Chapter 7 part 2
Chapter 7 part 2

“Miss, we’ve arrived. Please get off quickly.”
“Huh? Oh! Sorry, I dozed off for a moment.”
Standing in front of the building that would be their new home today, Lynet watched as people carried boxes into the house. After paying them their wages and seeing them off, Lynet started organizing with Katrine.
“It’s so quaint and cute.”
Compared to the grand House of Pruina, it looked really adorable.
“I have an eye for these things. I happened to buy them cheaply because the landlord needed quick cash.”
The three-room space was cozy. Before Lynet could bend down, Katrine had gathered up all her clothes and put them in the closet. Katrine smiled, pleased with her little home, which she had decorated with great care.
“I think cooking in a place like this is going to be really good.”
The clean kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and groceries. In the well-stocked Lynet House, where there was no inconvenience, the aroma of delicious food wafted through constantly. Katrine cooked while wearing an apron.
“Food made by Katrine always tastes delicious.”
“No way, the food at the manor tastes even better since it’s made by professional chefs.”
“But Katrine learned to cook directly from our grandmother. So when you cook, it tastes just like Grandma’s, which I love.”
“Miss, please enjoy it slowly.”
Even though it was only beef stew, Lynet ate better than ever, and then she lazed around the house, curled up on Katrin’s lap pillow.
“So, young lady, what are you going to do with yourself?”
There was still a lot of money left from the dowry. So, she could live a lavish life for several years without worrying.
“Well, I’ve been thinking about opening a shop.”
“What? No, miss. What kind of shop… Why would you want to do menial labor with your precious hands?”
Katrine, who always followed Lynet’s opinions without question, shook her head vigorously this time. Lynet shrugged at Katrine’s concern.
“I want to succeed on my own. Well, even if I can’t succeed, I at least want to earn enough money to support myself and Katrine.”
Since she was already outside, she wanted to show that even as a woman, she could live with dignity. She didn’t want to spend her time just waiting to get married while taking bridal lessons.
“Miss, you don’t need to earn money.”
“That’s true, but I want to succeed in front of my sister. I want to do well enough so that even Esther will envy me.”
She wanted to succeed to the point where it would reach Esther’s ears. She hoped Esther, who always sat quietly and begged like an adult, would be twisted with envy.
“Usually, when there’s trouble in the family, we wait until things calm down before sending someone away to get married… Wouldn’t the eldest Miss do the same?”
“Although it’s rude to say, I hope she marries some penniless bumpkin and disappears.”
Lynet may have spoken ill of Esther, but Katrine gently stroked her head. When Katrine’s hand touched her face, Lynet, who had been sulking, suddenly stood up.
“Come on, why don’t you take a look at my shop? I bought the whole place.”
At Lynet’s words, Katrine nodded. Lynet was like her own child, whom she had raised with care, so she followed her without question.
Following Lynet, who walked proudly as if she had something to boast about, Katrine smiled.

Lynet stood in front of the building, slightly off the bustling main street. Katrine stood beside her, nodding in approval.
“How does it look? Is it okay?”
“As expected, Miss, your eye for things is remarkable.”
It looked fairly clean and was probably built not too long ago. Additionally, there was a small garden behind the shop, and a spring of water was gushing out, making it easy to fetch water. It was a structure where they wouldn’t have to manually fetch water from wells or rivers.
“But what kind of shop are you planning to run? A clothing store? Or perhaps hats? Jewelry? Shoes?”
“No, I’m going to open a coffee house.”
“A coffee house? But Miss, you’ve never even tasted coffee before. Are you sure about this?”
“I’ll probably be fine. I plan to sell coffee that isn’t available elsewhere.”
She planned to sell coffee, which was not yet known in the Irene Empire. She had been a barista at a small café when she was Yi Seoyul, so she figured she could use her old job to put some money in her pocket.
Lynet showed Katrine around the shop, telling her everything about it, from where they would place it to what they would do in the future.
She was excited, and her heart was racing. As a child, she had always wanted to own her own shop, and somehow, she was on the verge of realizing that dream.
Indeed, does being born with a silver spoon in one’s mouth solve everything?
Unwillingly, Lynet had been transmigrated into the free serialized novel of her favorite author and died as a villainess. However, upon her return, Lynet tried to prevent herself from becoming a villain by exposing Fernando and Esther’s affair, almost dying from a nervous breakdown in the process.
“If you open a coffee house, I’ll come here occasionally to help out. You don’t need to clean the house every day, right?”
Katrine, who said cleaning twice a week was enough, grinned.
“You don’t need to worry about that. Cleaning and cooking are going to be hectic.”
“That’s what I signed up for when I left the House of Pruina.”
Lynet nodded as if to say, “Just tell me what to do.” Anyway, since the shop wasn’t very spacious, they wouldn’t be able to place many tables. Still, somehow, everything seemed to be going well.
As Lynet smiled and turned around, someone was wandering in.
A woman with dark hair and dark eyes made eye contact with Lynet and bowed her head in greeting. Lynet bows in return, wondering if it was her neighbor from the neighborhood.
Thinking she might be a neighbor and wondering if she should offer some bread upon opening, Lynet asked.
“My name is Sharon.”
The woman’s smiling face had dimples. As Lynet scrutinized her, someone suddenly came to mind. The real heroine of this serialized novel.
Sharon Mikhaila.
“Dum spiro spero”
