Many people believes that when a person is dying and has reached that the very final moments of his or her life just before his or her soul leaving that body, the final thought that comes to that person's mind in that state gets latched into that soul.
For example if someone is dying while at his or her very final moments and the only thought of that person is about money, then if that person becomes ghost then it will begin to harass the living people for money.
In this case, Neha who was dying after being betrayed by her best friend and getting hit by truck kun has her final thoughts about her life and death which she got for being good.
All kinds of negative emotions flooded in the thoughts of Neha while she was dying. While closing her eyes and blacking out due to loosing her consciousness, Neha saw all the people watched her dying without doing anything to help her.
She even saw some people taking her pictures or videos while she was dying. And all of these negative emotions filled the entire soul of Neha with pure evilness.
Her entire soul is screaming with hatred towards all those people who tries to be good, preach goodness every time as a mask.
But beneath that mask they hide their evil and bad face just like Surbhi, Surbhi's boyfriend and her part time sex friend.
With these thoughts in her dying mind and consciousness, Neha finally lost her consciousness and closed her eyes permanently.

When the transferring of Neha's soul was completed, that small glimmering light became a full fledged bright light that dispelled that darkness filled consciousness of Neha.

Because this woman is none other than Neha who was hit with Truck kun and has seemingly died on that spot.
But soon her confusions got dispelled when an UI screen appeared in front of her eyes with all the informations she needed to know.

Soon Neha took off the night dress that has covered her entire body and now standing completely naked in front of the mirror Neha took a very look at her body which has became very sexy and hot than before.
Roaming her hands over her entire body while exploring every inch of her body that made her feel very surreal.
But then once again that same notification window appeared in front of her eyes with the following message...
