Chapter 15: Chapter 13 – Part 3
Chapter 13 – Part 3
Tsunade's chakra flared violently, the ground beneath her cracking under the sheer force of her power. She wasn't holding back anymore. This man—whoever he was—had tested her strength, mocked her resilience, and now it was time to show him exactly why she was feared across the shinobi world.
Her Byakugō Seal pulsed on her forehead, a surge of regenerative chakra flooding her body. With a mighty stomp, she launched herself forward, her fist cocked back.
Kurozan smirked, his stance shifting slightly. He wasn't worried. That annoyed her.
Her punch connected.
BOOM!
The explosion of force sent shockwaves through the forest, uprooting trees and tearing deep trenches into the earth. Dust and debris filled the air, obscuring her vision.
Did she—
A hand wrapped around her wrist.
Tsunade's eyes widened in shock.
Impossible.
Kurozan stood there, completely unscathed, holding her fist in place with just one hand. The smirk on his lips was gone now, replaced by something more… dangerous.
"My turn," he said.
Before she could react, his other hand shot forward, grabbing her by the waist. In one swift motion, he lifted her off the ground, his strength overwhelming.
Then—he slammed her down.
CRASH!
The impact shook the battlefield, sending dust spiraling into the sky. Tsunade barely had a second to recover before she felt him again—his presence looming over her. His body pressed close, a hand pinning her shoulder to the ground, his knee pressing against her thigh.
"You fight like a beast," he murmured, his breath hot against her ear. "But beasts can still be tamed."
Tsunade's rage ignited, and with a sudden twist, she swung her leg around, aiming for his ribs. But he caught her again—this time by the thigh, his grip firm, unyielding.
Her breath hitched.
For a moment, their eyes locked. Something shifted between them.
The battle had started as a test of power, but now… it felt different. The way he held her, the way his fingers pressed into her skin—it was a fight for dominance in more ways than one.
Tsunade's heartbeat quickened. Damn it. She wasn't supposed to be affected by this.
With a fierce snarl, she threw her head forward, slamming her forehead into his.
Kurozan let out a low chuckle as he pulled back slightly, rubbing his temple. "Not bad."
Tsunade smirked. "You're getting cocky again."
"You like it."
She did not.
(…Right?)
Gritting her teeth, Tsunade shoved him back with all her strength, putting distance between them. Her body was bruised, aching—but she wasn't done yet.
And neither was he.
Kurozan rolled his shoulders, his smirk returning. "This is getting interesting."
"Shut up and fight," she snapped, launching herself at him again.
Their battle was far from over.
