Chapter 19: Chapter 19: Bringing a Little MC Shock to Jarilo-VI!
"Jarilo-VI. That's a planet the Trailblaze once set foot on. However, several hundred years ago, it severed all contact with the outside world for unknown reasons. This time, our objective is to return to Jarilo-VI, reopen the old Star Rail, and investigate the reason why Jarilo-VI cut off contact with the outside world."
Himeko briefly explained the situation regarding Jarilo-VI to everyone, then her gaze focused on Fu Zhu, Xing, March 7th, and Dan Heng.
"For this Trailblaze mission, I hope the four of you young people will take charge. After all, you'll be partners from now on, so you need to familiarize yourselves with each other."
Hearing that he wasn't included in this Trailblaze mission either, Welt couldn't help but sigh. "It's not my turn this time either..."
Himeko covered her mouth and chuckled lightly. "Give the young ones a chance to shine. There will definitely be opportunities for you to lead the team in the future."
Welt nodded; he was just making a casual complaint.
"Alright, departure time is set for tomorrow morning. You'd best not play too late tonight."
The meeting was as brief as Himeko had indicated earlier, merely informing Fu Zhu and the others about their next destination before quickly concluding.
After the meeting ended, Himeko looked at Fu Zhu again, a hint of anticipation in her eyes. "Fu Zhu, now that the meeting is over, would you like another cup?"
Fu Zhu agreed without a second thought. "Okay."

The next morning, Fu Zhu lay in bed and opened his eyes. He reached over to the pillow, grabbed his phone, and checked the time. It was just six o'clock.
Fu Zhu sat up in bed and couldn't help sighing. As expected, even his biological clock was influenced by the Steve trait. As long as he lay down and fell asleep, he would definitely wake up and open his eyes at precisely six o'clock.
Although sleeping early and waking early was good for the body, sometimes he still wanted to sleep in a little longer.
After quickly washing up, Fu Zhu walked out of his room. He glanced at the closed door to his right – that was Xing's room.
After some thought, Fu Zhu reached out and knocked on the door, preparing to wake Xing up. After all, this was their first Trailblaze mission since joining the Astral Express. It was best to make a good impression. It would also be good to use the time before departure to learn more about the situation from Himeko and Welt.
However, there was no response even after knocking for quite a while. Fu Zhu hesitated but decided against pushing the door open. It was a girl's room, after all; what would it look like if he just barged in?
Fu Zhu had no choice but to go to the observation car alone first and wait for everyone else to wake up. In the meantime, he could check which achievements could be unlocked. The more Achievement Points he had, the more mods he could buy.
After sitting on the sofa and looking through the achievement list for a while, Fu Zhu waited until everyone else had woken up, and they all had breakfast prepared by Himeko together.
"I'm full~ Big Sis Himeko, can we set off now?" March 7th stretched comfortably in her chair, asking Himeko, who sat opposite her, with some excitement.
Himeko put down her cup with a gentle smile. "Looks like some little one can't wait. Don't worry, the Conductor is making the final preparations for the warp jump. Oh, right, Fu Zhu and Xing, you can sit on the sofa in the observation car. Witnessing the Express making a warp jump is quite a rare and beautiful sight."
Himeko's words piqued Fu Zhu's and Xing's interest, especially Fu Zhu's. This was his first time in space, let alone experiencing a high-end operation like a warp jump.
The two immediately went to the sofa and sat down, waiting quietly for the warp jump to begin.
"Ahem, all passengers, please be seated and hold onto the handrails firmly. The Express is about to initiate the warp jump." Pom-Pom's voice came over the broadcast system right on cue.
"Three, two, one!"
As the countdown finished, Fu Zhu felt the Express beneath him suddenly tremble. The scenery outside the window was covered by a faint blue membrane of light. Then, the points of starlight in the universe stretched backward like lines, until the view outside the Express was enveloped by countless streaks.
The somewhat intense bright light outside the window forced Fu Zhu to squint, but this peculiar sight didn't last long.
A minute later, Fu Zhu could feel the Express rapidly decelerating.
A planet, entirely snow-white, appeared before everyone's eyes.
Just as Fu Zhu and Xing were gazing entranced at Jarilo-VI outside the window, Himeko, March 7th, and Dan Heng walked over.
Himeko glanced at Jarilo-VI outside the window and couldn't help remarking with emotion, "This planet is likely our destination this time, Jarilo-VI. I didn't expect it to end up looking like this after several hundred years...
"Oh, right, there's one more thing to remind you about. The Conductor just detected abnormal readings from the Star Rail here. Until this abnormality is resolved, the docking time will be indefinite."
Xing blinked, bewildered, then looked towards Jarilo-VI again, muttering, "Should we buy a house there then?"
"Are you planning to move out?!" March 7th put her hands on her hips and retorted exasperatedly, then asked Himeko with a hint of worry on her small face, "Big Sis Himeko, is it because of a Stellaron this time too?"
Himeko nodded, unable to hide the worry in her eyes. "I'm afraid so. But you don't need to worry. The Express will provide all necessary assistance. Just focus wholeheartedly on this Trailblaze journey."
Then, she turned her head to look at Fu Zhu and Xing. "Ready to start your first Trailblaze journey?"
Fu Zhu grinned, took out his iron pickaxe from his inventory, and gripped it in his hand. "Can't wait to set off."
Judging purely from its appearance, this planet called Jarilo-VI should be a normal planet like Earth, just with a larger snowfield area. He couldn't wait to start digging straight down!
Xing, however, directly raised her right hand. "Report! Jarilo looks very cold. Can I go back to my cardboard box and sleep?"
"You slept in a cardboard box last night?" Everyone froze simultaneously. There were clearly spare beds and bedding in the storage; why did Xing still sleep in a cardboard box?
March 7th exasperatedly walked behind Xing and pushed her forward. "No backing out! Let's go, let's go! Even if I build you a snow house on Jarilo, it'll be warmer than your cardboard box!"
"Really? I don't believe you unless you build one for me!"
Himeko watched the two girls bickering and couldn't help but smile. Then, she earnestly instructed Fu Zhu and Dan Heng, "I'll leave these two girls to you. Take good care of your companions."
"Okay, Himeko." ×2
