"Flynn, you want a soda" August said opening his mini refrigerator
"Uhh, how about a lemonade" Flynn said
August threw Flynn a lemonade
"You know, Rai gets out of the hospital today, we should see him today" Flynn said
"Yeah, he'll probably be in the city, we can see him then, we should give him time, I heard his parents came to see him" August said
"Yeah he said they are going to stay with him for about a week" Flynn said
"We can meet them, I always wanted to meet Rai's parents" Flynn said
"Yeah but I wonder how he's going to explain his powers to them" August said
"You're correct, I forgot about that, he didn't inherit them from his relatives" Flynn said
"No he did not" August said
"He's probably not going to do that, he'll probably say he got hurt in an accident or something" Flynn said
"He'll think something up, he's smart" August said sitting down drinking a soda
"Hey, August, are you alright, you seem sad you are usually loud and stuff, uhh in a good way" Flynn said smiling
"I'm alright, it's my mom, she's bringing home a fucking man she met" August said
"Oh, I see, I would be upset too, if my dad brought home a woman I did not know" Flynn said
"That's different, if dad brought home a woman, I would not be upset, because woman can't really like I don't know,
"Women are less threatening to you, I get it you want to protect your mom" Flynn said
"Yea yeah, more or less" August said
"I understand, but maybe this guy makes your mom happy, maybe you should give him a chance" Flynn said
"And if he does something crazy, you have to strength to beat his ass, you don't have to worry August, your mom is lucky to have a son like you" Flynn said patting August's back

"I try to be kind and patient, I can get mad now" Flynn said making an angry face

"Rai, dear are you alright" Rai's mom said
"Huh, AH, mom dad, what I thought you guys were coming tomorrow, why so soon" Rai said
"We heard you were hurt, son we weren't going to hesitate for a minute" Rai's dad said
"I told you he would get himself hurt out here alone, this in on you" Rai's mom said
"Mom, this isn't anyone's fault I simply fell down the stairs and into the road, it was sort of ironic you know, I'm good" Rai said
"That's a strange way to get hurt, it almost sounds made up" Rai's dad said
"Well it's not, I really got hurt that way, dad" Rai said
"Your sister is here too, ISSRA!!!!" Rai's mom shouted
"You still fixated on that man" Rai said
"Rai, you're hurt, stop being mean" Rai's mom said
"Where's Amari" Rai asked
"He's working, he could not make it, you know his job is a lot" Rai's mom said
"He is sending you a gift though, he said he hopes you get better, he might call you" Rai's mom said

"Rai we aren't here to talk about your life with girls, and I can help you, I have the best woman in the world" Rai's dad said kissing his wife

"I'll get your house in order before you get back" She said
"NO!! I mean no, no you don't have to do that, as a matter of fact, you can walk around the city" Rai said
"Dad take Mom out and you all do something together, my home is uhh, very uhh, I wanna surprise you all" Rai said
"Alright, son if you insist, I did see some nice little boutiques in town" Rai's mom said
"That was close" Rai said getting out of the hospital bed
"Hello, I'm uhm, Rai Nour Mitchell Amri, I should be able to be discharged now" Rai said
"Yes, sir you are able to leave" The nurse said
Rai walked out of the hospital
"I gotta get home and take away anything that has to do with my newfound powers" Rai said
Rai walked to a cafe
"I'm a bit hungry and hospital food isn't too good, so I'll grab a quick bite" Rai said running to the cafe
"I don't wa- oh sorry miss, hey, Elysia, you're back in town" Rai said opening the door for her
"Yeah, I am, I enjoyed my Internship" She said smiling
"Yeah, I can tell, so what did you do" Rai asked
"A lot, it's going to be hard to explain" She said
"So what did you and the guys do" She said
"See that's also going to be hard to explain" He said laughing
"You all get into trouble when I go" She said
"Yeah, well don't forget about the time when you almost got kidnapped by Miguel" Rai said
"Actually Flynn was with me, so you guys must bring trouble everywhere you go" She said
"Maybe you're right" Rai said laughing
~Ordering
"Yes I would like the crumble muffin, with a strawberry slice, and a water instead of a coffee" Elysia said
"Hey, El I'll pay for you" Rai said
"Oh thanks Rai"
"I'll take a coffee and three Oreo donuts" Rai said
"Here, you are" The barista said
"August has been running at the mouth about you, he misses you, like a child missing their mommy" Rai said laughing
"Oh really" Elysia said rolling her eyes
"Yeah, I'm thinking you don't want to talk about him" Rai said
"Well, no it's just we always talk about, August, and it's always August this August that, he's a cool man and all, it's just I'm always having to talk about him" She said

"Oof, Rai ow" Elysia said
"Turn around and don't make any sudden moves" Rai said
"Oh they're taking it to go" Rai said
"What was that about" Elysia said
"I'm sorry if I hurt you, El, it's just that, my parents are in town for a week, I kinda got hurt, I'll explain it later" Rai said

"I have to hide anything to do with my powers" He said
"I am going straight home after this, I needed something good to eat, hospital food is nasty" He said

"Like I said, I'll explain" He said

"I am going to go home now" Flynn said
"Alright, bye" August said
Ring Ring
"Hello, Rai, your parents with you" August asked
"No, I'm cleaning up before they get there, you know I have E-
"No no, I'm not here" Elysia said whispering
"I have every single second against me right now, so I gotta get home" He said

"Damn, what did August do to you" Rai said
"Nothing it's just, he's going to get all crazy if he finds out I'm back" She said

Elysia got out of the car
Rai unlocked the door
"You know, I'm not sure you've ever been to my house before" Rai said holding the door open
"I don't think so either, or have I" She said
"Well it's a nice house" She said
"Yes, but I have to find anything about my powers and hide it" He said looking around
Elysia looked around
"It seems there's nothing here" Elysia said
"Yeah, but I don't want to be too not safe" He said
"Your parents won't be that nosy" Elysia said
"Yeah, you don't know that" He said
"Rai calm down" She said
"Your parents won't find anything crazy, trust me, they're only here for you" She said

Knock Knock
"I hope that's not them" He said looking through the blinds
"Oh, hey August" Rai said
"August" Elysia said
"I'm bored, you need help with anything" August said walking in
"Yeah I was looking for anything about my powers, I was going to hide them, so that my parents don't find out" He said
"Still haven't told them" he said
"Don't plan on it" He said
"Alright, but- hey you got a girl over or something" August said smiling
"Well uhm"
"Where's she at" August said
"What the hell"
"RAI, Why is Elysia in your bedroom" August said
"August, stop it, I was helping him hide the power stuff from his parents" She said pushing August out of the way
"Rai I hope you succeed in your goal, I'm leaving" She said grabbing her purse
"Huh" Rai said
"Wait wait don't go" August said running in front of the door
"Don't go, I'm sorry" He said
Elysia threw Rai out of the way and left

"How is she so strong" Rai said
"Dude, she was really helping me, why would I do anything crazy with Elysia, I don't go around trying to smash girls, like you do" Rai said

"No wonder she kept wanting to avoid you" Rai said
"Stop acting like that with her and maybe she'll finally look your way" Rai said
"Now, you help me look for stuff" Rai said
"You're right, Rai, you know I should be more like you, instead I obsess over girls" He said
"Yeah, you also obsess over running your mouth, less talking, more working" He said
The boys searched for stuff but couldn't find anything
"There's nothing here, Rai, maybe you are obsessed with all of this" August said
"Alright, that's good, my parents should be here, so you can stay if you want to meet them" He said
Knock Knock
"Hey mom, hey dad uhm this is one of my friends" Rai said dragging August to the door
"Hello, Mrs. Amri and Mr, Amri" Rai said
"Hello, little boy, you're one of Rai's friends, I'm so happy you are his friend, I was worried he would not make any, he always struggled to find friends" Rai's mom said
"Mom, you don't have to tell him that" Rai said
"Nice place, you got here, son" Rai's dad said
"Uh, you and mom were here, when we rented it" He said
"Oh, yeah, you're right" He said laughing.
"Oh, boy" Rai said
"Do you boys have any classes together" Rai's dad asked
"No" Rai said
"Where'd you two meet" Rai's mom asked
"At a party" August said
"In class" Rai said
"We, we met at, honestly I forgot" Rai said
"I thought you two didn't have any classes" Rai's mom said
"I really don't remember mom, I'm a bit confused" He said
"See this is exactly why we're here, you can't even remember, what classes you had" She said grabbing Rai's head
"The Corrigan power, hey Rai, you writing a book or something" Rai's dad said flipping through a journal
"The journal damn it, how could I forget the JOURNAL!!!!" Rai said yelling in his head
"Dad, give me that, this is a secret uhm project that I don't want anyone knowing about" He said
"Oh, I'm sorry, son though it looks good, it almost looks like you already did some of the stuff in that project" He said
"How are they this much trouble" Rai said
"Damn no wonder you didn't want them over" August said
"Yeah, it's getting crazy" He said
Ring Ring
"Hello" Rai said
"It's Elysia, I wanted to apologize, for leaving I'm sorry, I should have stayed and helped" She said
"No it's alright, I understand some PEOPLE can be annoying" Rai said
"But you still sound irritated" She said
"I guarantee you, you're not irritating me, Elysia" He said laughing
"Alright I'm glad to hear that, I hope you and your parents have a good time together" She said
"Yeah me too" He said
"Rai what do you eat son, I don't see anything in here" Rai's mom said
"This is going to be very eventful" Rai said walking down stairs
