Chapter 7: Chapter 19-20-21
Chapter 19 – A Special Invitation
The morning began with a different energy at Gisele's house. Vivian and Benjamin were excited, running around the living room while Gisele prepared their backpacks with clothes and belongings for their stay with their father. Tom Brady had planned a special weekend with his children, and Gisele would take advantage of this time for something that had been on her mind for days.
After leaving the children with Tom, she felt a mix of emotions. She loved seeing how much fun her children were having with their father, but she was also anxious for another reason. She took her cell phone out of her bag, hesitating for a moment before opening the conversation with Ricardo.
Gisele: Hi, Ricardo. How are you? I have an invitation for you...
Sending the message made her smile. It didn't take long for him to respond.
Ricardo: Hi, Gisele. Everything great. An invitation? Tell me.
Gisele: I want you to come to my ranch today. We'll have peace and quiet... just the two of us.
The response came almost instantly.
Ricardo: Sounds perfect. Give me the time and address. I'll be there.
Ricardo arrived at Gisele's ranch at dusk. The property was stunning, with sprawling grounds surrounded by tall, manicured trees. The sound of birds and the faint scent of fresh grass created an atmosphere of serenity.
Gisele was waiting on the porch of the main house, wearing a light white dress that enhanced her natural beauty. When Ricardo got out of the car, she greeted him with a warm smile.
"Welcome to my haven," she said, extending her hand.
Ricardo took her hand, but instead of simply shaking it, he gently pulled her into a hug. "It's a beautiful place, just like you," he said, with a smile that made her blush.
"Come, I'll show you around," she replied, trying to hide the blush on her cheeks.
They walked through the gardens, and Gisele showed them the stables where she kept some horses, the lake behind the house, and the large terrace with a view of the sunset. Ricardo was impressed by the care and beauty of the place.
"You really have a paradise here," he commented.
"This is where I find peace," she replied. "But today, I want you to enjoy it with me."
Gisele had prepared a simple but special dinner. On the porch lit by hanging lights, the table was set with light dishes, wine, and candles that swayed gently in the wind.
"I hope you enjoy it," she said, pouring Ricardo a glass of wine.
He raised his glass, toasting with her. "To the moment… and the company," he said, looking directly into her eyes.
The dinner was filled with relaxed conversation and laughter. Ricardo told stories of his days as a young Marine, while Gisele shared memories of her career as a model. It was easy for both of them to open up to each other; the connection felt natural and effortless.
After dinner, they went out onto the terrace. The sky was clear, dotted with stars. Gisele brought a blanket, and the two sat together on a large sofa, the wine still in their glasses.
"You are an interesting man, Ricardo," Gisele said, breaking the silence.
"Why?" he asked, intrigued.
"Because you are intense and disciplined, but at the same time, you have a kindness that surprises me. It's rare to find that."
Ricardo smiled, looking away for a moment before looking back at her. "And you are an incredible woman, Gisele. Strong, loving, a devoted mother... and, of course, stunning."
She laughed softly. "You always know what to say."
The closeness between them grew as the conversation flowed. The mood was perfect, and they both felt the electric tension in the air. In an almost involuntary movement, Gisele placed her hand over his.
Ricardo turned his palm to hold her fingers, and when their eyes met, there were no more words. He leaned in, and she did the same, until their lips touched again. The kiss was slow and full of meaning, as if they both wanted to savor every second. When they broke apart, Gisele looked up at him, a sparkle in her eyes.
"I'm glad you're here," she said, her voice soft.
"Me too," Ricardo replied, wrapping her in a warm embrace as the light wind blew around them.
The night continued, full of intimate moments and deep conversations. For Gisele, this was more than a casual encounter; it was the beginning of something special. And Ricardo, although he was not a man who was easily led, knew that she was different.
By the time the clock struck midnight, they were both more relaxed and connected than ever. The ranch wasn't just a refuge for Gisele that night it became a place where they could truly find each other.
Chapter 20 – A Decision and a Night of Passion
The morning began with the soft singing of birds on the ranch. Gisele woke up slowly, enveloped in the tranquility of her home. But this time, something was different. The memory of the previous night made her smile. The conversation with Ricardo, the intense looks, the kiss that had marked the beginning of something new.
She got up, put on a silk robe and went down to the kitchen. As she prepared coffee, she heard firm footsteps approaching. When she turned, there was Ricardo, wearing only a gray T-shirt and sweatpants.
"Good morning," he said, his voice deep but welcoming.
"Good morning," she replied, her smile widening.
Ricardo walked over to her and, without hesitation, put his hands on her waist, pulling her close. He kissed her softly, but the heat behind the gesture was unmistakable.
"About last night..." he began, looking into her eyes.
"It was amazing," Gisele interrupted, blushing slightly.
After breakfast, they went out onto the porch. The morning breeze was refreshing, and the sun was beginning to light up the ranch fields. Sitting side by side, the silence between them was comfortable, but they both knew they needed to talk about what was happening.
"Gisele," Ricardo said, breaking the silence. "I want to be honest with you. I'm not a man who jumps into something without thinking about the future. And with you, it's different. I feel like this could be something real."
She looked at him, surprised by the depth of his words. "I feel the same way, Ricardo. But at the same time, it scares me a little. My life has been so public, and you… well, you've seen how the media reacts to anything I do."
"I know this won't be easy," he replied. "But I'm willing to face it, if you are."
She smiled, taking his hand. "So let's try. One step at a time."
Later that day, after a long walk around the ranch, they returned to the house. The mood between them had changed again. The decision to try a relationship had brought a lightness, but also a latent tension a desire that could no longer be contained.
Late in the afternoon, as the sun set, Ricardo pulled her into a passionate kiss. It wasn't just a gesture; it was a call, a surrender to what they were both feeling.
"Gisele, do you have any idea what you're doing to me?" he murmured against her lips, his voice husky.
She laughed softly, pulling him closer. "I think so."
He lifted her into his arms with ease, carrying her up the stairs to the master bedroom.
Gisele's bedroom was a combination of simplicity and elegance, but at that moment, the decor was the last thing that mattered. Ricardo laid her gently on the bed, but the look in his eyes was anything but restrained.
The touches started out soft, but quickly became more intense. Ricardo explored every part of her body with a mixture of delicacy and firmness that made Gisele surrender completely.
"You're perfect," he whispered as his lips roamed her neck and shoulders.
She arched her body in response, feeling the heat spread throughout her entire being. "Ricardo..." she murmured, unable to say anything else.
The night was a mix of passion and affection, each movement revealing the intensity of what they felt for each other. Gisele couldn't remember the last time she had felt so alive, so desired.
Hours later, the two were lying down, intertwined under the sheets. Gisele had her head resting on Ricardo's chest, listening to the sound of his breathing.
"That was... incredible," she said, breaking the silence.
"You're incredible," he replied, kissing the top of her head.
"I had no idea I would feel this way again," she admitted, looking at him with a shy smile.
Ricardo pulled her closer. "You deserve this and much more, Gisele. I want to be here, with you. Whatever the future brings, we will face it together."
She nodded, feeling a genuine happiness that she had not experienced in a long time.
The night was not just a moment of passion; it was the beginning of something much bigger. For Gisele, Ricardo represented a new chance to love and be loved in a genuine and intense way. And for Ricardo, Gisele was a woman who defied all his expectations, bringing light and purpose to his life.
They knew that the path would not be easy, but at that moment, nothing else mattered but what they were building together. And, as the moon illuminated the room, they surrendered themselves once again to what seemed to be the beginning of a new story.
Chapter 21 – Revelations and New Beginnings
The sound of Benjamin, Vivian and Jack's laughter filled Gisele's house as soon as they returned from their stay with Tom Brady. The model was in the kitchen, preparing a special snack to welcome the children back. Ricardo, sitting at the table, watched her with a smile on his face.
"They seem happy," Ricardo commented.
Gisele nodded. "Yes, and that makes me even more certain that now is the time to tell them."
He placed his hand over hers. "Are you ready for this?"
She took a deep breath, feeling the strength in his gesture. "Yes, Ricardo. I want them to know. I want you to be part of our lives, for real."
The children ran into the kitchen, still excited about the stories of their time with their father. Benjamin was the first to notice Ricardo.
"Ricardo! You're here!" he shouted, running to greet the teacher.
Vivian followed her brother. "It's so nice to see you here, Ricardo! We have so much to tell you."
Even Jack, who had been more reserved on his last visit, gave a shy smile. "Hi, Ricardo."
Ricardo greeted them enthusiastically. "I have a lot of stories to hear too. But first, how about you two sit down? Your mother has something important to tell you."
Gisele looked at him with a grateful smile and then turned to her children.
When everyone was seated at the table, with snacks and drinks in front of them, Gisele took a deep breath before beginning.
"Children, I have something to share with you," she said, looking at each of them in turn. "You know that Ricardo has been an important part of our lives for the past few months. He's your jiu-jitsu teacher and someone I admire a lot."
Benjamin and Vivian exchanged glances, while Jack just watched intently.
"Well," Gisele continued, "Ricardo and I have decided that we want to be together. We're dating."
For a moment, there was a silence filled with anticipation. It was Vivian who broke the ice.
"Is this serious? Are you two really dating?" she asked, with a mix of surprise and curiosity.
"Yes, my love," Gisele replied, holding her daughter's hand. "And I wanted you to hear it directly from me."
Benjamin looked at Ricardo thoughtfully. "Does this mean you'll be here more, Ricardo?"
Ricardo smiled. "It means I'll be around more, yes. But it also means we'll continue to be a team, as always."
Jack, who had been silent until then, finally spoke. "Do you make my mother happy, Ricardo?"
The direct question took everyone by surprise, but Ricardo answered without hesitation. "Yes, Jack. Your mother is an incredible woman, and I want to be part of her happiness. But I also want to make sure that the three of you continue to be her priority."
Jack nodded, seeming satisfied with the answer.
Vivian was the first to fully perk up. "That's so cool! I thought you two were a good match."
Benjamin laughed. "I knew it! You always get all smiles when he's around, Mom."
Gisele blushed, but laughed too. "Oh, is that how you see me, is it?"
Jack looked at his brothers and then at Gisele. "I just want you to be happy, Mom. If that's what makes you happy, then that's fine with me."
Jack's statement touched Gisele's heart. She stood up and went to him, hugging him tightly. "Thank you, Jack. That means a lot to me."
With the tension of the moment overcome, the room quickly filled with laughter and jokes. Benjamin and Vivian began asking Ricardo about what he liked to do besides jiu-jitsu, while Jack surprised him with questions about his life as a former military man.
"So, do you know how to use tanks?" Jack asked, with a mixture of admiration and curiosity.
Ricardo laughed. "Well, I wouldn't say I'm an expert on tanks, but I've been in situations that required a bit of creativity."
"And you're kind of the best at jiu-jitsu, right?" Benjamin asked.
Ricardo looked at Gisele before answering, with a playful smile. "If you ask your mom, she might say yes."
Gisele laughed. "Maybe I will."
With the children's acceptance, Gisele felt like a weight had been lifted off her shoulders. Later that night, as she tucked Vivian into bed, she felt grateful for having taken this step.
"Good night, Mommy," Vivian said, her eyes already closing. "I like Ricardo. He's cool."
"Good night, my love," Gisele replied, kissing her daughter's forehead.
In the next room, Ricardo was talking to Jack and Benjamin about jiu-jitsu techniques. Gisele watched from the doorway for a moment, watching how he connected so well with the three of them.
Later, when the children were asleep, Gisele and Ricardo found themselves on the porch, watching the stars.
"They reacted better than I expected," she said, holding his hand.
"They are amazing, just like their mother."
"I'm glad we decided to tell the truth," Gisele said, resting her head on his chest. "Now we can build this together, without secrets."
"And we will," Ricardo promised.
As the night deepened, Gisele and Ricardo stood there, sharing a moment of peace and connection, ready for whatever the future held for them and the new family they were creating.
