaction process.

Though they collectively held supreme power as the Five Elders, each of them was also the patriarch of a powerful Celestial Dragon family.

They could summon any resource their families owned with ease.

Before long, the Five Elders slowly opened their eyes one by one.

Leo, upon seeing the enormous increase in his point reserve within the system, felt a rush of excitement.

As expected…

The Celestial Dragons were the greatest treasure trove in the world!

Leo grinned.

His points reserve had now reached 8.5 million! 

This meant that in that single transaction, the Five Elders had contributed over 3 million points!

It was clear—they truly were the most powerful figures in the world.

However, this transaction also meant that dozens of Devil Fruits would be lost forever, vanishing from the Devil Fruit Encyclopedia.

Then, with a wave of his hand, Leo summoned five lavish, custom-made Rotom phones—devices clearly out of reach for ordinary people—and handed them to the Five Elders. In a ceremonious tone, he said:

"Congratulations! You are now VIP6 members of the World Chamber of Commerce!"

"From today onwards, you may purchase any item from the Chamber's catalog, even those not listed. As long as you have enough points, the Chamber of Commerce will fulfill your requests!"

With that, Leo smiled again, this time transmitting the full product catalog directly into the minds of the Five Elders.

Thanks to their extraordinary mental abilities, they absorbed the information in an instant.

However, none of them seemed particularly interested in the items available in the store.

The round-faced Elder with a mustache stepped forward, glancing at the [VIP6 Level] displayed on his Rotom phone. Suddenly, he seemed energized.

"Sir Leo, if we wanted to purchase more lifespan, or regain our youth like Whitebeard, how many points would that cost?"

The other four Elders, clearly sharing this desire, turned their expectant gazes toward Leo.

It was obvious…

This was their common goal.

"Buy more life? Regain youth?" Leo was not surprised by the question.

He chuckled and explained:

"If you're just looking to extend your lifespan, I can provide the life essence from the Chamber of Commerce—the same one I awarded to the victors of the Pokémon League Tournament. 

A 20-year lifespan extension costs 10,000 points."

"And if you want to regain your youth, that's a bit pricier since it involves the laws of time. To roll back your physical age by 10 years, it'll cost you 10,000 points."

"However, please note," Leo added, "that using life essence will keep your body in its current state for the entire extended lifespan, with no changes over the 20 years."

"But if you choose to restore your youth, your body will return to its natural state and continue aging normally thereafter."

"What?!" 

The moment Leo finished his explanation, the Five Elders' faces turned pale with shock. 

"A 20-year extension of life only costs 10,000 points?"

"Sir Leo, you are truly a generous dimensional merchant!"

"Oh my goodness! Thank the gods for this incredible gift!"

The Five Elders, overwhelmed with excitement, immediately bowed deeply to Leo, showing their gratitude once again.

For others, spending 10,000 points might seem like an extravagant cost just to buy 20 more years of life. But for these Five Elders, it was the best news they had heard all year!

Trading a mere six or seven Devil Fruits in exchange for two extra decades of life…

Seeing this transformation, the other four Elders rushed forward, eagerly kneeling before Leo.

"Sir Leo! Please restore our youth too!"

Leo stood before the Five Elders, all of whom had regained their prime, now appearing in their mature, powerful forms. He couldn't help but smile brightly.

"Well then, gentlemen," Leo said, "now that you've returned to the state you desired, have you thought about which Pokémon you'd like to purchase?"

After buying the life-extending essence and restoring their youth, each of the Five Elders still had a healthy balance of 100,000 points.

But when Leo posed his question, the room suddenly fell silent.

The Five Elders glanced at their respective point balances, then looked at each other, reaching an unspoken agreement…

The fact that dimensional trading could grant eternal youth was a secret they had to keep hidden. No other Celestial Dragon families could find out—at least not until they had secured absolute power for themselves.

A shared understanding passed among them.

Since they intended to keep this secret, the points they earned from their families would certainly not be returned.

The bald Elder, now looking revitalized with new hair and a muscular physique, took a step forward. With his angular face and newfound youth, he was easily the most handsome among the Celestial Dragons.

Standing before Leo, he chose his words carefully:

"If possible, we request that the Pokémon be on par with those of the Revolutionary Army."

The bald Elder was aware that dimensional merchants couldn't reveal details of other traders' transactions. However…

The other Elders immediately inspected their own chosen Pokémon.

At that moment, Leo began his introductions:

"If you've ever watched the Pokémon League tournaments, you're probably familiar with Suicune." 

"After all, the owner of the Suicune seen on the battlefield is from one of the 20 kingdoms that helped conquer the world alongside your ancestors—the Nefertari Family."

"Of course, compared to Cobra's Suicune…" Leo continued with a smirk, "The Entei and Raikou I'm showing you today are some of the strongest among the Legendary Pokémon. Their strength and potential place them at the very top."

"With their agile bodies, immense power, and overwhelming elemental attacks, they have an extensive arsenal of combat strategies."

"Whether it's physical strength or the manipulation of elemental energy, these Pokémon are unmatched treasures, the pinnacle of their species!"

"I believe only Pokémon of this caliber are fitting companions for two of you gentlemen."

As he spoke, Leo glanced at Saint Warcury with curly beard and Saint Nusjuro with sharp aura. Even though they had regained their youth, their distinct personalities and traits remained.

Entei and Raikou were handpicked for these two Elders.

But Leo's introduction didn't end there. 

As soon as he finished speaking, two beams of light flashed between the brows of the Saint Warcury and Saint Nusjuro, plunging them into a vivid illusion.

The illusions were crafted by Leo himself, displaying highlights of Entei and Raikou's performances from the anime, showcasing their raw power and majestic presence.

Within moments, the Elders snapped out of the illusion, wide-eyed. Their gazes were now full of awe and desire as they locked eyes with Entei and Raikou.

Seeing their reaction, Leo smiled to himself. "Got them."

He then turned his attention to the remaining three Elders and continued his introductions: 

"Regirock, Registeel, and Regidrago…"

"Like Entei and Raikou, they too belong to a legendary class of mythical Pokémon!"

"These Pokémon were created from the ancient Pokémon Regigigas and are known as the Legendary Titans of the world."

"Since their bodies are composed of energy crystals tied to their unique elements, their attacks and abilities related to these elements have miraculous effects."

"If Entei and Raikou are well-rounded beasts, these three have taken their elemental mastery to extraordinary levels!" 

"In their respective domains…"

"They are the absolute best of the best!"
