The Strongest Lunarian in One Piece

Chapter 352: Chapter 352: Aftermath, the Support Arrives Late... (Bonus Chapter)

"Voom—"

Amid the ruined rubble, the barbaric sword was smoothly sheathed.

"You three… not bad at all!"

El's expression was calm, as though he had done nothing more than some trivial errand.

Folding his arms, he looked down on the three before him—each drenched in cold sweat and in a sorry state—and said, "I'll grant you a bit of acknowledgment… By the looks of it, in a few more years, you three might just be the strongest lineup of Admirals the Navy has ever had!"

"I hear you three like getting together for some 'senbei (rice crackers)' when you spar?"

At that, a whim came over El.

Fixing Sengoku, Garp, and Zephyr with his gaze, he smiled as he spoke:

"In that case, today I, Kukulkan El—'the World's Strongest Creature'—shall bestow upon you the title of 'The Three Senbei Nin… oh wait, let's say The Three Senbei Stars of the Admiralty!'"

"I'm looking forward to what you three will accomplish in the future—don't let me down too much, all right?"

If nothing goes amiss, then that fellow Steel Bone Kong will likely be promoted to the new Fleet Admiral. (He's still not? Shit?)

As for Black Bear and Iron Bone, they're both getting up in years and will likely step down soon—or retire altogether.

Sengoku the Buddha, Garp the Fist, Zephyr the Black Arm…

Two of them wield Conqueror's Haki and even know how to infuse it properly.

The other excels in Armament Haki and even wields the Ice-Ice Fruit, a Logia power.

One could easily imagine that, after they fully develop, they might form the strongest Admiral trio in Marine history—assuming, of course, that the stubborn, free-spirited Garp is even willing to become an Admiral.

"The Three Senbei Stars?"

"You bastard, don't get cocky!"

"Damn you! We don't need your approval!"

When they heard Fallen Angel El's words,

Sengoku, Garp, and Zephyr's faces all turned dark.

They gnashed their teeth and glared at him in anger.

After all, El wasn't even older than they were—yet here he was, flaunting his power, handing them some snide "Three Senbei Stars" title?

It was a life-long humiliation, an outright mockery of their weakness.

Absolutely intolerable.

"Hahahaha…"

"Well, remember the shame and powerlessness you feel at this moment—train hard, and maybe next time, you'll lose a bit more 'heroically!'"

El laughed aloud, spread his wings, and flew toward Thor and Dahl, who watched with excitement and admiration.

"That's enough for today. Next time, make sure I get a real thrill out of it!"

He was brimming with confidence—or rather, overwhelming arrogance.

In terms of effort, he never slacked off more than they did.

In terms of talent, as a "natural-born monster," he was streets ahead.

No matter how much Sengoku, Garp, and Zephyr might train themselves to the bone in response to this humiliation, their potential would always have a limit—while El's was anything but limited.

He wouldn't stand still and wait for them, either.

"Ohoho…"

He had no intention of lingering.

Taking his two sons with him, he flew off into the distance.

As for Garp, Sengoku, and Zephyr—who had remained on high alert all this time—despite their frustration, rage, and bitterness, they couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief once he left.

They each rose slowly from the rubble, backs drenched in cold sweat.

"Screee—!"

A few minutes later, a giant thunderbird swooped in.

One after another, imposing figures leaped down—the elite warriors of the Holy Knights.

Among them was none other than Saint Mars, a member of the Five Elders.

Seeing that the G-1 Fortress had been reduced to rubble, and Sengoku's trio standing there alone, they couldn't help but narrow their eyes.

What shocked them further was the sight of the warships: countless Marines lay stretched out on deck, still alive, but clearly knocked unconscious.

"Sengoku… what happened here?"

Approaching Sengoku and the others, Saint Mars asked directly,

"Where is that Fallen Angel El?"

"Saint Mars-sama," Sengoku replied after taking a deep breath, hiding nothing, "Fallen Angel El launched one strike—Hakoku—and then he left…"

"You're telling me all of this was caused by a single strike from him?"

Upon hearing that, they all looked at the fortress leveled around them.

Saint Dennis and the other Holy Knight elites gasped in disbelief.

"That's right," Garp said, wiping the blood from the corner of his mouth.

"With one strike, that monster overpowered the three of us put together."

Even in front of the highest authorities of the World Government and the elite Holy Knights, Garp showed no hint of nervousness or subservience.

Pointing to the ruins and the warships offshore, he said quietly,

"As you can see, even the Marines who'd boarded the ships were knocked out cold by his Haki… including the Vice Admirals."

"Hiss—!"

At Garp's words, not only Saint Dennis and the others, but Saint Mars himself—one of the Five Elders—couldn't hide a drastic change of expression.

Even after all these years, Fallen Angel El had grown to such a terrifying degree?

"Oh, and Saint Mars-sama," Sengoku said gravely, face grim and fists clenched, "that bastard's Mythical Zoan ability has fully awakened. He'll be even harder to deal with than before."

"That bastard… his ability has awakened?"

Saint Mars's pupils contracted; he wasn't entirely surprised, though.

Considering the absurd power El had shown, it would have been stranger if he hadn't awakened it.

"Seems the Fallen Angel Pirates don't intend to wage all-out war on the World Government yet," Zephyr broke in abruptly.

"Most likely, he just wanted to warn us to stand down."

"Warn us? Who does he think he is?"

"He dares to threaten the World Government?"

"That Fallen Angel El bastard—does he really think he's invincible?"

"Damned fool…"

Saint Dennis and the others bristled with rage, murder gleaming in their eyes.

The World Government, ruler of these seas for centuries, threatened by a mere Lunarian survivor?

This ocean didn't belong to Kukulkan El alone.

Yet—seeing the island reduced to a flat expanse,

and the numerous Marines (including several Vice Admirals) all lying unconscious…

"Kukulkan El…"

Saint Mars, the Five Elder who oversaw environmental affairs, unconsciously tightened his fists.

His gaze was laced with apprehension, and he fell briefly silent.

He had to admit, the power that monster had just revealed was terrifying.

With his Devil Fruit ability awakened, he would be even more formidable.
