"I noticed the other labs are bustling, why is it so quiet here?"

Lee sat in a lab chair, watching Mobius scribble on complex, incomprehensible formulas, occasionally adjusting equipment and reagents.

Despite her Laborer Skill Set, which gave her some knowledge of various professions, Lee was still clueless when faced with Mobius's cutting-edge research. She couldn't even understand the symbols.

"Unfortunately, those idiots think just like you, believing that with enough people and enough time at the typewriter, they'll eventually achieve something meaningful." Mobius sneered. "But their lives aren't infinite, so their chance of success is also zero."

"Ah, I see. So, it's about quality over quantity?" Lee nodded, enlightened. "So, your lab is empty because you don't want to hire anyone?"

As for the experiment, although she didn't understand Mobius's complex formulas, she could vaguely understand the experiment itself. Lihua had seen Otto doing experiments before.

Being Mobius's lab rat – failure meant no harm to her; success meant a chance to become a Fusion Warrior.
