"Alright then... let's explore it together." Seph caressed her cheek and said to her.

Virginia felt her heart skipping a beat and she leaned forward, planting her lips on his mouth, kissing him.

She quickly realized what she had done and pulled back, mumbling.

"I... I'm... sorry. I just..."

"Hahaha... calm down! Everything is all right." Seph couldn't help but laugh and patted her head.

"I don't hate the kiss."

Virginia blushed, feeling heart throbbing in her chest.

Seph stared at her face, directly into her eyes.

Shyness, Expectations, Lust, and even Love, so many mixed-up emotions could be seen in those lovely blue eyes.

She could see her lips parting slightly, looking extremely enticing.

Ring Ring

Just as he was about to go for another kiss, the doorbell ruined the mood.

Virginia quickly jumped away from him, covering her cheeks in shame.

Seph was again amused by her reaction and smiled lightly, walking over and opening the door.

But contrary to his expectation, what greeted him outside the door was not a delivery boy but a group of men, wearing black armor with 'TVA' indented on the chest area. They were covered from head to toe, wearing a jumpsuit alongside shoulder pads, knee pads, and bracers.

Another 'TVA' was printed vertically on the legs of the jumpsuit. They were also wearing an armband with the same word written over it.

Also, each held a glowing stick in their hand that looked high-tech.

"Yes?" Seph asked. He was quite puzzled by their appearance and the way they were dressed. Just for his safety, he pushed his senses to the max and even used telepathy to gaze into their heads.

"You! Come with us!" The one in the lead was a black man. He pointed at Seph and said in a commanding tone.

Seph furrowed his brows as he read through all the memories of the three of them, getting a general idea of who they were.

He placed a hand behind him and erected an invisible wall, separating himself and Virginia.

Since soon, it would lead to a fight and she might get hurt in the crossfire.

Seph blinked at the young man and sighed. "Sorry, man. But it looks like you are at the wrong address. I don't know you."

Suddenly a spatial fluctuation occurred behind Seph and a portal appeared behind him. A hand came out from it and tried to grab Seph but Seph moved his feet and already teleported behind the four men in armor.

"What a rude guy! Attacking from behind!" Seph muttered and placed a hand on the back of one of them.

'Paralyze!'

The young man shook, his body shuddering in pain. He fell down on the floor lifelessly, his body still twitching showing that he was still alive.

"You bastard!" The black guy waved his stick as it glowed with a purple light.

Seph felt the time around him slowing down to at least 1/16th of the original, causing him to slow down. He could not help but smirk as he accelerated his speed to 100 times, flashing in front of the Black guy and slamming his fist into his face.

The big guy tried to dodge but Seph was way too quick for him as a fist landed on his face, blacking him out.

"Seph, what's happening? Who is outside?..." Virginia had waited on the sofa for a minute but didn't see Seph returning back at all so she walked out only to see a group of armored men surrounding him and attacking Seph.

"Hey, who are you people? Why are you attacking him?" Virginia was startled by the action scene and shouted anxiously. She quickly took a step forward to get in between but met with the invisible wall erected by Seph.

"H-Huh? W-What the hell is this?" Virginia had never seen anything like this ever. She touched the space in front of her and felt a barrier in front of her, separating her from Seph and others.

Seph glanced at her and smiled while tilting his head to avoid the stick aimed at him by one of the armored guys.

Seph furrowed his brows and raised his hand, pointing at the group of strange men.

"Sleep!"

Just as his voice landed, all the men draped in black armor, wielding the weird stick that could control time fell down unconscious, losing themselves in a deep sleep.

Seph stared at them and waved his hand.

An object detached itself from the black guy and flew over to Seph, landing in his palm.

"Sire, are you alright? Who are these guys?"

Just as he finished, Hela who noticed the commotion also arrived, only to witness a dozen of man wearing armor and armed with time-manipulating sticks.

Seph didn't reply to her question and asked in a solemn tone. "Have you heard of TVA or Time Variance Authority?"

"N-No, Sire. What is it?" Hela replied truthfully and asked politely.

Seph smiled as he stared at the small object in his palm. Even though he was smiling, his eyes were exuding a dangerous glint. He grinned and said.

"It's a place that needed to be wiped out!"

Even though Hela was not the main target but she shuddered under his pressure, sweating profusely.

"Seph!" Virginia slammed her fist onto the invisible wall to attract their attention.

Seph smiled and snapped his finger, destroying that wall.

"Are you all right?" Virginia felt the thing vanishing and quickly approached Seph and asked him worriedly.

Seph laughed lightly and patted her head. "I am completely alright."

"Who are these guys? Did your enemies still chase you here?" Virginia was really anxious and asked him.

Seph looked at Hela and then at Virginia, taking a deep breath since he thought it might be in her favor to learn a few things. He signaled Hela to deal with those groups of people while he went inside with Virginia.

Hela was quite self-sufficient as she quickly pulled the attackers into her apartment, sealing them.

She also wiped out other evidence of the event before she walked into Virginia's apartment where Seph and the owner were waiting for her arrival.
