Chapter 6: Training – Will My Killing Scare My Classmates?:
“Bai Hao, what kind of man bullies a girl? Come at me if you have guts!”
Li Tianyi shouted, causing the room to become so silent that a pin could be dropped.
“What’s going on?”
“Isn’t Li Tianyi a nobody? How dare he shout at the Bai family’s young master!”
“Holy crap, has he lost his mind? Doesn’t he know his place?”
“Is he another licking dog?”
“Man, he’s taking advantage of the situation! Whether he’s strong or not doesn’t matter; he’ll surely win the goddess’s favor this way.”
The boys from Class 1 gossiped.
The boys from Class 2 were equally astonished.
“Is Li Tianyi this bold? He just beat up the class monitor, and now he’s going after Bai Hao?”
“Has he gone mad? How dare he confront Bai Hao head-on? Isn’t he afraid of the Bai family’s retaliation?”
“This is going to be good. That idiot dares to challenge Bai Hao; he’s practically digging his own grave.”

Bai Hao looked at Li Tianyi with confusion.
What was this idiot trying to do?
Bai Hao didn’t want to make a scene; he just wanted to train quietly.
In his previous life, after killing all the heroines, he had been very low-key. He loved the feeling of hiding in the shadows and getting stronger quickly.
As he was deciding whether to act, Liu Xin spoke up. She was very worried about Bai Hao being confronted like this.
She feared that if Bai Hao got angry, he might strike her with a bolt of lightning. More importantly, the conflict was happening because of her, making her feel even more guilty.
“Who do you think you are? Do you have the right to insult Bai Hao?”
“What he does to me is none of your business!”
Liu Xin shouted loudly, as if trying to vent all her pent-up frustration.
Li Tianyi was stunned. The students from both classes were also stunned. The entire room was shocked.
“Holy crap, is the goddess defending him?”
“No way, did the goddess really fall for Bai Hao?”
“Impossible! How could Bai Hao win the goddess’s favor?”
“Li Tianyi was just standing up for her, so why is she yelling at him instead?”
“I don’t get it. This makes no sense.”
Li Tianyi stood still for two seconds. He couldn’t understand why Liu Xin was so aggressive. Then, he thought of a possibility. Only this explanation made sense to him: Liu Xin didn’t want to drag him into trouble with the Bai family.
“She’s looking out for me!” Li Tianyi felt touched.
“Xin’er, don’t worry, I’ll teach this guy a lesson for you.”
Xin’er? Was the protagonist this gross? This was their first interaction, and he dared to call her that?
Bai Hao was speechless at the protagonist’s delusional confidence.
“I’m not afraid of Bai Hao. Xin’er, I would give my life for you.”
Li Tianyi continued speaking disgustingly.

Of course not! She was worried about being killed herself. She had to stop this idiot from imagining things.
Liu Xin angrily spoke up.
“I don’t know who you are, but please stay out of my business.”
“I like Bai Hao. I just like him. I like everything about him.”
“Even if he bullies me a hundred times a day, I still like him.”
Liu Xin spoke aloud, thinking to herself, “As long as he doesn’t kill me, it’s fine.”
Everyone was dumbfounded.
Was this a confession?
The students were shocked again, except for Li Tianyi.
“She is looking out for me. She really is. She’s afraid I’ll get hurt. Haha, Liu Xin still likes me.”
He praised himself internally.
Just as he was about to continue his nauseating love confession, the teacher came in.
“Class, we’re starting the simulation training now. The students I call will come to the stage and enter the simulation world.”
Hong Wu didn’t say much and got straight to the point. Li Tianyi was interrupted and had to temporarily give up expressing his love. He looked at Liu Xin affectionately and whispered.
“Xin’er, don’t worry. During the simulation, I’ll show you my strength. I can protect you from any harm.”

Bai Hao nearly vomited from Li Tianyi’s gaze. Liu Xin turned her head away in disgust and quietly explained.
“Bai Hao, I really don’t know this person. Please don’t be angry.”
Bai Hao: “…”

Bai Hao sat in his seat, and said nothing. He was just waiting for the simulation training to start.
