The Strongest Lunarian in One Piece

Chapter 365: Chapter 365: Outstanding, Next Fight...

Boom… BOOM…

Thunderous crashes shook the entire island.

The ground was violently gouged with enormous furrows—enough to make onlookers' scalps tingle.

Shimotsuki Ushimaru narrowly avoided the terrifying strike, cold sweat breaking out all over his body.

Clang!!

In the very next moment, a shadow flashed across his field of vision.

Dal, moving like a ghost, came at him relentlessly, apparently never tiring from the pursuit.

Crackle… Strange arcs of black and red lightning flickered around his sword.

A swift, overpowering slash split the air, crashing forward with terrifying force. "Divine Bite!!"

"Two-Sword Style: Flying Dragon Extreme!"

Shimotsuki Ushimaru refused to back down.

Wielding Enma in his left hand, which greatly boosted his Conqueror's Haki, and Ame no Habakiri in his right—chillingly sharp and near-indestructible—he tore through the air with a sweeping strike.

Whoosh—whoosh—

Dazzling sword arcs ripped apart the atmosphere, taking the shape of colossal flying dragons with jaws gaping and claws extended. They clashed violently with Dal's unstoppable blow.

Boom… BOOM…

The ground rumbled, crumbling in places.

A gale of tremendous force sent shards of ice and stone hurtling in every direction.

Offshore, the ocean seethed, waves boiling up in crashing swells, shaking all who watched.

"Ssss—"

"That was…?"

"He just transferred Ushimaru's slashes in the blink of an eye?"

"The Transfer-Transfer Fruit can do even that?"

"When did Dal learn to do that?"

"Unbelievable…"

Aboard Atlantis, Linlin, Gerd, Hajrudin, and others stared, pupils contracting in astonishment. Even Lillian—long since pregnant again, her belly visibly round—looked as though she could hardly believe her eyes.

Whoosh!

Back on the devastated island, Dal's silhouette flashed once more, appearing behind Ushimaru with lethal speed.

A chilling glint shot forward, his third eye flickering red as though he'd foreseen something.

Clang!!

Sparks burst like a battle horn sounding.

Whoosh… whoosh… Suddenly, Dal's figure multiplied through the air. The menacing blade, wreathed in Conqueror's aura, struck at Ushimaru from all manner of impossible angles. Each blow aimed for a vital point, deadly and precise.

Clang… clang…

Amid the flying sparks and constant steel-on-steel collisions, even a seasoned, battle-hardened swordsman like Shimotsuki Ushimaru had to strain every nerve, forced to take the fight with utmost seriousness.

Crackle…

Over time, the pressure mounted.

Shimotsuki Ushimaru began to accumulate shallow cuts on his body. Were it not for his quick reflexes, he might already have been ripped apart. Thankfully, his injuries were minor for someone with a Mythical Zoan physique—no real cause for alarm.

Clang!!!

Suddenly, Dal's demonic sword, the "Great Deva King," slammed into Enma and Ame no Habakiri. Even though Ushimaru did his best to defend, the impact's sheer power knocked him back, leaving him forcibly suppressed.

This wasn't a fight to the death, but the Pegasus Swordmaster was clearly at a disadvantage. The difference in their abilities was plain to see.

"One-Sword Style: Rashing Gate—!"

The wicked blade ignited in searing flames.

Pinpointing the midair, off-balance Ushimaru with Observation Haki, Dal—towering and imposing—whirled the burning sword, unleashing his next move without hesitation.

"Blazing Slash!!"

Whoosh… whoosh…

In an instant, each swing of the blade launched terrifying arcs of flame that tore through the air toward Shimotsuki Ushimaru.

Whoosh… whoosh…

Dal's eyes glinted, and the surging flame slashes abruptly vanished from their original trajectory—only to reappear right in front of Ushimaru, who had barely stabilized himself with rapid wingbeats and footwork.

In the blink of an eye, he found himself ensnared by a dense net of sword strikes, alive with scorching heat and lethal intent.

With unstoppable momentum, they crashed down on him.

Boom… BOOM…

A storm of fire burst out.

Ushimaru's twin swords, infused with Conqueror's Haki, whirled in a desperate defense, knocking away the unending rain of flaming arcs. Even so, parts of his clothes were singed to tatters. One shoulder bore a deep, bloody slash, the skin scorched black around it—ghastly to behold.

"Rumble Ball…" Ushimaru muttered grimly.

He pulled out the enhanced Rumble Ball developed especially for the high-ranking officers and swallowed it without a moment's hesitation.

"Strength Enhancement! Speed Enhancement!"

His muscles swelled, and his body grew leaner—shifting into a true human-beast form covered in thick fur, like some monstrous creature. His aura brimmed with ferocity. Racing forward, he brandished both swords:

"Enma Two-Sword Style: Ashura Slash!!"

A powerful aura roiled around him.

Enma glowed with a sinister aura, and Ame no Habakiri gleamed unbreakably. Combined, they radiated a fearsome Conqueror's Haki that enveloped both blades in a churning storm of shimmering steel—moving so fast they blurred beyond the naked eye. Spinning like a hurricane, he charged at Dal.

"Come on!" Dal had already foreseen the attack, his face unchanging. On the contrary, his eyes blazed with excitement. His sword, wreathed in black and red Conqueror's lightning, gleamed diagonally upward. Veins bulged in his right arm as he channeled his strength, slashing through the air:

"Divine Evasion!!!"

Boom… BOOM…

It was like a comet striking the moon.

Their two blazing, monstrous slashes collided, producing a violent shockwave that made the island quake. Great tracts of land caved and collapsed, fragments crumbling away.

Whoosh… crash…

Fierce gales raged, whipping the sea into massive waves. Even those watching from Atlantis—Griffin Moss, Hajrudin, and Willie—were forced to shield their eyes from the fierce wind pressure. Had Linlin and the others not intervened, some of the younger children might have been blown away entirely.

"One-Sword Style: Meteoric Firefall…"

In the next moment, a tall figure appeared high overhead, sword wreathed in searing flames, readying another strike.

"Hold it—!"

Suddenly, Dal caught a flash of movement in front of him. El, arriving in an instant, seized the flaming blade with his hand.

"That's enough. Stop there."

Pressing Dal's raised sword down, El smiled gently and pointed below—to Shimotsuki Ushimaru, mouth bloodied, breathing hard, clearly on the losing side. With the fight at this stage, the difference in power was undeniable.

The sword talent of this second son of the Kukulkan family was truly astonishing.

How's my Patreon works? Let's use the [Chunin•Bleam] Membership Tier as an example:

With this tier, you'll always have access to chapters that are 50 ahead of what's publicly available. For instance, if today's public chapter is 74, you'll be able to read up to chapter 124.

Every time I release more chapters publicly, your advanced access adjusts to keep you consistently 50 chapters ahead. So, if tomorrow I post one more chapters (bringing the public count to 75), your access will shift up to chapter 125.

Across a full month, if I release, say, 30 new chapters (making the public chapter 104 from today's 74 + 30), your access would extend to chapter 154 (104 public + 50 advance) by month's end. This way, you'll always enjoy exclusive access to content beyond what's publicly available.

Of course, all content will eventually be released publicly, so subscribing to my Patreon is never required. However, having subscribers helps keep this 'work/hobby' sustainable, and your support truly makes a difference (no joke).
