Chapter 285 – “Many called and said they want to invest in the expansion of our coffee shop.” (2)

Most of the time, it was a half covered up look that was the most attractive. Bragging aside, Yan Shuyu’s features were what perfection would look like. Even though all the audiences were able to see were her brows, eyes, and nose occasionally, but that would enough for them to have an idea of how beautiful she was. As such, they would be attracted to keep on watching all the way to the end.

When her piece was over, nobody knew whether Yan Shuyu knew that she was being recorded or that it was just a coincident, Yan Shuyu turned, smiled slightly, and her frontal shot was on full display. With all the built-up and the exquisite face at the very end, everybody was rattled to their cores.

Truth was, the internet influence was quite famed. He usually put a lot of work into his episodes and there was quite a bit of variety in his programs. Sunshine House was just the tail end and wasn’t even the primary content of that episode. The influencer probably put her clip at the tail end purposefully with some expectations. The outcome probably exceeded his expectation. The very last half a minute of his episode was very popular. So popular, in fact, that many other influencers and media crop it out specifically and played it day and night. After an entire time, its fame remained high and continued to trend upward.

Among the youth nowadays, there were many loyal face-dawgs like Yan Shuyu. They were already glued to the screen. Yan Shuyu didn’t think there was anything wrong with that. Even she had watched the clip over and over again on her cellphone and she felt like she was walking on clouds.

Yan Shuyu didn’t care about anything else but just focused on playing on her cellphone. Luckily, they were returning the next day and the boss was more or less done with his work already. He didn’t disturb her but made sure the kids were bathed and tucked them in.

Over the last month or so, the two brothers would sleep together occasionally. As such, Yan Shuyu had arranged for them to stay in the same room during their trip. Even though the boss had always booked luxury suites that had two to three bedrooms and the kids would be able to have their own rooms, Yan Shuyu figured that the kids might be scared being overseas for the first time and insisted that they sleep together.

The two little brothers seemed to be pleased with the arrangement as well. They seemed to be even closer than they were back home. Specifically, they were much less clingy toward Yan Shuyu and, sometimes, when they saw something interesting, they would ditch her and went check it out while holding hands with each other. Take now, for example, they weren’t even too bothered by the fact that Yan Shuyu didn’t come in person to tuck them in. Zhang Yuanjia only asked what Mommy was doing and nodded understandably when Zhou Qinhe vaguely told him that she was packing for their return trip.

“Good night.” Zhou Qinhe turned the lights off after he watched the two boys laid down docilely and closed their eyes. He closed the door gently, went back into the master bedroom, and saw that Yan Shuyu was still sitting there tirelessly playing on her cellphone. Curious, he walked over and asked, “What you looking at, Yanyan?”

Yan Shuyu read another round of rainbow fart from the netizens and her head was as big as it could get. Proudly, she pulled the boss over to sit next to her. “Let me tell you. I am famed. You can find on the web….”

She went on and on about how she had become “famed” and showed him all the colorful praises from the netizens. “Look. All of them are praises for me.”

It was so unexpected that even the boss seemed to be shocked. He even took the cellphone from Yan Shuyu and read on for a few minutes before he looked up at her. He seemed baffled, “You look to be very happy?”

Yan Shuyu nodded matter-of-factly, “I am so popular with so many people. Why shouldn’t I be happy?”

Boss Zhou frowned slightly, “Aren’t you worried?”

“Worried about what?” Yan Shuyu felt that the question was so odd but she quickly figured it out. She waved her hand casually and said, “Are you worry that after I am famed, our lives would be affected? Nah. Many stars try all they might and still couldn’t get to that point. My fame will be short-lived and will be all gone before you know it. Don’t worry, there will be no impact on our lives whatsoever.”

Seeing that she showed no signs of worries or a guilty-conscience, he finally smiled helplessly. He should have known. Given her personality, she would not have been able to think about all possible long-term effects. Naturally, there was no reason for him to spell them out for her either.
