The Walking Dead : Lee Everett

"That's so beautiful, Isn't it?"

"Yeah!"

"We should go to that Zoo next"

Lee spent the last 3 days since he got here exploring the parts of Atlanta with his family, He wanted to enjoy his time here for as long as it was peaceful, Lee just got out of a Museum with his family and entered the new car he bought

He bought a Jeep Wrangler on EMI, He was making most of his purchases with his credit card as well Since he was running out of money, The SUV he bought was one of the best, It was great for off-road driving, Had a lot of space, Excellent to control and had a powerful engine

[A/N: I know this car's JL generation wasn't redesigned in 2010, I made those changes since it won't affect much of the story, Here's the picture BTW]

His parents liked the look of the car but his brother was in love with this car, He practically didn't let Lee drive for the past 2 days since the car arrived at the Hotel

While moving around the places Lee noticed the road he was on was the same road Lee was on with the Police Officer at the start of the game, His first intention that night was to locate Clementine's House, Which he did and spotted Sandra with Clementine on the porch

There were no vehicles on the porch which seemed like Clementine's parents had left and by tomorrow, the Apocalypse would start, He was planning to stay inside the Hotel till then and when he sees the signs of the Apocalypse, He would take his parents and come here to pick Clementine, He also plan to wait till Shawn shows up

As per his knowledge, Shawn gets here in the morning with Chuck, Though he wasn't sure if it would be the same day

"What's going on outside? You see that thing walking on the streets?"

Lee's brother said as all of the Everett family were watching the TV which was live broadcasting the events of Walkers, This was the first one Lee and his Family had seen

Though Lee couldn't start talking as he was preoccupied, The System which had been popping up on its own appeared in front of him, When Lee arrived in this world he checked if he had a System, and after confirming that he started using the features

Now, the System activated itself and started giving him Notifications

[The Walkers have started spreading in Atlanta at a higher rate]

He had been getting notifications for a while as the Virus was spreading, It had spread all over the world and the effects had started, Atlanta was about to get bombed by the Military which would include this Hotel, He needed to get where Clementine was so he could go to Hershel's Farm

Although there were many better ways for him to survive but all the protection he could gather would not surpass the protection of the plot, The future of this world which he knows is the best way to survive

Lee's brother tried to contact the room service but the line was busy, Lee convinced them to leave, He had around 4 Hours till Shawn and Chuck ended up trapped in front of Clementine's house, He couldn't understand why his parents were so easy to convince to go anywhere even though all 3 of them aren't exactly the listening types, Well not like he is complaining

Lee tried to get his car from the Hotel parking which the Hotel management let him reluctantly, He could tell that they didn't want him to take the car, which means that they understood what was going on, He got into the car and left before they change their mind

Once they got to the road, It was hell, People running around trying to break into the shops and cars, It was a mess, In that mess there were some Walkers were biting anyone they could find but people didn't panic, They were enjoying everything like a festival while some thought that people are losing their minds and are killing each other

Lee didn't stop anywhere near since the Military was closing into this area, He drove past many and got on the road where Clementine was, He parked the car a little further from Clementine's house and chose to walk instead

"Why are we walking?"

"You saw how those Walkers were going anywhere the sound leads them to, let's just walk till we find someplace safe without attracting those things"

Lee was at the front, Looking around for any potential danger while closing onto Clementine's place, As he arrived at the front he stopped since he noticed a walker right next to the front gate, He signaled his family to stop

"Okay, Get inside the gate, Bud cover me"

Lee pulled a knife as he started walking towards the Walker

"Just kill it with the gun"

"Noise will attract more, This is the quietest way to get this done"

Lee started closing in, As his brother was right next to him with his shotgun aimed at the skull of the Walker, Lee could notice his brother's nervousness but didn't mention it, He was in no position to talk since he was nervous as well, It was only one walker around the area so he doesn't even need to kill it

However, The only thing running in his head since he got here is to get used to this, To be prepared for this

As he closed in, The walker got the whip of his scent and tried to get up, Lee didn't waste much time and swung the knife at its head with as much power as he could muster

However, His aim was missed and it slipped and got Walker's eye out, It started to smell but Lee was scared so he didn't wait and while backing up made another strike which penetrated right into his skull through his eyes, The knife he was using was a kitchen knife, A small one which got stuck inside of its skull

"Just leave it there, Get in here"

Lee's father said as he picked up the luggage they brought and started walking towards the porch, Lee was still thinking about the walker he had just killed, He played the game where animation wasn't that advanced for Walkers but now seeing it up close, It looked much more gruesome and scary, An actual human who has lost his lips and only the teeth are visible, While the blood was everywhere

It was a look that could terrify anyone for years after one look, Though he didn't have much time to waste, He might have to do that again in this House

Lee's Mother knocked on the Glassdoor, Lee walked towards the Treehouse to see if Clementine was there, Either she was hiding well or she was inside the house

His Mother opened the door while the Brother entered the house, Announcing as they were entering

Lee entered right after them, There was no blood which relieved him

"Anybody Home? Don't shoot please"

As Lee was about to check towards the stairs, He abruptly stopped as he saw a shadow towards the stairs, He pulled up his Gun and saw a Woman coming out of the corner, She saw Lee's gun pointed at her and without any instruction started showing her hands

"I don't have any weapons, Sandra by the way,...Hi"
