The Titan Curse: A Shinobi’s Reign

Chapter 13: Chapter 13 – Part 1

Chapter 13 – Part 1

The forest was eerily silent. The kind of silence that signaled something dangerous lurking nearby. Tsunade's golden eyes scanned the surroundings, her senses sharp, muscles tense. She wasn't sure why, but something about this place put her on edge.

She had followed a trail of destruction—toppled trees, shattered boulders, and deep craters littering the earth. Someone powerful had fought here, and from the looks of it, they had left a wake of devastation behind.

Then, she saw him.

A lone figure stood at the edge of the clearing, his cloak billowing slightly in the wind. He was tall, broad-shouldered, and carried an aura of sheer dominance. His piercing gaze met hers, unreadable yet intense. Tsunade felt her body instinctively prepare for battle.

"You're in my way," the man said, his voice deep and unwavering.

Tsunade narrowed her eyes. Who the hell was this guy? She had never seen him before, yet something about him felt… unnatural.

"And you're wrecking the damn landscape," she shot back, cracking her knuckles. "What are you, some kind of rogue shinobi?"

The man smirked. "Rogue? No. I have never belonged to your pathetic villages."

Tsunade's jaw clenched. That arrogance—it reminded her too much of the kind of people she despised.

"Then I don't have to hold back," she said, planting her foot firmly into the ground.

With a burst of chakra, the earth beneath her cracked, and she launched forward, aiming a devastating punch straight at his face.

But then—

Faster than she expected, he moved.

His hand caught her wrist, stopping her punch mid-swing.

Her eyes widened in shock. What?! No one had ever blocked her raw strength so effortlessly before.

The man's grip was unshakable, his fingers wrapping around her wrist like an iron vice. His smirk widened slightly, as if amused by her reaction.

"You hit hard," he mused. "But not hard enough."

Then, with a powerful twist, he flung her backward.

Tsunade spun in the air before flipping and landing on her feet, skidding slightly across the cracked ground. She clenched her fist, her adrenaline spiking.

This guy wasn't normal.

And she was about to find out just how strong he really was.
