Chapter 334: Not Chaotic Enough... 5.
" Chief, we have captured a human Mage who claims he wants to meet you in person," a Peak tier 3 Orc said to the Orc chief, who was still nursing his injuries.
The Orc chief's eyes turned red upon hearing his hunter's words.
He drew his axe from beside him and approached him menacingly.
With precision, he swung the axe, bringing it just a few meters away from the Orc hunter's head.
" Tell me one reason why I shouldn't kill you right now,, You know very well how much I despise humans,"
The orc chief said, finally stepping into the light, revealing a deep wound on his waist which had been carefully bandaged.
His right hand was nowhere to be seen, as it had been completely severed.
The Orc chief had been the one affected by the super blast that occurred previously that Alec was in the Abyss.
Although he was a Tier 4 Orc with remarkable resilience, the spider babies that exploded was a type that carried a unique poisonous Mana and it had attacked the Orc.
Even Alec was unaware of this, and with his Village Orc shaman unable to provide an antidote, the Orc chief had to sacrifice his hand before the poison spread throughout his body.
This experience intensified his hatred towards Alec.
"My chief, we can't kill this human Mage, He is much stronger than us. Even if we all attacked him at once, he would easily escape if he wanted to."
" He is in the same realm as you and only desires an audience," the orc soldier explained fearfully, aware of the axe still looming menacingly above him.
"What do you think, shaman?"
The orc chief finally withdrew the axe from above the soldier's head and turned to the shaman, seeking counsel.
After the accident that nearly claimed his life, he had become more cautious and developed a closer relationship with the shaman.
He had chosen to follow the orders of the Orc gods alone, not rushing to make decision like before.
"It could be a trap, but no matter who enters our domain, even if it's an assassination attempt, we will emerge unharmed, We are still the masters here as long as we are not facing a bunch of mid tier human mages ,"
The old orc shaman, standing at the edge of the room, spoke shakily, having consulted his oracles.
"Let him in then!"
The Orc chief said, resuming his seat on the wooden throne.

Meanwhile, elsewhere, the Root was also receiving an unexpected visit from a human Mage who had forcibly made his way to the place where the Root had chosen to hibernate.
Unlike the Orcs, the plant lifeforms were not as welcoming.
When the Tier 4 mages sent as scouts to Drop Alec's position had arrived, they paid no heed to any explanations he made.
Instead, they unleashed a salvo of wood elemental attacks towards him , bombarding the Mage.
However, scouts were skilled infiltrators and could also be seen as mini-assassins.
Moreover, no plant lifeforms there could rival the power of the mage who was not in the same realm as them.
Undeterred, the Mage skillfully maneuvered through the ranks of plant lifeforms, making his way to the heart of the gathering.
"Don't let him disturb the Divine Root's slumber!" one of the Wood Woads shouted at the top of his lungs, hurling his club weapon.
But the Mage deftly stopped it with a wind spell.
"Stop!"
Unable to endure the escalating noise caused by the skirmish, the Root emerged from the ground.
The Root assumed his humanoid form and settled onto a wooden throne, skillfully crafted by a nearby wood elemental.
"You better have a compelling reason for being here, or I won't hesitate to kill you," the Root warned.
"I mean no harm. I have come to deliver important information that I believe you would be interested in," the Mage replied cautiously, meeting the Root's gaze.
"And what do you expect in return for this information?" the Root inquired, its right hand's branches growing and transforming into various blackened wooden blades that pointed at the mage.
"Let's just say that this is a situation of 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend,'" the mage said.
"Okay, then tell me, what is this information you bring for me?" the Root inquired.
"I have come to inform you that the one called Alec Gordons, the Mage who almost destroyed your plant army, has entered the Abyss again," the mage revealed.
"That is impossible! If he steps into the Orc or Divine Tree region, I would be able to find out. I have plant sentries at the entrance of this regions, keeping me updated on the type of mana fluctuation that passes through those places and they are clearly Used to Alec's Aura ,"
The Root responded angrily, scrutinizing the mage as if suspecting a deception. However, the mage only shook his head and said,
"That's the problem, you see. It's true you have your sentries at the entrances of the two regions, since they are closer to human cities. But what about the other three regions?, Can't he just take a longer journey to get there?, And you only have sentries in one of the Orc regions."
"Not the deeper Orc regions!" the mage clarified.
"If he dares go to those Orc regions with a low rank realm, he would only be inviting death upon himself. That would save me the trouble of finding and killing him myself," the Root said, with a relaxed expression, while hiding his anger.
"Well, I hate to burst your bubble, but he is on his way to the Beast King region, where all ranks have a place to survive as long as they are strong enough. And since you have encountered him before, I'm sure you know those low rank beasts are no match for him," the mage informed.
Making The Root nodded in understanding.
" You can leave then "
"Get the fast-moving plants! We are moving to the beast region to take care of matters. The rest of you are to wait here and guard against any unnecessary movements from the Orcs while I'm away. I have to kill that kid; I'm certain there are a lot of secrets hidden inside him," the Root declared as he left with about a hundred of his fastest plant soldiers as they headed to the Beast King Region.
---
Meanwhile, elsewhere, the Orc chief was about leading a group of fifty wolf rider Orcs To the Beast King Region also.
After losing many of his soldier and hunter Orcs in the last war, he was not willing to risk a significant portion of his army again.
He was only interested in taking the wolf rider Orcs who could fall back in case a fast retreat was needed, ensuring that what had happened last time would not repeat itself.
"My lord, this might be a trap to make you attack that human boy. I know you hate him, but don't let your judgment get clouded by your emotions. Take this with you; if it lights up, know that it's my signal and the mine is in trouble."
" I have a feeling that the humans are up to no good, and they might even be the ones pushing this Alec boy to be the bait," the shaman whispered into the Orc chief's ears and pushed a figurine into his hand, which the chief silently hid.
"Thank you, shaman. Don't worry, I will make sure to come back with his head and bring justice to our fallen warriors and their families," the orc chief said as he rode out on his new wolf, as his previous alpha wolf had died in the last battle.
Although his Wolf den had not been able to produce a new alpha yet, But the wolf he was riding was the fastest and strongest,
with the most potential to become the new alpha, However, for now, it was not blessed with an alpha aura and was simply a slightly stronger wolf.
