As I guided while interlocking fingers and pressing cheeks together, I could see Hyun Dowoon’s interior much more clearly than when we had just held hands before.
‘My goodness, it’s pitch black.’
Could this be what was meant by “chronic berserk” status? Unlike Shin Haejun’s, which showed a somewhat normal flow despite being clogged in places like residue, Hyun Dowoon’s was completely black and tangled.
How has he lived in this state? Why didn’t I see this last time?
‘An F-rank like you can’t handle this level of guiding.’
‘Only an S-rank guide can resolve such issues.’
Suddenly, I remembered Kim Sehyun’s words.
Maybe I’m not capable of being responsible for Hyun Dowoon’s guiding in the first place.
Perhaps they really needed Kim Sehyun, not me.
Maybe I didn’t know my place.
‘Above all…’
Despite being a man filled with such gentle warmth. What if he ends up going to Kim Sehyun after all?
What if I can’t help Hyun Dowoon?
“Why are you looking at me like that?”
I suddenly felt drained and bit my lip, and Hyun Dowoon asked while stroking my lip with one finger.
“I was holding back because I hadn’t received permission yet. But my resolve is wavering.”
Hyun Dowoon smiled bitterly as he fiddled with my lips. I stared blankly at Hyun Dowoon’s face and asked softly.
“…Do you think I can properly guide you, Center Director?”
“Why did you think that?”
“…I didn’t know your energy would be so tangled. I… I doubt if I can be of any help to you.”
Somehow, I felt very upset. I paused for a moment after saying “So…” and then caressed Hyun Dowoon’s cheek.
“Can I try a more intimate… contact guiding?”
I couldn’t tell my newly paired Esper to find someone else.
According to the guidebook, guiding through wider skin contact, and even through mucous membranes, was much more efficient than guiding through hands.
Since I wasn’t guiding in the usual way, I wasn’t sure if it would apply the same, but I had to try to find out.
So… maybe guiding through a kiss would be better.
‘This is embarrassing.’
Even though I was the one who suggested it, my face suddenly felt hot. Too embarrassed to wait for a response, I lowered my head, and Hyun Dowoon’s large hands cupped both my cheeks.
“I’m sorry.”
With this sudden apology, an equally sudden invasion followed smoothly.
His tongue skillfully explored my mouth. Then, firmly supporting my neck, he kissed me with a desperate attitude as if gasping for air. It was an unexpected kiss, given his usually gentle demeanor.
‘Gasp…’
For a moment, I felt something hard between my buttocks, and my body trembled. A strange feeling, whether anticipation or something else, washed over me like a wave. The sensation of completely relying on this person, and the fact that I was leading and unraveling his energy, was incredibly thrilling.
“Ha, haah…!”
Our lips parted briefly, and saliva stretched between us like a thread. I asked Hyun Dowoon while panting heavily.
“Why… did you apologize?”
His apology seemed a bit out of place since I was the one who suggested the kiss first. When I asked why, Hyun Dowoon moistened his lips with his tongue and whispered with an embarrassed look.
“When you suggested kissing first, all my composure disappeared.”
Hearing Hyun Dowoon’s words made me feel embarrassed too. As my face turned bright red, he whispered softly in my ear.
“And I’m sorry one more time. Now that I’ve had a taste, I can’t hold back anymore.”
Immediately, Hyun Dowoon’s lips crashed into mine again. As my body was pushed down onto the bed, his eyes wrinkled. Muttering something that sounded like “This is bad…”, Hyun Dowoon immediately pressed between my legs and continued to kiss me repeatedly.
With none of his usual composure, Hyun Dowoon kept rubbing between my legs with his eyes tightly shut. It seemed he was moving unconsciously.
Does he have three legs? Something impossibly large kept rubbing against me through his pants, and I couldn’t stay still. As I accepted Hyun Dowoon fully into my mouth and our lower bodies met, it was impossible to keep my eyes open and guide calmly.
Feeling embarrassed to the point where my whole body tingled, I covered my eyes with my hands. Hyun Dowoon then kissed my lips, cheeks, neck, and even the fingers covering my eyes one by one.
When I came to my senses and stopped guiding, a notification that Love Coins had accumulated kept flashing in the corner of my vision.
Only then did I realize, shocked, that I had purely enjoyed kissing Hyun Dowoon, forgetting about Love Coins and guiding altogether.
‘What have I done?’
I forgot that there were people outside, and that we were in the middle of conquering a dungeon. I was completely intoxicated, focused only on continuously touching and clinging to Hyun Dowoon.
Unaware of my shock, Hyun Dowoon held me tightly, fiddling with my hair and looking comfortable. As before, but even more so now that we had formed a pair and done contact guiding, he seemed to feel much closer to me.
They say there’s no hope when you fall into pleasure, and I too clung to Hyun Dowoon, forgetting even my usual lightning-like longing for death.
Perhaps this is why the doctor told me to try dating and enjoying pleasure. My complicated thoughts completely vanished.
“We should go out now.”
“Looks like I’m not the only one who’s reluctant.”
Hyun Dowoon whispered while gently stroking my hair with his fingertips. With that face, he must have kissed before, and received guiding before, yet he acts like this for no reason.
“Aren’t you hungry this time?”
Hyun Dowoon asked as he took something out of his pants pocket. It was a small package of nuts. He opened the package and popped walnuts and pecans into my mouth. As I reflexively ate them, something felt odd.
“Didn’t you bring these for yourself?”
“I brought them for my guide who gets hungry after guiding.”
How did he know I would guide inside the dungeon? Did he expect and prepare for this in advance?
When I glanced at him sideways, Hyun Dowoon smiled broadly as if his intentions had been exposed.
‘Cute… no, what am I saying.’
Realizing that I had become too soft towards Hyun Dowoon, I deliberately straightened my back. The more I did so, the more I could feel his still-swollen lower part, which was a bit… troublesome.
“I’ll… I’ll go out first.”
I glanced at Hyun Dowoon’s third leg and stood up abruptly. I deliberately didn’t tell him the location of the bathroom, thinking it would be too obvious.
As I came down from the UFO with another whoosh, I saw Shin Haejun’s face, arms crossed, staring in this direction.
‘Ugh, my face is still hot.’
Feeling like my face must still be flushed, I rubbed my cheeks, and Shin Haejun looked at me with blazing eyes.
As I calmly met his gaze, I felt like I had done something terribly wrong. It was purely because Shin Haejun was giving me an accusatory look.
‘…What. He’s probably doing everything with Kim Sehyun too.’
Setting aside the ‘accident’ that happened earlier. Why is he glaring at me for no reason? Like he’s looking at an unfaithful lover or something…
‘What nonsense. What lover?’
I must be tired from guiding. My head doesn’t seem to be working right.
But no matter how I look at it, he’s staring at me with eyes dripping with anger and lingering attachment… Wouldn’t I be a fool not to notice this?
‘How many years have I been reading people’s expressions…’
No matter how I looked at it, Shin Haejun’s reaction was far from normal.
Feeling uneasy, I was considering getting back on the UFO when…
: Yeonsoo, you’re amazing! You’re changing the flow well, so ???’s power is booming!
My phone buzzed, and I saw that Nine was suddenly sending a message.
: *Let’s form a pair*
Quest Grade: C
You have completed the quest. You will receive a reward!
Reward: Tweedy viewing function unlocked (limited to related posts)
Can I now read the author’s thoughts directly?
This seemed to be the most useful reward I’ve received so far!
It seemed that someone called ??? could now help me more actively, whatever that meant. Ignoring whether Shin Haejun was looking or not, I immediately pressed the small blue bird icon that had appeared in one corner of the menu.
(Personal) Crazy Green in the middle of a deadline @Green_baby02
[F**k, what am I supposed to do when the characters don’t move as I want while writing? Should I kill this bastard?]
(Personal) Crazy Green in the middle of a deadline @Green_baby02
[I really want to kill him ㅠ But he’s the main character’s love interest ㅠ
Maybe this happened because I tried to write a villain role I’m not good at
Why?! Why does the scene with the supporting character flow better than with the main character?!]
(Personal) Crazy Green in the middle of a deadline @Green_baby02
[How am I supposed to fix this ㅠ;
Ah f**k, why is the pairing coming out like this here.. I planned this scene for Haejun to approach and get rejected, why are these kids running wild?!
The plot is flying away again~~~]
Reading what the author wrote, I suddenly got goosebumps.
‘Come to think of it, why… have I never thought about refusing quests until now?’
From the moment I was possessed, I faithfully followed the quests.
Of course, there was no quest abandonment button. But there was also no timeout for when to complete the quests. If I really didn’t want to do it, I could have just left the quest received but not performed.
Of course, Nine, who gives the quests, said they were on my side, but it didn’t occur to me to doubt that. Fortunately, that was true, but if Nine had been deceiving me, I might have faced unfavorable consequences.
‘Why am I able to think like this now?’
It wasn’t like I chose from several options; from the beginning, there was some kind of certainty that I just had to follow the quests. To the extent that I don’t know why I thought that way.
I moved freely in my own way within the framework of the quests.
To slightly deviate from the original flow that the author wanted.
‘The initial quests seemed to thoroughly represent the author’s perspective.’
If you think about explanations like acting like a villain, causing trouble, and so on, it certainly was like that.
Nine’s actions of throwing medicine to help me were like that too. The quest window clearly said something about acting like a villain. But Nine’s actions themselves were just wanting to give me medicine to help me.
‘The initial Nine, or ???, could only give quests that were unconditionally for the author. At least the explanations must have had to represent the author’s position unconditionally.’
It seems they had to give quests that matched the original flow in order to give rewards for me who was breaking through the original work. The quest contents were all about causing trouble according to the personality of Jaeha that the author wanted, but the rewards were all for my benefit.
And the quest contents changed at some point. Probably… I think the Yuja tea incident was the turning point.
‘Delivering the Yuja tea, and Shin Haejun throwing it away, must have been according to the author’s intention. And they probably wanted to write a scene of me causing trouble.’
But I actually behaved a bit differently. Because Yeonsoo, who occupied Jaeha’s body, had a different personality from the Jaeha the author was writing.
After that point, Nine was able to move more freely.
Nine and ??? gained power, and there was also mention of me changing the flow of the story… At first, they probably imposed some force to quickly adapt me to this world, and then regained autonomy each time I made the right choice after that.
‘Come to think of it, even earlier, there was only an explanation to become a pair without specifying an Esper, right?’
Although I thought it was natural because Hyun Dowoon suggested it first, it was clearly my action that moved things.
My eyes widened as I realized that my movements were contributing to ruining the author’s writing in the real world.
